Very Poor Quality. They don't take ownership, and there is no quality check. They just want to close the house ASAP. Once you close the house, they will just make some lame excuse in the name of "We are not a custom builder; we are a Production builder." It feels like I bought a remodeled house at the price of a New House.

Don't trust them. What they say and what they do are 2 totally different things. Was told my garage would have an extra step or 2 into my house. Ended up with 5 steps and a whole landing. I can't fit my car in the garage. Secondly, was told numerous times that I would have a prewire for a light fixture above my dining room table. They installed a prewire for a ceiling fan which is a much smaller box so my chandelier can't be installed correctly. They are saying the ceiling fan prewire is correct. Was not able to do final walk through. They were very fair completing repairs.

The Pulte Team provided excellent support for home buying from Sales to Contruction to After-Closing Customer Care. I especially appreciated help from Howard Daniels with quick responses and information. Manan Patel was helpful during construction process with detailed information along with the project foreman. Rick Canale has been a valuable resource for after-closing issues. Ed Sacco recommended options to save in loan finances with expert advice. David Chang, VP, stepped in to help out, as well.

Working with Jim to purchase my home was incredible. He was very informative and always had answers on the spot working with Paul. The project foreman was a great experience as well. Very informative and ready to help and now working with Zack after we settled has been an amazing experience. He is so on the ball And working hard to resolve a few issues we have Great job Pulte team

I’ve had a disappointing experience with Pulte. They make big promises during the contract phase but fail to deliver. There are numerous issues in my new house that I did not expect to see in brand-new construction. My construction manager was unresponsive and seemed indifferent, neglecting to check the quality of materials or the dimensions of rooms, cabinets, and windows as the house was being built. The salesperson was more focused on pushing the closing without addressing the issues we discussed during the final walk-through. Additionally, they planted seeds, trees, and shrubs in the yard 2-3 months before completion but never watered them. By the time of closing, everything was on the verge of dying. My kitchen sink was already scratched before the house was handed over. It appears that Pulte is more focused on starting new projects than ensuring the quality of homes currently under construction. Buying a new-build home can be a challenge. There is always some question about how long it will take the builder to complete the home and what the quality of the home will be at completion. I'm pleased to say that my entire buying experience with PULTE exceeded my expectations. The PULTE team met every construction milestone and inspection date they established with me at contract signing. We even closed on the home one day earlier than the date on the contract. This was very helpful to me since I had sold my previous home and was in temporary quarters while awaiting my closure date on the new home. Our final home is beautiful and I'm very pleased with the overall quality. I am very satisfied with all aspects of my experience with PULTE. ... More

couple of issues with land scaping/grading behind the house working with customer care support to resolve the issue. Rain water not flowing properly into drain. Issue details shared with Pulte team and waiting for the solution.

Cheap sub contractors and not paid attention to small details. Have a 16 open tickets regarding all the issues.

Andrew and Mike were extremely responsive and took care of problems quickly.

Overall experience was good. Have issues with vendors Pulte partners/subcontracts with. Guardian services is poor at best.

Very bad execution after closing service is very bad material and build quality so poor whole house make noise floor and steps in just 1 month even doir not closing properly low and cheap quality making cost cutting

Used cheap materials & unprofessional job. Very disappointed with Pulte builder. Builder used cheap labor which benefited them only but the buyer had to suffer and comprise with final product being horrible. Everything seemed done with rush just to get it done. I have seen other builder new homes and I am very disappointed with Pulte builder for not putting their buyers satisfaction as Priority.

Too many oversights with the final product. Needing constant service requests for the things the builder shouldn't have missed in the first place.

Home buying process was made easy and Pulte provided plenty of options to customize the home to our style

We absolutely love our new home. The settlement date was unfortunately pushed out several months past the initial expectation which resulted in a higher mortgage rate sadly. We have run into some electrical issues such as a recess light being covered over by drywall, electrical switch issue in the hvac closet which the builder was aware of prior to settlement but did not fix until after move in. We also could not hard wire our security cameras as there was a wire that was stalled into in the attic. We understand these things happen and Pulte has been quick to respond to maintenance issues and helped to get them resolved quickly. Communication during the building process was very sparse. We were told we could expect to receive weekly updates every Friday which turned into 3 over the course of 4-5 months with many of our outgoing emails ignored. If the communication would have been better the whole experience would have been a 5 star experience. ... More

Terrible service. Home not done in accordance with contract or upgrades. Walked away from settlement. Lawsuits threatened. Brutal experience trying to get Pulte to simply complete home in accordance with contract

I love the sales lady Natalie who responded fast n was very polite.

We are totally impressed with the after sales service. Everyone in the team is so responsive and eager to help. For us that was big and we are very happy with the response TAT.

Overall good experience. Issues acknowledged in timely manner, although resolutions have been slow.
