I expected a better experience when my home was delivered. On the day I received the keys, the floors were covered in dust, the bathroom electrical outlets were not installed, and the laundry room base had moisture. In addition, I noticed that other homes

On the day I received the keys, the floors were covered in dust, the bathroom electrical outlets were not installed, and the laundry room base had moisture. In addition, I noticed that other homes had blinds installed, but mine did not. Overall, I was disappointed with the condition of the home at closing.

As new home buyers, we have experienced so many issues with the home materials, maintenance and communication on repairs. Our neighbors have also come into several issues regarding quality of materials and home. Pretty disappointed for a pulte home.

Since taking possession of our new home, we have experienced a pattern of significant construction and workmanship issues rather than isolated warranty items. We had a dual HVAC failure where both systems required repairs, multiple electrical issues throughout the home, and an active basement water leak. Our concerns were repeatedly minimized or dismissed until the problems became more severe and resulted in additional damage. By the time the issues were acknowledged, the damage had expanded, requiring more extensive repairs. This has caused significant disruption, repeated service visits, ...

Well.... 1- Poor design (heating on second floor, downstairs is cold when upstairs is warm. Front door is too narrow. No laundry room sink (unbelievable). kitchen cabinets are just a box, no pull-out drawer, kitchen drawers are too shallow, windows do not have wrapping sills, just the bottom sill. ) 2- cheap materials (cheap, crappy garage door opener, sounds like a garbage truck. Circuit breaker box keeps tripping, oven fan runs for half-hour after turning off) 3- shoddy construction (sprinkler cap fell in guest bedroom, too many appliances on one breaker, eg; washer and internet. ...

We always knew that Pulte was the best and now we are living in that proof. Our sales person Emily was simply amazing and delightful to work with. The buying process through Pulte was good. However, the quality of the materials and some of the workmanship in the home has been subpar and not as expected from a Pulte home. The responsiveness to make corrections has been good so far. Some of the workmanship in the home has not been up to the standard we believed we were getting, especially for the price we paid.

Still ongoing issues with yard, drainage and sprinkler system. They have tried to bandaid the elevation, but have been unsuccessful. Water still comes up to our patio glass doors and still shows standing water 12hrs after a rain storm.

The back yard needs to be ripped up and leveled below the foundation of the house and drainage needs to be diverted away from the foundation and travel along the sides of the property. Swells are not being utilized, water runs from other properties to mine to drain into the only storm drain on the block.
