When we first viewed the different floor models we were in awe as we toured it. We definitely saw ourselves living in one of the units. The neighborhood is still under construction but the location and landscaping is making the surroundings even more exciting to see finished. The unit we acquired is everything our family needed and have more amenities that makes living even more comfy. I would definitely recommend Pulte Homes.

Scott was our construction manager and we couldn’t have asked for better service and communication. Andrea was excellent as well, getting us started and seeing everything through until we closed!

I’ve had a few homes built in the past and can say Pulte is the best experience that I had. Pulte kept us informed all through the build. At the end we are satisfied with our new home. Sure we had a few minor punch list items but we are confident these will be resolved to our satisfaction. We very much enjoyed working directly with Sales (Bill), Design (Priya) and the Construction Manager (Erik and Matt) who made it a great experience.

Everyone,hands down!!! Showed their support and love in the process for my new home. The whole team was there every step of the way. Also Mike what an amazing guy who takes his time to fully understand what you want and makes it come through. Rob is been the Best Construction Manager someone could ever had, throughout the whole building process and even after I moved into my new house, he has been very attentive and helpful. I also appreciate Ashley who even though was not my sales representative she has been all the time on top of every detail. I cannot forget to mention Moises my Loan Officer who was always clear and friendly within the whole time of my processing purchase. As a Realtor I truly recommend Pulte Homes!

Working with this builder was smooth, being kept informed with all that was going on with supply was great , we have built many homes and worked with other builders the Communication was never as good thank you for this it makes everything better but I do have to say our project manager Jim N was the best we have ever worked with Thank you Jim for making moving to Florida a pleasure
