Overall, buying a Pulte home was a great experience. Whenever there was any issues, Todd walked us through them and was there when we needed him. He is a great asset to the company.

The interest rate, discounted price and no closing costs were definitely selling points for me among others.

Builder team and construction manager were very impressive with their responsiveness. Sales person was extremely pushy and arrogant, always thinking highly of himself. Pultes construction quality is subpar, there is a lot of rattle and shaky parts in this house. Regret going with this builder, mistakes were made.

Look at all materials before closing

Great looking homes with high quality materials. Getting a mortgage thru Pulte is very easy and simple.The warranty deparment are experts in customers service and act very fast.

James the project manager, and Mishayla the sales rep were horribly slow at responding to requests during the buying process. They would take days or weeks to respond, and then the response was too late as help was sought elsewhere. Then after the purchase James got to a point that he was rude and disappeared when he had additional responsibilities after the sale. Requested to talk to his manager Allen who also never returned my call. Really bad experience with the staff, as none of them care about a good customer experience.

Information on all home amenities were wrongly explained.

The overall home buying process was relatively smooth, and we appreciated the support provided by both the sales agent and Pulte Mortgage. However, we are deeply disappointed with the quality of our new home, especially considering the significant amount of money we invested. Hence, we expected the quality of workmanship and servicing to match it. While we understand that it’s possible for minor issues to be overlooked during construction, the number of noticeable problems we've encountered in our home is concerning. We were informed that our home would undergo several quality checkpoints, but there have been multiple issues that we feel could have easily been addressed during the construction process. One of the first issues we noticed was the appearance of our walls, which have noticeable curves that should not be present in a newly built home. We had one of them fixed during our celebration walkthrough but we found another that is much more noticeable and we have been told it’ll be fixed after one year. Additionally, our stove top, which is an essential appliance, required repairs twice shortly after moving in because the knobs we’re not placed correctly (potential hazard) and arrived with a dent, which was disappointing for a brand-new product. Our doorbell has also been a persistent problem, starting out with intermittent functionality and now producing a strange noise, despite having been serviced once already. We asked for it be serviced or replaced but now we must reach out directly to the manufacturer for help which frustrating because a lot of our time has already been taken up by all of these issues that do not seem to end. Furthermore, we had a vent that needed to be placed under our kitchen sink area attached to the island. We did not know this as it had been covered up without a cutout for it and we only noticed when we turned on our heater recently and felt the air coming out slightly. However, that was somehow missed during construction and this issue had been promptly serviced by Pulte but again it was just frustrating and concerning to continue discovering these problems. Another concern is the condition of our flooring, where one of the floorboards arrived with a slight crack, which should have been caught during the inspection process. We were also disappointed to find that some of the upgrades we had requested—specifically the light switches and exterior finishes—were missing and the standard had been used until we pointed them out during the building process. This oversight was disappointing and concerning to see as no one seemed to notice until we visited the house ourselves during the construction process to see. We understand sometimes things may be missed in the hustle and bustle but these two things were missed at separate times, one after the other and we felt that there was no one paying attention to these things if it happened more than once. It made us worry that our other upgrades may also be overlooked such as the thicker carpet padding we paid extra for. Additionally, the upgraded granite countertops, which we were excited about, came with noticeable chipping, and despite having them serviced, the problem only worsened. We had hoped that the service would correct the issues, but unfortunately, it only made matters worse and there were more noticeable dents. We asked for someone to look at it again and perhaps have it replaced as we invested more for the stone but have yet to receive an update again. To make matters more frustrating, many of the smaller issues, which should have been relatively easy to fix, have proven difficult to address as it categorized as being fixed after a year or something that cannot be addressed by them. For example, our doorbell has issues again despite the fact that it was serviced not long ago, and we are finding it increasingly difficult to get the right assistance for these problems. While a few of the issues have been acknowledged and resolved, there are still many outstanding problems that we would like to have addressed. As a family, we are frustrated that a newly built home, for which we paid a significant amount, came with so many flaws. The ongoing difficulty in getting these issues properly fixed only adds to our disappointment. Ultimately, we feel let down by both the quality of workmanship and the service provided after the purchase. From the moment we met the Pulte team on property all throughout the loan process to the closing. The company was classy. We are pleased with everything and everyone we dealt with. Zach was fantastic showing us around the property and finding a home that we loved. Christina and Todd helped us every step of the way with the loan process. I can’t say enough about how great they were. Numerous emails sent back and forth to get all the details situated. We are grateful to have gone with Pulte!

For me who loves to cook, the horsepower of the range hood is not enough.，Although the workers worked very hard, some corners could still be done better.

We've had 2 custom homes built in the past and Pulte provides a much closer "custom" experience than any other corporate builder we considered. We love the development (Anthem at Merrill Ranch) and the amenities are better than we had hoped for.

There are lots of things that are great with Pulte. But few bad things will certainly eclipse all good things, especially when you're paying the money and expect good quality. I could write an essay of my experience but in short, it was not bad, not good.. by my home is beautiful.

We had a good experience buying the home. However this could have been better. Pulte did not give much choice for upgrades,almost everything is standard. For example carpet is standard for bedrooms. We would have liked vinyl/ wooden flooring in bedrooms. Communication of the closing date was not very efficient. Selection of external bricks/ stone is very limited. External design/ architecture of the homes are outdated ,could be more aesthetic & appealing.Landscapping is mediocre.

Sales person is mostly hands off and response is sporadic. He did show any accountability and importance of customers. Often his responses mostly short and not friendly. Mortgage: Both the rate lock person and the underwriter are completely worse. Their responses are very bad and often miss-aligned. They don't follow up on the documents' status and updates. Maintenance is a person has just started contacting, and his response is not good. He is

We love our home, but the experience we went through was not pleasant at all. We came to a house to a non working dishwasher, a hole in the outside roof, the grass had foot prints that made the surface uneven.

As a first time buyer we are happy with the service and experience so far.

While I will admit there were some that were very helpful including Taylor, Donna, and Gary, the remainder of the experience was very much a struggle and continues to be a struggle after moving in two months later. There was a struggle with the finance and surprises sprung on us the last few days before closing that increased our mortgage by a little over 200 dollars a month to which we had expressed what our budget was. Prior to closing some things were fixed as soon as we pointed them out, after closing, even with the warranty, some things still are not fixed after calls and emails. A person came by; however, I was working. We scheduled a time to return; however, they came at a different time. They called and left a message later and i sent an email and text message back to no avail. I know have another issue that has emerged and am going to contact them; however, not in the greatest of hopes of a timeline of when it will be addressed. ... More

Didn't seem like Pulte took any of our concerns to heart and until 2 days before closing definitely never showed an ounce of urgency to rectify problems we brought to their attention MULTIPLE TIMES. Maybe that's normal for new build homes, we've not done it before and based on this experience we won't again.

After living the the same house for 56 years, this was my first experience buying a new house. Amy and Dylan made the experience easy and they were responsive to all questions no matter how inane as was everyone working for Pulte. Definitely a 10/10 experience.
