I had the buying experience with Tiffany she was great and helped me so much. And Arthur was another great person to work with he helped me if I saw something that needed attention right away. I couldn’t ask for two better employees for Pulte construction.

We had such a good experience with Pulte. Our foreman Chuck went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us and didn’t settle for just “OK”. He continues to follow up and check in months after closing. We have really appreciated working with him!

The staff was amazing- our salesperson Peggy was terrific and made sure we were updated as process progressed. Mark the project manager was fantastic- he walked us thru building of house. Always available to answer questions and giving updates on progress. The PULTE TEAM made the purchase of our new home a truly enjoyable experience

The entire process was very smooth from initial purchase to final move-in. Our initial sales person Mike was very helpful every time we had a question at the beginning of the process. Our contractor Steve was honest and thorough and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

While designing our new home, everything has to be in the STANDARD choices, regardless of custom’s needs (health and safety issues)! After closing, all issues that I reach out to the customer service were pushed away to 3rd parties, none was resolved by the customer care department! We have spent more time and money to fix issues that they won’t help! I’m so disappointed!

The overall experience was good. There was a few things at closing that could have given us a better experience, but overall this was a successful purchase.

Quality of workmanship/materials needs improvement

The staff was great doing all they could to make us happy. However due to some products specified, they had limitations. General Cleanup by subcontractors could have been better. Painters left some paint splatters in every room. Many pencil markings not erased. Bath sink faucets have downspouts that can swing outside of sink as well as plastic (not rubber) gaskets that can leak slightly. Pocket door lock is not the best. Overall, am satisfied with the home.

Let me first start at the beginning. The sales rep Brian was very informative and knowledgeable about the building of the house and the other parts involved. He was extremly punctual in returning my messages and in helping make decisions on the house. His experience with Pulte homes showed when he answered all my questions which made the home buying experience a 5 star processes. The quality of workmanship and materials,3-4 star depending on what materials were chosen. Some of the finish detail work needed more of a, "finish look". I had to upgrade trim/switches/outlets to match the cost of the house. I felt this should have been part of an incentive add on once the upgrades hit a certain number. Another example is the back poarch light, a $10 light should not be on a house of this calaber. Because of these reasons I gave the 3-4 star rating. The overall trustworthiness of the build I feel deserves a 5 star because I was very impressed with how the house was built and sealed. I feel the builder did a fantastic job on this part and I trust the house will be very efficient. The value for the price, 4 star, Once the upgrades were all added on that was when the base modle options looked a little under valued. This made me add more upgrades to get the look I wanted for the price I was paying. The construction manager Matt was very helpgul and knowledgeable about the building of the house. He was there on the walk through before our final closing and helped point out items that needed attention before the closing was done. Some items were missed by the painters but there is the home warrenty that will take care of it within the year. My over all experince since moving into the house has been very good. I had a good experience along the whole time of construction Constant communication with Cheryl and Dustin helped a great deal!

It’s been almost a month since we moved in to our new built home by Pulte, tons of issues, electrical, missing finishes, poor quality and issues never resolved after multiple inquires during build. Pulte hires sub-contractors where Quality work is never checked by Pulte construction manager, tons of things were overseeing and not completed, found many problems after living almost a month. Breakers kept tripping, missing light fixtures, holes on under eaves the size that birds could a home inside attic, walls not straight, too many to list

The entire process, from the initial purchase to the final move-in, was smooth and well-coordinated. The team was professional and responsive, addressing any concerns promptly. The communication was clear throughout, and the level of service exceeded. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend this process to others

Brett had a series of emergencies during our experience with him. It was a tough time to get any help from him during this time of his many personal struggles. We should have been assigned to another person when the builder noticed the escrow continued to be pushed back. Finally assigned someone the last day of closing. Home flooded on day 2 from quick Crete that had to be sawed out of the main drainage line to the washer. Construction manager kept saying it was not his problem till outside plumber told him what happened. Between construction manager and Brett it was a hard time to deal with both men as a female. They continued to make us feel like we were over exaggerating and didn’t have a point on the 2x prolonged escrow and the flood of the washer into the main home. Glad everything has been completed but it was a very difficult escrow and move in with these two individuals. Both were very condescending to women on multiple occasions. We had high hopes. Workmanship is subpar Paid extra insulation in walls and roof which was not completed. Construction manager stated he thought we would not find out. Irrigation flooding front yard. Back wall falling down. It feels like we are living in a remodel in a brand new home. Pulte mortagage unresponsive and fees are astronomical. Pulte design center is the worst. They don’t know what included or what extra options. The price for options is ridiculous. We are heartbroken with experience, we had high hopes.

The building process was easy to follow and we were kept well informed of the process by our construction manager. We had access to observe the build anytime we wanted to visit the site and were permitted to bring up our concerns to the CM. These concerns were always addressed promptly and fairly by the CM. Overall it made a usually stressful process very seamless and efficient.

Do not go through Pulte Mortgage, it’s been a nightmare from the start. Also, the home was completed and closed yet the kitchen cabinet door was not installed and a month in has not arrived, There are scratches all over the cabinets and poor quality installation.

I had bad experience with buying this house ' and hope no one has to go through my Experience "and still have problems with taking care of everything the builder getting back to me.I have little hope with my expectations and only person who have meet my Experience was Ms.Terry the sales person.

Great experience overall !!

Overall the buying experience was great. There need to be some things taken into account such as the quality of the flooring, cabinets, sinks etc to match value of home. Also the floor plan needs modification to suit owners preference with regards ti space if bedrooms and closets. Also no storage space and owner has responsibility of creating their own storage which costs extra. Please also consider storage space for cleaning items like mops, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supply in kitchen area to avoid keeping those items in odd places. Great buying experience!!! Very professional staff!!

I had an excellent experience with Pulte. Their sales, construction, and mortgage teams demonstrated excellent communication from the onset and throughout the build process. They hit their milestones and enabled us to close on schedule. Their build quality is great and the design elements are thoughtful. Their post-sale warranty experience has also been great so far. Jon and Rob are quick to respond and resolve any items that come up. I'd highly recommend their homes!

Travis and John were incredibly helpful throughout the entire building process. They kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring I felt involved and confident. I appreciated being able to stop by and see the quality materials and workmanship at each stage. It’s reassuring to know my new home is built to last. Plus, the area is beautiful and so peaceful—I couldn’t be happier!”

Too bureaucratic and some shoddy craftsmanship.

Brian, the general manager of the house, he was assigned to the house in last minute due to the previous manager left. He did a great job!
