Eric our construction Manager was excellent. The closing at PGT Title not so much, did not introduce themselves.

Overall, we’re pleased with the build quality of our new home. However, we are quite disappointed with the finishing touches and the cleanliness prior to handover, especially for a brand-new build. The final details seemed rushed, lacking the attention to quality we expected. We still have several outstanding service requests with the customer care manager and look forward to having these issues addressed. Our construction manager was consistently polite and punctual, contributing to a generally positive home-building experience, even though the final presentation left much to be desired. I’m not a fan of overly critical feedback, and the positive aspects of the process certainly outweigh the issues. So, as long as the outstanding issues are resolved, I’d still be happy to recommend Pulte to others. ... More

Sales agent Rodrigo is the best of the best, amazing working with him. My construction manager Gustavo was also amazing! My complaints are with my loan officer, his responsiveness was not the best. They don’t communicate with each other well. House had some issues that had to be fixed. Hardware and landscape design are horrendous. Overall good.

We closed 8/27/2024, moved in that same week. From the beginning we noticed a few itmes that were supposed to be taken cared of by our Construction Manager. The cans to our lighting were falling off, we had asked several times why they looked that way and he kept tallimg us he would push them back in place. when we moved in we figured out the were all missing a screw, they are all haing on by one screw. lets see how long they last. Second week in tje house we had to call Xcel energy becuse we had a strong gas odor in our kitchen. We 1st called the emergency number on the move in packet but never received any responce from Pulte about it. Turns out the gas line was not tighten correctly during installation so we had a gas leak. 11/11/2024 we still need paint and caulk on one of our bathroom windows, the stone on the outside has started to fall off and we have not received any response from their Customer Care Manager. I wish someone would have warned us about this builder before we walked into that office.. ... More

We had a realto/ agent assist us in our homebuying process. We were encouraged with the model chosen on their inventory so as we were informed, nothing can be changed as they were all pre-chosen. Initially, we went for a cash purchase thinking the completion of build coincides with the sale of our home. We constantly coordinated with Build Manager and sales as there were instances the items per contract were changed like the tiles as we were told it was discontinued. We just feel that since we sought to have little assistance for balance on Mortgage with builder, the utmost attention to detail on the quality of the Home was compromised. We were just given a bit of courtesy to fix some tile damage, damage on wall, through service requests .We were assigned Centex crew to assist with our needs. They have not even fixed the slab unevenly plotted from the framing of garage, and the plaster in the front of the house looks tacky. We were promised that we will be given a white Sherwin William paint but nothing was sent.Their contractors for the carpets did not do a good job installing as nails pierce the Homeowners on random places upon walking stairs and floors, not inserting their safety and quality promise. We tried our very best, though how barely few weeks when we transferred to revive the front and backyard grass and we already got a violation letter from the HOA and even the small detail of trash and recycled bins in public view. They have not even given us our CC& R's!. Thank you for the Sales & Service team who sees to it that our service requests are given attention and priority,at least it gives us confidence that problems can readily be fixed.Thank you. ... We love and enjoy the craftsmanship of our brand new house!

Eric and Adam are the best. They understood my concerns and tried their best to resolve all the problems. Only feedback I have is when we add basement plumbing rough in , we expect that no solid pipes , dwv pipes or ducts run on that area to avoid low ceilings for future bathroom. As per our request, ducts are moved but solid pipe stayed. This is extra work in future and looks odd with unnecessary step in ceiling. Other than that, they are so supportive on all stages of home building. Thanks for all the nice work!

Beautiful, high quality workmanship. Very professional and responsive team, I enjoyed working with Pulte and would recommend them and their product to anyone.

Overall the financing portion drugged on unfortunately...I wish someone would've told me upfront exactly what documents were needed vice 2 or 3-days expressing they needed this & that.

It was a very good experience to buy new home from pulte. Received guidance, cooperation and help from Jacqueline and Kari always, whenever needed. Very happy with this experience. Recommended my friends as well

The home is great. Lots of blemishes throughout the home tho. Walk through was rushed

Overall the builders did a good job. This was our first home built from the ground up and so some of the issues may be normal that we experienced. I'd say out of the minimal issues we ran into the most frustrating one was we were told the house was going to be cleaned before closing and I don't think that ever happened. They vacuumed the floors but that's all it looked like they did because it's been two months now and we're still scrapping paint splatter off our floors in every room. windows weren't cleaned but again that could be a normal thing for a new house. one other note to future buyers is to check your stairs. My 10 yr old found out the hard way that the nails were poking through the carpet on every step on the stair case. I used a hammer on each step to smash them down. Other than that it was a pretty easy process. Pulte does a good job communicating with buyers on what's going on and where they're at with the building process and everyone is quick to help with any issues that arise. ... More

The builder Pulte did not consulting me about The closing date then I had many problemas with that.

I have never had a new home and I will say this was a wonderful experience. Peggy in sales and Mark in construction have been fabulous and have gone above and beyond. The workers in the development have been friendly and nice and very hardworking. Good team of people all around and I love my new home.

Happy with the overall experience from initial showing to closing. Pulte understood my out of state situation and allowed me to close in my home state of NV. Communication has always been positive up to and including today. I would highly recommend Homes to anyone looking for a quality project.

This is our very first home, and my partner and I are beyond happy with how smooth and exciting the entire buying process was! Mary, our sales agent, walked us through multiple different model homes and made the search approachable. She was incredibly friendly, and helped us find the home and model that perfectly fit our needs. After we decided to buy, the construction manager Omar gave as an extremely detailed walkthrough of the home, and even showed us matching homes still under construction. He answered all our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure our new home was move-in ready (even labeling spots that needed paint touch up himself!). The home itself is beautiful, and was in flawless condition when we moved in. This has been one of the smoothest and easiest home buying transaction I've ever done!

My experience with Pulte was easy, streamlined and simple. Everything was well put together. The Walk through was very informative. I enjoyed the simple, fast and easy closing process.

We purchased a Pulte lot in a neighborhood that we were interested in. The home building process was made very easy, and we felt that we were in the loop throughout the whole process. The house was built on time and very efficiently. We are extremely happy with pulte and the pulte team.
