We had an amazing experience! From beginning to end. Zak was amazing, he really sold us on the features of the home. Bailey the builder was GREAT! Heidi our loan officer worked well for us. Such a great team to work with. As a first time homebuyer, this experience was so much better than I was expecting. I recommend Pulte to anyone looking to buy the perfect home! I can’t explain how smooth and stress free this process was working with Pulte. We viewed properties by other companies and NONE of them compared to Pulte.

From the initial process, beginning with Sales, Loan Processing, Initial Walk-thru and Closing, this has been the best home purchase experience we've ever had. All the deadlines were met and fulfilled. We feel extremely good about the purchase and would highly recommend the Watershed Team to anyone on the market looking to purchase a home.

Pulte has 10 yr old same designs. You will not have contact from any management outside of sales person and property manager. Bad documentation Bad design studio that not accessible as per customer needs. Explanation of packages is horrible. Pulte expects Customers need to come prepared from a horrible design doc and select options in 2 hrs. One good thing is their team on ground is helpful. Their contractors don't follow a standards Pulte mortgage and Pulte insurance is another horrible company that doesn't care about customer experience and value business.

From the first contact with the construction company at the sales stand, demonstration of the model home and conditions of sale of the home, we were interested and everything went better than we expected. I am very happy with the purchase of the home and the realization of our dream in the USA.

Initial contact with Pulte salesman was positive till we quickly determined he was making mistakes and telling us things that were not accurate. Met numerous workers on the job and none spoke English. Fit and finish of home was average.

I was concerned going in without a realtor and to my surprise it was an overall great experience. I had someone every step of the way clarifying, guiding and communicating next steps. I will go for a Pulte Home anytime am in the market. Thanks to the team that made it happen.

We would like to share our recent experience with Pulte Homes regarding the purchase of our new home. While we had high expectations based on Pulte's reputation, certain aspects of the process and final outcome left us feeling disappointed and stressed. 1. Tile Work Concerns - During the construction phase, we noticed issues with the tile work and promptly reported it to the construction manager—this was nearly three months prior to closing. Despite raising the concern well in advance, the problem was only addressed a week after closing, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Given the time available to address this issue, we feel this could have been resolved before closing. 2. Paint Quality Issues - We also observed that the paint quality used in the home appears subpar. Minor scratches easily strip away the paint, revealing an overall lack of durability. We expected higher-quality materials to be used, especially given the investment involved. 3. Customer Service Response- While the local sales representatives in Santa Fe were excellent, the supervisor from the selling department fell short in addressing our concerns. When we raised the issue regarding the tile work, we were advised to "redo the tiles ourselves"—an unacceptable suggestion, particularly after paying $18,000 for a tile upgrade. This response left us feeling dismissed rather than supported. 4. Bathroom Fixture Problems - We acknowledge that we selected the bathroom fixtures, but we did not anticipate functional issues such as water leaking around the pull-out faucet, which is damaging the surrounding board. When we reported this, the plumber's recommendation was to "avoid splashing water around the faucet," which is neither practical nor a lasting solution. 5. Repeated Pushbacks and DenialsFor nearly every issue raised—whether related to tiles, faucets, or paint—Pulte representatives have provided pushbacks and denials, citing these issues as meeting "Pulte Standards." Unfortunately, this response does not address our concerns and leaves us questioning the standards being applied. 6. Quality of Workmanship - We cannot help but feel that some of the subcontractors employed may not have delivered the level of workmanship expected. There is a noticeable lack of attention to detail and an unfinished feel throughout the house. Interestingly, this seems inconsistent with the quality of Pulte Homes in other parts of the country. We share this feedback not to be overly critical but in the hope that it highlights areas for improvement. As customers, we expect quality, durability, and professionalism—values that Pulte Homes is known for. Builder communicated very well. It made the building process very easy.

My experience building my first new home has been deeply frustrating. A major leak above the furnace caused severe mold growth, clearly pre-existing before closing. Neither the construction manager nor the warranty team caught it. Despite the mold’s presence, the warranty personnel refused air quality or mold testing, dismissing concerns based solely on photos. I’ve had to pay for testing myself to protect my family’s health. Other issues, like cold drafts through outlets and wall dripping, are brushed off as ‘normal.’ The warranty team refuses to investigate insulation or ensure the home meets code. This builder’s claims of quality and energy efficiency feel entirely misleading. I cannot recommend them based on my experience. ... More

This wasn't my first new build and the quality of subcontractors could definitely be improved. If it weren't for us checking in on weekly basis there would e been so many things missed such as structural work.

First time home buyer for a new construction home and I absolutely love our new home. New build with great warranties, great team at Pulte Homes walked us step-by-step and kept us informed through the whole process. We are very happy and highly recommend Pulte Homes to all our friends in the area.

Back in May of this year we decided to sell our home and but a new Pulte Townhouse that had not even broken ground. Pulte said we should be able to close on it in late November or early December. We were dubious of their time line but lo and behold and we did just that and we love our new home. We were kept abreast of developments eavh week with an email from the manager and week by week we watched our new townhome being built.

It started with Dale on sales , then Andrea to help with Mortage , then Ryan and Tara with warranty and all other needs

All went well moving into the new house. A few minor issues with front door weather strip. The dryer vent tube was not connected to the wall. Kitchen exhaust vent was making banging sounds when windy. All have been addressed or are in the process. All responses to requests for fixes have been quick and easy.

There is nothing more refreshing than to count with a knowledgeable and friendly Project Manager. At PulteHomes in Arbor Oaks, Shawn is simply the best.

We are beyond thrilled with our new home, and we can honestly say that it has exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we began the home-building process to the final walkthrough and closing, the entire experience has been nothing short of exceptional. There are some delays during our closing day but everything got resolved at that same Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. We always felt informed and supported, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. I had a great experience with the team at Winding Creek. They were very responsive, patient and provided answers to all the questions.

Our home turned out just as we wanted it! Our Sales Consultant (Lauren), Design Consultant (Maureen) and Construction Manager (Anthony) were absolutely great at their jobs and really cared that the home turned out the way we wanted. The trades who worked on our build did quality work and any issues that popped up were promptly corrected. I would absolutely trust Pulte to build for us again.

Even after we have moved in, they are still available. I am still getting calls from them to check to see if we need help with anything. Highly recommend Pulte Homes.

We have wonderful staff throughout the entire process. Everyone was amazing. We are excited to celebrate Christmas in our new home.
