We chose Pulte because of its reputation as a top-notch homebuilder and they didn't disappoint. From the design and sales team to the field construction team the process has been amazingly detailed. Everything has turned just how we pictured it if not even better. The Pulte team really cares that you are happy and satisfied with the finished product. Our construction field supervisor Tony has gone above and beyond to provide the best home buying experience especially as we got closer and closer to closing. He did a couple of walkthroughs in the field with us and made sure we understood everything that was being done during construction and what was coming up along with time-frames. Our house was the last one set to close in 2021 and we needed to be out of our current living situation by the 31st of Dec. Even with material shortages with the supply chain and a few rainy days that slowed things down, Tony still pulled everything together to make sure we closed before the end of the year. He also continues to help us with any minor issues that have come up since we've moved in to make sure we're happy with every aspect of our purchase. This builder is one of the best I've worked with. They have a team of dedicated people that work hard trying to improve any errors their sub-contractors may have caused. For being a production builder, they did not disappoint.
