Had a great experience with pulse homes!

Pulte needs to raise their standards a bit. Trim work detail is very disappointing, fit and finish of some doors is not that great.

Salesperson Mary and construction manager Joseph were responsive and incredibly helpful. What could have been a complicated process was made smooth and hassle-free thanks to the Pulte team. I highly recommend Pulte!

I really like the modern look of the house. The craftsmanship is really poor. Some materials are very cheap. Sales representatives are very good and response to your queries. Expected more valued materials from Big group like Pulte.

Generally speaking the house appears built to industry standards. Have not seen any of the City's building inspection reports so cannot say with any great certainty. However, preventing us from fully moving in, is inadequate final cleaning of the floors and damage cupboards that have not been rectified to date. Both, Pulte knew of after the first walk through. The tile surface is marred by an adhesive and the shelving in the cupboards were damaged during shipping and were still installed. There is also a window in bedroom two that does not close and allows wind blown sand into the house. There are a number of smaller problems that all add up to a big headache. ... More

The Sales experience was positive however we expect more flexibility The Construction Manager, Outstanding personalized Service, Lorenzo S. is genuine customer care professional. The Mortgage experience, we expect to have the most competitive % as we understand Pulte offer good deals but we finish with a local lender The Closing Experience, was pushy and not clear in communications specially with our calls (rude and hanging the phone to us ) . The signature process was fast and clear

The entire Pulte team was amazing! Shawn was incredible in helping to navigate our first punchlist for a new home. Highly recommend the Pulte experience overall!

I had not lived in my new home for a month when I had an emergency plumbing issue. I could not get a hold of anyone immediately. My down stairs flooded with sewer water still no response from Pulte. The plumbing company did come and identified that the sewer pipe was broken. It has been replaced but have still not had contact with Pulte. Not the way I would do business

Working with Porter (sales) was a breeze and delightful as I picked the model appropriate for me. Porter was very patient, knowledgable, and courteous. The design center was a bit frustrating and felt rushed because of the lack of information regarding my options. Example, what the actual material was I was choosing and the differences in warranties, wear etc. Prior knowledge of that pertinent information would have been very beneficial and made this process much easier. The finance portion was simple but a bit frustrating as well. I reached out several times to my loan officer to keep track of the interest rates and he was out of the office. By the time he got back to me the rate increased. This happened twice. Auto response and/or coverage during loan officers absence would have been helpful. Also, with the financing, Pulte advertises a low rate but that rate does not actually exist unless one wants to buy down several points, kind of deceiving for the buyer. Lastly, my construction. The home itself I love but there were several issues with the finishes paint, trim, air, heat and other little things. However, Anjelika, (my construction gal )took charge immediately to correct all of the issues. She scheduled followed up and even met the subs at my home when I could not. She truly went over and about to make sure I was happy. Her orchestration and willingness to make it right has made my house a home. I am now a happy Pulte home owner. ... More

We were excited to buy a home and thought we were going with a builder that stood by their product. There so many thing you are not able to see until you move into a house and the experience with the warranty group has been lack luster. So far the responses we have received start with "that is not under warranty" even though the installation was done wrong. I have submitted warranty requests and did not get a response until I went to the sales office. I have to consistently reach out reminding them that there are still issues that have not been resolved. I have decided that it is best that I reach out regarding one issue at a time and once that issue is resolved then move onto the next. I really appreciate the Pulte home team for their good work,well communicated and they are trustworthy.

You only find what you dig up. Mortgage experience was beyond awful. The only good thing was the incentives. Thank god my servicing has been transferred. Pulte Mortgage is AWFUL. After taking items apart for home improvement, boy the things I found had me disappointed. Overall, the home is in good shape, but it is a traditional home built in scale.

Everyone thru out the home buying process has been wonderful.

The process was taken longer than expected but it worth the time.

Our home buying experience started out great but we ended up regretting our purchase. At a quick glance the homes seem well out together, we noticed issues during our final walkthrough that weren’t all completed by the time of closing. Once we moved in we have not enjoyed our home. Outside of the lack of quality workmanship on details such as paint, trim, and drywall. The home is freezing. Our heat has to be almost up to 80 while wearing long pants and a sweater to be comfortable. Our 1 year old daughter has to be bundled up to eat breakfast in the morning. When you sit on the sectional you can feel the cold air blowing on your feet and neck. There is condensation on the new windows. Having owned a home in the Chicagoland area that was 6 years old we never had these issues, and our previous home was on a slab and it never felt this cold. We were going to build another home with Pulte but luckily were able to back out with only losing a small deposit. Would not recommend as a builder ... More

I had several issues coming already in new built home, one of such issue is air coming out from doors poor insulation. Hardwood floor is damaged and many more

Buying my new home with Pulte has been a great experience. My sales consultant Nadia was great and answered all questions and helped me with everything. Nate who was my construction manager was amazing. He sent pictures with all updates and explained everything and answered all questions. This made buying a new home from scratch an experience I really enjoyed.

Mary was great to work with throughout the whole process, responsive and always answering questions in a timely manner.

We weren’t necessarily looking to buy a new home, but had spoken with Jason in the Pulte sales office and he kept an eye out for us. When he found what he thought was the perfect home for us, he reached out immediately. He was right! We love the home. Leo, the construction manager, did a great job taking us through the home, the inspection process, warranties, registration of certain appliances, etc. He was incredibly thorough and responsive, just like Jason was for the sales portion. These guys are great. Highly recommend.

Overall experience was decent. Some of the procedures needed for the mortgage were cumbersome but that's probably the case everywhere. There were a couple communication breakdowns that had legitimate consequences but they did what they could to make things right.
