We don’t have access to our own mail and there is no one to reach out to so lack of communication, we spotted multiple imperfections in the home, particularly the tile in our shower is not level.

They pitch high quality workmanship, but the product ends up actually being low quality and they don't care to fix it. They stand behind their contracts and legal jargon to justify houses falling apart from year 1.

Ground broke 5-21 and closing was 11-8-24. Fast, efficient, communicative and well built. Construction Managers were great and hand off from one to the other was well done. After closing everything became more difficult and communication slowed down. Clearly "warranty" work is not the same priority as gettting the house sold.

We had the worst experience buying this house and this is our 3rd new construction home. 11 months to build a home.. We were not given regular updates on the construction process and the exact reason for the 3 month delay due to not having water and power to the community. Nobody could tell me the reason for the delay- just that they were waiting on Edison.. They gave us a closing date, we signed loan docs and they old us to change the utilities into our name then 4 days before closing said they were still waiting for Edison. Granted there was a fire in the area which I can understand set them back but for 3 months- no sorry and 2 of the months were before the fire.. The upgrade prices were outrageously priced and at time of the walk through the finishes in the shower were not correct. They did end up fixing during the 3 month delay. I reached out to management and of course no explanation. The home seems like it was just thrown together. A month and a half after closing Pulte still has not completed items they said they would at the time of the "Celebration" walk through. I would never buy a Pulte home or use Pulte Mortgage again. House buying experience a 10 - Perfection. Staff/employees very responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our purchase process. Definitely recommend.

Excellent experience purchasing the house, all walk-through items have been addressed. Special shoutout to Gustavo for going above and beyond to make sure everything is in order and that the house is to our satisfaction.

Construction Manager makes or breaks a subdivision. Chris is really great and Tyler his walk through orientation manager is excellent.

Great home, building went longer than planned… communication in that area lacked.

Really like my home and its features. Appreciated the efforts to close earlier than planned. Title company error caused closing to take 4 hours. Warranty issues taking too long to resolve. Communication about warranty issues could be better. Great neighborhood and sales experience.

The process from beginning to end was seamless and pretty much hassle free. Everyone at Pulte was responsive and very helpful with all aspects of the project.

The title proses was very smooth and easy, closingday was accommodated to my work scheduled.

The number of issues with home quality is not acceptable for a million dollar home. The electrical issues have been constant for several months. There workmanship is below average in many areas. The field reps were professional but clear in their lack of ongoing concern. Very disappointed thus far in many facets.

Our experience with Pulte was excellent. Dave was great to work with. Shawn really put us at ease as he explained every detail about the house and was very responsive to our questions. So far, we are very satisfied with everyone we have encountered with Pulte.

Chris, our project manager was responsive to our needs and made our move in experience pleasant. Within 10 minutes of our taking possession of the home, he came to our rescue with a snow shovel and addressed our lock issue. Chris is awesome and he is a wealth of knowledge and an asset to Pulte Homes. He addressed our issues and concerns prior to move-in. Amy in PGP Title was helpful with our closing and has been helpful in proper allocation of funds for our HOA's.

Whatever you do, don’t use Pulte Mortgage. My loan advisor, who didn’t do any advising completely dropped the ball and I wasn’t able to lock into the terms that I signed up for. Brenden wasn’t apologetic nor helpful during any part of this process and neither was anyone else.

The Pulte buying experience was great. The only complaint was the selection of options. When you start the process you have no idea what the different levels mean. You can't see the options in every level so you have no idea what you can actually choose. When you get to the design studio they show you mostly what is in your level. So I was not able to know all of my options. Did not realize this until after the process. I would have picked things differently had I known.

While it may have been a spec home (very well appointed, I might add), we were still treated with the utmost care and concern. Everyone from the sales, mortgage, and insurance team(s) did a fantastic job of ensuring we were well informed, comfortable with our purchase, and valued as a customer! The warranty team is also fantastic; easy to reach and responsive. The whole experience has been leaps and bounds better than our previous experience with another builder.

This is our 2nd time building with Pulte Homes. The first time back in 2008 was SUPERIOR and this time was less then stellar. We had a great time designing the home and hoped it would be like our last. Upon delivery we were shocked at the low quality of our home and the errors that have been overlooked. We have reached out to our on site person to no avail. We saved our money for years to move to this location out of our home state and to be honest, we wish we had built with another company. For the HUGE amount of money we paid for this home with all the upgrades like our last, this house has been a huge disappointment. In the last few years since we build our last home clearly Pulte has gone down hill in value and fast. I would sadly not recommend anyone to build with them again. We have friends looking to build and I would advise them to go elsewhere. Pulte really let us down. We wish we had looked a little longer before we put down money to build this new dream home that has become a nightmare that no one seems to care about. Pulte received their money and clearly that is all they wanted. Sorry, but look to build with someone else. Wish I had better news for you. ... More
