We've had many issues throughout our buying and build journey, happy to discuss more in detail in the phone. Our sales associate and design center consultants did chose some options for us (like our elevation) without telling us and did not explain options available to us, other times they gave just wrong information. They were not forthcoming about pricing. Key steps in the build process were missed, like walking us through an electrical plan. We learned a great deal about what to police for our next build and for now are spending a great deal of time and money correcting things that we could have chosen to have done during the build had we been properly informed- ie we thought we chose a brick house but instead it siding. I wanted to spend money to get my home perfect, I told them money wasn't an issue, show me options - that was not done and now I'm paying significantly more after the fact ... More

Dave with warranty department is unresponsive and lacks organization and communications skills. Not sure how or why he allowed to work in this field.

We had very good communication with Maria, Todd and Kay that really helped address all issues during this process. They listened and took care of our concerns. I was very pleased with the way it all turned out

The home buying and the financing experience were good and relatively easy considering that we were buying from out of state . However it failed to deliver in terms of quality of workmanship including hardwood floors , cabinets and general finishing . The biggest issue for us is that even though home was advertised as 2 car garage- it doesnot fit our standard size suvs which is an ongoing concern for us . Also the resolution of the issues with workmanship is not to our satisfaction even though it is advertised as having one year home warranty.

Was easy process, however we are having trouble getting the contractor come back out to fix issues that we saw on our walk down. House was not clean and found sun flower seeds in the carpet. Workmanship is not the best. Easy communication when we were buying the house.

Disappointed with the mortgage process and the customer service after move in. Home was delivered fully built on time and sales personnel are excellent.

We opted to build a home with Pulte given the limited inventory of available homes on the market. Our friends who built with Pulte 8 years ago warned us not to and we should have listened. The sales and design center process were great. Once construction started is when we had issues. They just slap these homes together with no care. Countless quality issues that we called out during and at close. We were told that the punch list items would be addressed and 2 months later they are not even though we've sent several requests and messages. The issues we continue to find after close are numerous. So fun to find out your heat doesn't work on the first cold day since you moved in. Cameron and his team have been on top of things during and after our closing. He would catch and repair any overlooked flaws after construction. His professionalism really gave us a peace of mind during the process.

Camille and I had a fantastic experience with Tim our construction manager. As with any project there will be some issues that could be overlooked. From beginning to the end and then some. Tim made sure that everything was completed to satisfaction. He made our build like it was his own. Updates was always communicated on a weekly bases. Thank you Tim in all you do. I believe if it wasn’t for the construction managers, Pulte would not be where they are at in the industry of building homes. Our experience with Pulte Homes, from the initial purchase to the final move-in, was mostly positive. The home itself has met and even exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and value. Pulte’s attention to detail in construction and design really shines through, and we’re thrilled with how everything turned out once we settled in. The floor plans are thoughtfully laid out, and the materials used in the build are of good quality.

My overall buying experience was great. Brigitte from the Sales Office was very helpful and responsive. Bobby the Construction Manager was also great and helpful. However, the Mortgage team was not as pleasant in dealing with, particularly the loan processor. I was reminded about the need to show a lease agreement for my other property two days before closing, which created a lot of stress to find a renter on short notice. It was not clear how the 20k incentive was applied. Plus, the loan estimate from Pulte Mortgage looked very different from the loan estimate from PGP Title, which created a bit of confusion as what was covered by the 20k or if indeed I got a 20k credit at all from Pulte. ... scratched windows holes in walls missed paint Really Really bad drywall.

I’ve been meaning to write a review about Brian R., who showed me my unit during the walkthrough. He did a fabulous job with a detailed pre-closing walkthrough. Brian was incredibly patient and helpful every step of the way, especially as we stopped to ask many questions and took our time inspecting everything. I truly appreciate everything he has done for us and on behalf of Pulte. We met again for the celebration walk, and it wasn’t just those days—since my first visit, I’ve exchanged several emails with him, asking numerous questions. He always responded promptly and meticulously, addressing all of my concerns. The issues we’ve logged have been addressed accordingly as well. Not bad but not best quality. They do fix things as needed mostly.

My fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night and Pulte can’t fix it l!!!

When choosing a home, we considered not just what we wanted now but what would make sense in the future, such as space family gatherings, visits, and resale value. Summer Nay was the right choice for us! Buying a home was a fulfilling experience. It felt like a smart financial move and provided a sense of security and accomplishment. Ryan and Tyler made this extremely expensive experience bearable. This team made my buying process less stressful and Ryan was better than my own realtor in providing me with updates and helpful information …. Thanks Ryan. There will always be littles issues but Tyler my project manager has been working to correct any issues.

Chris was great with communication throughout the process and made himself available to assist post closing with any small items that came up.

Holes still needing repaired. But all we were told was when do you want painters? Did our walk through and marked up a lot of cosmetic items, holes, missing items. Come to closing and sign our paperwork to be told the painters are still there. Oh and we haven't scheduled cleaners. Painters used all types of finishes on all walls, trim is half painted, sometimes even changing from flat to semi gloss to flat again on the same board. Chips in the front door, staples were just painted over that should have been removed. When removed they were just left on the ground. Doors are all chipped up, lesser quality than homes we have built before for less than half the price. Oh and when a door breaks they will replace it, give you no notice and show up at 7am with an unpainted door. All of our red tape was just removed and not corrected. Grout miss matched in backslash and dunks of it on the tile floor. Why is what is standard on a lesser "quality" house cost extra with Pulte? Plugs on the wall where you hang a TV? Nope that's extra. Holes where the fire suppression system nozzles are because we love to cool the attic. Screws through the hand rails for you to get jabbed with, now that's standard with Pulte. Holes unpatched on the exterior, roof vents appear to have been kicked, vents painted shut or open, and shutters installed by the lowest bidder. These are standard with Pulte. Give them a 5 star review and get a ring camera and an accent wall. Bought our own camera. Why have the same incompetent painters paint an accent wall when they can't do the basics? The entire process of buying our home was a smooth one. We personally didn’t have issues in the entire process. Mandi was always available and so helpful if I had any questions and Vaugh the Project Manager was awesome to work with. He is very detailed oriented and if we saw anything along the way he will take care asap. We are very satisfied and happy with our Pulte Home

A 2mil house should not have as many issues when going through the walk through. Everything from the walls, inside and outside of the house, requiring patch work, poor installation of cabinets, spotty paint job, dirty walls and carpets, etc.

Leaking twice in my new condo’s basement ! Poor quality! The only good thing is responsible to issue is quick and good!

We were asked to have an inspection and quality review with Pulte representatives before final closing. Upon “move in”, many of the issues of function and quality were not addressed. The ceiling fan in the lanai had no remote and didn’t function. This problem was never fixed. The burner heads on the stove were missing and, when replaced, one burner was not the proper size for the unit (this is a still un-corrected safety issue). The refrigerator was inoperative and replaced with a “scratch and dent” model of a different brand. It took three deliveries of the wrong units (and three weeks) to correct this problem. Numerous light bulbs were blow out which we had to replace. One of the bedroom dressers (which we purchased with the house) had three drawers jammed closed and never repaired. Soon after our move-in our aid conditioning unit failed and our sewer system backed up. These last two items were swiftly addressed by Pulty. ... More

It was easy to fall in love with the home, lot and community, but Pultes service made it possible to have what I loved. They provide a full service buying experience and hold your hand the whole way, including closing. All the Pulte people sales, finance, mortgage, title, building crew, home insurance, closing agent, and warranty after closing, have been focused on making sure everything is perfect. This is truly a wonderful Group.
