Easy experience with great communication

Review all the small items that need attention. Chipped door trim, paint missing, drafty windows, squeaky floors, scratched windows, patio door out of alignment, damage to vinyl floor, leaky sink. Etc etc etc.

The complete process was simple and well organized.

I had very bad experience with Pulte mortgage and my landscaping needs attention and I called many times and nothing.

James an Leo are great. The rest of the maintenance crew, comsi comsa.

Not great! These builders are cookie cutting builders , they do not value customer experience and overall workmanship is not great.. However customer service is good though.

Project Manager Shawn was great. Knowledgeable, experienced and highly responsive to our concerns. Pulte Mortgage was the absolute worst experience ever.

Craftsmanship isn’t there, landscaping is awful, cracks everywhere, cheap material. Do not buy from this company.

Overall a good experience, long wait, sales personnel friendly but not always helpful. The morgage group friendly and helpful but not competitive. The construction manager James was great. He made every effort to meet our needs and always responded quickly and politely.

Kept in the loop the whole process

We brought the home with vallybrooke plan with elevation 22,two windows in this plan kept on bathroom and one in closet-both won’t give the use of windows. Another plan issue is even though home is more than 3300 there is no proper media room- loft space is designed kind of waist like many doors and closet-we don’t have a place to keep our projector-we went with this plan because pulte agent mentioned this plan have big loft for projector but after built we realized that this room is not useful for media room purpose

Overall good experience but communication with sales person at Woodland Hills is really difficult at the time of closing and we have to follow up multiple times to get the proper response. When I had issue while removing some if the big stones..i have to go through higher management to resolve it..when I reached out to sales agent she just said it’s not possible to remove without any proper explanation. I feel like once you sign the contract..they don’t care much about it. They should look after their existing customers as well when we have issues to follow up.

I checked out all available units on multiple occasions and was able conclude with incentive. I am happy to get what i want for my budget. I was guided in right direction to make correct decision. Also, i got support in moving into the home which was very very helpful. Overall, i’m happy and its great

So far I enjoy my new home. Thank you team you was all wonderful.

Overall very nice experience. The only reason 4 stars and not 5 is because of lack of flexibility in many things customer wants like changing closing dates, or configurations(adding sun room after selections were made), using concrete over asphalt or taking inputs on not putting sod close to winter instead comeback and do it next spring etc. during building process. I understand there are tight guidelines for various reasons but allowing leeway to customers makes the experience elastic to the customer and they feel they also have some control on the process. The other reason is initially the lots were put in a bidding war before it was awarded. I understand the market conditions and your company trying to make the most of it but the experience was not a pleasant one from a customer standpoint since there was anxiety, lack of transparency etc. Other than that, the staff was professional, friendly and tried their best to get around advice processes. From the Pulte sales models...to our salesman...our home buying experience has been great! We love our new home! We did have a few minor items that needed attention--AND? Pulte and their crew were quickly responsive! Our house is very well built and energy efficient! We like the neighborhood and the view of the Sandia Mountains.

From start to finish Glen and Chuck help and guided us in the success of our new home. The mortgage and financial teams were easy to work with and very informative on what was needed for the acquiring of our dream home. Even after being here for over a month glen and chuck still say hello and make sure that we are not having any issues.

The purchase process was smooth. The time it took to build was quicker than we expected. The team kept us informed of the progress and made it easy to stay up to date.

As first time homebuyers, my fiance and I were incredibly impressed with the care and customer service given by our builder Bobby and sales rep Stephanie. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else!

Going into the purchase of my new home I was excited and enthusiastic. Pulte had such a good reputation, however, that soon changed! They did NOT live up to their reputation in any area! No one paid any attention to the workmanship the sub contractors were doing resulting in sloppy, shoddy workmanship. It seems like the Pulte model is “throw it together and if the buyer complains - fix it - and fix it as cheaply as it can be done. I used Pulte Mortgage and definitely do not recommend them to future buyers. I used Pulte Title, PGP Title, and still have not received a copy of the fully executed documents or the certified survey I was charged for, even though I have asked for it several times and left messages. I called the survey company and was told they gave 6 certified copies to the title company to give me. The last message I received from the sales agent said the survey company was mailing them to me directly. That was 2 weeks ago - still nothing. No one from the title company calls back or responds. They were disorganized and not responsive. Extremely disappointed and cannot stress enough “BUYER BEWARE!” . ... More

Overall it’s a good experience. All staffs were nice and efficient in the entire process. Except one thing that made us feel very unpleasant. Our home includes an upgrade that’s worth about $100k. All upgraded items were listed with their prices. One of the item was a kitchenAid fridge and its highest price I could found on internet is about $2700 before tax but they charge me $4200! I meant if you wanna take money out of my pocket, you should have allocate the profit to something I can’t get its price easily on the internet. Charging me $4200 for a fridge which is worth $3000 at most makes me feel like I’m a fool! Now it makes me wonder how much the upgrade is really worth. ... More

It was excited yet worrisome for being first time home buyer. However, the sale rep and the construction manager are following the whole process to be smooth and have perfect results. I would be forever thankful to them as they answered all the questions that we could come up anytime. I would recommend Pulte for great professionalism and care.
