Terrible service. Home not done in accordance with contract or upgrades. Walked away from settlement. Lawsuits threatened. Brutal experience trying to get Pulte to simply complete home in accordance with contract

Not at all satisfying with material and after closing services

Very bad execution after closing service is very bad material and build quality so poor whole house make noise floor and steps in just 1 month even doir not closing properly low and cheap quality making cost cutting

Dishonest and poor quality

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have been dishonest and difficult throughout the entire process. We’ve had several issues arising from overall poor workmanship and negligence on part of their subcontractors which they refuse to take responsibility for. They nickel and dimed us for several upgrades, but bait and switched us and subbed out for things that were cheaper than what we had paid for. They have been dishonest and the quality of their homes cannot be justified by their price. I would not recommend at all.

Reserve at Franconia - Very Poor Quality

Very Poor Quality. They don't take ownership, and there is no quality check. They just want to close the house ASAP. Once you close the house, they will just make some lame excuse in the name of "We are not a custom builder; we are a Production builder." It feels like I bought a remodeled house at the price of a New House.
