Eric was excellent in addressing all construction issues and remained engaged throughout. Eric was very helpful in explaining all the homeowners maintenance responsibilities and how to make sure the home is well taken care of.

Every step of the home buying process and touch point with the builder was meet or exceeded our expectations. The team members at Pulte which we worked with on our build were first class and very responsive!

A lot of issues from pre closing walk required constant follow-up for more than a month. Still some issues not resolved. Not so great communication

In this regard, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to PULTE HOMES for their instrumental role in facilitating the realization of this dream.

I loved the design and quality of the model home. However, what I received was quite the opposite. The construction team appeared to focus only on cost and timing. The quality of workmanship was less than poor both external and internal. Issues that were identified at the walkthrough were not corrected. The internal painting is horrific. Window seal/caulking is cracked in multiple places. Electrical Outlets, HVAC vents, decorative molding are crooked. Carpet is fraying. Overall I was very happy to be able to work with pulte and recommend all our contacts to reconsider work with pulte but one concern I have is need to assign to adress any concerns in the office rather than we are chasing construction managers

Great Customer service through out. My experience is with Windsor Cay Resort. Greg - Field manager always emailing updates, which is great since we are from another state. I have to mention Denise, Title company as well. Wonderful to work with. Overall I am happy with my purchase. Will work with Pulte in the future for sure!

Everything in the process was excellent.

The new home is great and we’re enjoying living here. That being said we have a number of issues with quality, poor craftsmanship and other deficiencies, including things being installed incorrectly, paid for items that weren’t installed, flooring needing correction and a leaky drain.

I recently moved into a new construction home, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing due to poor workmanship of the workers contracted by Pulte. From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear that corners were cut. Several walls have noticeable gaps, and the paint job is uneven, with drips and missed spots throughout. These problems indicate a lack of attention to detail during the construction process. Overall, I expected a higher standard of quality from a new build, and I am left feeling dissatisfied and concerned about the long-term durability of my home.

For a brand new home I expected very little issue to see like small cracks. But there are so many issues that show there was no pride nor quality from electrical, installation of cabinets, to painting. Walls have holes made by a drill bit, scraping during installation in walls, base boards not painted, I can feel nails and bumps on my feet when walking bare foot on carpet. There has been tile glue throughout the house, door threshold has a hole, bathroom sink bottom part is broken, trash cabniet is not installed correctly its hard to open and closed. Kitchen and master bedroom breaker has popped once already, where they installed wire for camera is a bad position because light is in the way, nails sticking out on baseboard, bathroom tubs are rusted, flooring wasn't sealed correctly etc. ... Excellent home quality and responsive service!

WE were blessed to have Austin as our manager. He is a young man that is very mature. His practice is good communications, which I believe is the key to business. The results is no surprises and in our case a great house.

Customer care and construction manager, as well as onsite agent are wonderful (Cha, Angela and Sov) materials (except window screens)-excellent. BUT, they should be note discerning of the subcontractors they use-Many walls not square, may air exchange and outlet receptacles not square-cupboard doors not tuned-poor workmanship-I used to be a framing sub-the “nice touches” only take a few extra minutes-I expect better for $445k!

I was pleased that Pulte could accommodate the closing a few days earlier. They went through the whole process a few times with us, and were very accurate

Pulte and the group of managers we worked with were amazing! We are loving our new home! My husband shared he doesn’t even miss our old home. Can’t wait to build many more memories in our new Pulte home. Stephen and Zach were solid and kind men. Thankful for our team in helping us with this new build. You can rely on them! They even follow up to check in on you and make sure all is going well! Truly caring and compassionate group. Thank you guys!

Floor on upstairs had 10 ft long bulge of 2 inch pressing the carpet to cause people to fall over. Floor downstairs, the foundation steel beam is sagging by 1.75 inch. The electrical outlets and switches are installed slanted. Kitchen cabinet is broken and still installed to the wall. The drawer knobs and pulls are not the choices I made on change order which the Pulte charged money. There were rebar sticking out of basement. Basement electrical wiring is exposed and they installed drywall on top of natural gas pipes and squeezed it. Kitchen countertop has 1/4 inch gap between cabinet. The bathroom sinks under mount is not caulked 1/6 inch gap on 6 sinks. Outside second story windows has paint marks and too steep to clean so they didn't clean them. The orange conduit lets rain drip into the electrical panel inside where there is an outlet facing upward at the conduit from outside. Pulte denied responsibility even though they installed it. Internet panel is crooked not installed straight. The pre wired ceiling fan, Pulte put a cheap chandelier which prevented installing a ceiling fan. Garage had crack outside the garage door envelopment. Front door trim came apart. Weather stripping failed on new construction. Windows are installed straight but not light switches. A Door is missing a door stopper. Tiles are not sealed so home owner have to seal them before using the shower after moving in we had to wait three days for shower tile grout sealers to cure and have to be reapplied every month. ... The experience was generally good and all our concerns were addressed in a timely manner. There were instances of poor communication as we got into the escrow process between the Title Company and Pulte which made things a bit stressfull. Overall, all parties did their best and we closed on target. Now that we are moved, we noticed some cosmetic and electrical issues. Some issues were easily corrected and others have taken more back-and-forth discussions. Overall, Pulte Customer service has been rectifying the issues as quickly as possible.

This is the second review that's been requested and I was contacted by customer care at corp. I could go on with my concerns but please refer to my first review.

I will like to say I have bought three homes . This by fair has been the worst experience I have had . The work was not quality . The home was rushed and the amount of money paid was not worth it . I had to go as far is emailing the president of Pulte and constantly send emails before I got a response. My home was never professional cleaned . Paint is an ongoing issue. Currently living in the home with trades coming weekly . They won’t even give me any money back for the magnitude of issues. I have missed many days of work and my household has been disrupted with all this . The trades literally just did whatever they wanted with construction. I am depressed to spend more money due to inflation and not have a pleasant experience. I’ll be going into the new year I’m sure adding things that could have been done prior to moving in. ... More

Pulte Mortgage lied and stole thousands of dollars. The house, itself, is okay, but don't use Pulte Mortgage.
