For extended electric power outage, there should be better emergency lights available in hallway, stairway and indoor parking area.

The floors are not insulated enough. You hear the people walking on the floors above.

Matt and the Pulte builders did a great job with the buildout of Washington Place and are very responsive to any questions or issues I had since move in!!

Everyone at Pulte that we worked with made us feel like they truly cared about us and the quality of our new home. Amanda, Mason, Matt, Alex and Kelly have all been awesome. We couldn’t be happier with our home and the team that continues to support us even after closing. Highly recommended!

Great sales and construction team. Settlement team not very responsive to questions from my title company. Also they insisted we go to Trevose while others settled remotely.

The Pulte team was very transparent and communicated the building schedule as it progressed. Questions were answered in a timely manner. Highest ratings for communication, design, and quality workmanship.

The process of seeing the house and buying went pretty quickly. The main waiting period was waiting for the house to be built so we could close. The construction manager really enhanced our experience during this time and continues to be of help to us as we settle in. The mortgage process through the builder-associated lender required some back and forth as is expected for any home loan experience. There were also minor things we wanted to change that we did ourselves like adding more conveniently placed towel hooks in the bathrooms. So far, we have had a great experience with our new Pulte home. The purchase process was straightforward and seamless. Since we purchased a quick move in home, we can’t speak for some of steps in the process but the sales process wasn’t overly complicated. Leading up to closing, we had multiple walkthroughs to check the quality of the build and learn the mechanical systems. We had a third party inspector inspect the house prior to closing and they found very few issues, even said it was one of the better new constructions they have seen. Sean (project manager) and Alex (customer support) have been quick and responsive taking care of any minor issues that have come up pre and post closing. Overall good experience with home buying and beautiful plan. Finishing is not up to the mark and would expect better for the price paid. Work orders to fix stuff post move in is slow.

The whole home buying experience has been great thanks to the support received by each person we have dealt with at Pulte. It shows they are really committed to providing the best possible service and support, starting with our first contact with the sales representative, then construction manager, and the maintenance manager. And that positive experience is is what makes a big difference. Besides the house is beautiful and well constructed with a nice community. We really love it here and we are very happy with our decision to buy a house from Pulte.

Good home, nice community and value

The whole process was seamless and the team at Pulte made everything so easy to do. They were informative and answered all questions. Ensured everything was lined up, ready, and solved any issues that happened before and after closing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Howard has been great from a sales perspective and made sure we were comfortable through the full process. Justin has been the best construction manager I’ve ever worked with. He’s responsive and executes as needed. In a perfect world, these two gents would be training your whole organization.

The process was ok. Some deceptive initial sales tactics. Adding in random lot prices that fluctuate. Not adding radon remediation when it’s obvious that the ground had potential radon - being an old farm. Our construction mgr Dan was great. Honest. Trustworthy. At closing we had several issues which are still not remedied two mos later. One was our backyard not draining properly- yet our neighbors had an entire work crew adding dirt and seed the same day they moved in. I have asked for an update and heard nothing. And now it is too late for grass to grow.

Overall the workmanship was ok. There were a few things that were a bit sloppy.

Very Bad no one cares about the quality

My wife and I recently purchased a townhouse in Pulte's Spring Lake community in Glen Mills, PA, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Very unhappy with what we paid for. Feels very unfinished. Outdoor landscaping is a mess. inside wood flooring was installed incorrect wood type and we’re still having issues. Regretting my home buying decision.

What was supposed to be an amazing fresh start in a new community is suddenly feeling like "a cash grab" by the builders. First, the house looks amazing, feels amazing, but then when you really get moved in you start to notice the poor craftsmanship of the house. Our first week, fire alarms constantly going off. Our second week, vents falling off the wall because not properly secured on the drywall. Our third week, I noticed how badly of a job they did on our oak staircase. My ticket was opened up 2 months ago now. The first attempt to fix it, the person came to our house for 4-5 hours and did a HORRIBLE job at attempting to fix them. Now, we want the stairs completely re-done to a way higher standard. I have still not gotten resolution on my issue and it's now a full 2 months since I opened the ticket. Recently, I joined a "WhatsApp" group for the community and I quickly learned I am not alone in being upset about this lack of overall buying experience. From what I have learned, I think the main issue between the entire neighborhood and Pulte is that the responses to tickets, emails, and actual ACTION is terrible. As someone who runs a company and personally receives 200+ emails a day, I find it hard to believe that someone can't even acknowledge you, get back to you, and schedule a fix for the issue within a timely manner. Maybe Pulte should HIRE MORE PEOPLE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Without customer service, you dont have a company in my opinion. Overall, I am grateful for my new home however, Pulte is single handedly putting a bad taste in my mouth because it feels very "cash grab" . For the price points of these homes, quicker action for our home repairs, grading issues, lawn issues, whatever the case may be shoud be a top priority - becuase thats how customer service works! ... If I could give 0 stars I would. They have been dishonest and difficult throughout the entire process. We’ve had several issues arising from overall poor workmanship and negligence on part of their subcontractors which they refuse to take responsibility for. They nickel and dimed us for several upgrades, but bait and switched us and subbed out for things that were cheaper than what we had paid for. They have been dishonest and the quality of their homes cannot be justified by their price. I would not recommend at all.

Overall the house is great but there are many quality issues we have discovered. To start, the vanity lights in 2 of our bathrooms have fallen out. Our living room carpet is so thin, we can feel the nail strip underneath. The kids have had multiple injuries since they don’t typically wear socks or shoes in the house. Under our basement carpet floor, we can feel Little Rocks so it doesn’t seem like the floor was cleaned prior to laying the carpet. Our door locks have to be positioned a certain way in order to lock properly. And lastly, Some of the trim does not meet the floor.

Overall satisfaction. Quality of paint finishing needs improvement. Had to push for punch list follow up after closing. Good response once issues were addressed.

From the sales presentation through the closing process our experiences were nothing but positive.

Communication is always great. Any issue that popped up, Zack was all over it.
