I love the sales lady Natalie who responded fast n was very polite.

We are totally impressed with the after sales service. Everyone in the team is so responsive and eager to help. For us that was big and we are very happy with the response TAT.

The home buying and building process was pretty quick and seamless. The design center experience could have been better. Our design center associate was not very knowledgeable and there were no prices assigned to upgrades at the showroom so it was hard to do a cost benefit analysis. That process should be more automated. There should be a computer at the showroom the associate work from that can give you an updated price in real-time as you add upgrades. We also were caught up in the pricing readjustment which was very confusing. Overall we are very satisfied with the home. Poor services from warranty department

Quality is not great for the price . Need to work on quality and pricing . We found lot of issues and after sales they never look back to solve the issues.

Communication was excellent during entire process.

Overall we love our home because it’s our home but the buying process with Pulte was painful, stressful and not pleasant. There were many times we wondered if we made the right decision. The contractors are just sloppy with their work and the sales people are completely untrustworthy. If the customer experience was better, they’d really be at the top of the game because the home designs are beautiful. Purchase with caution and just know what you’re getting into.

The Pulte staff has responded to discussing the issues with us but has been not quite useful in promptly resolving these issues.

The builder was great to work with. The only thing I would recommend is staying on top of the small details (molding, painting, etc.) some of that was poorly done but the house in general was beautiful.

Rushed through many items and it sometimes shows, including but not limited to not measuring for levelness and size. But great home warranty team and experience thus far.

The homes are designed for the families of today. A lot of useful space but not too big. People love our community very quiet and clean.

It has been fantastic working with Pulte Homes to build my new house. They have a very good team which I have enjoyed working with from the beginning to end of my building project. I am kept well informed throughout the process and they deliver on timeline.

Waiting for several complete actions

Poor process in working with new homeowners to assist in the orientation of all the aspects of a new home. We have some early issues and it's difficult to get answers and assistance.

A week into moving into our new home I discovered a leak in my front window which has pieces of drywall falling as well as water marks on the wall underneath. Days later I had a new leak in my roof which came through my master bath as well as my kitchen ceiling. I have been reaching out to the warranty company for 3 1/2 weeks now to get my “roof inspection report” and get my home fixed. In addition, I am still waiting for repairs from pre closing to be completed and I continue to watch my sod die. I love my home but these past 6 weeks have been extremely frustrating.

This is the first time my wife and I have gone with a big builder for a home and the process couldn't have been more smooth. Despite choosing our lot after the structural choices were made, they let us make a few small adjustments that greatly enhanced our enjoyment of the house. During the build process, the super was in contact with us frequently and made himself available to answer any question we had, even getting back to us in a timely manner if he didn't know the answer off the top of his head. We've also talked with our customer warranty rep a few times since moving in for general questions and minor repairs (due to damage from movers) and he's been responsive and helpful each time. We haven't had to file a claim for anything yet, but we expect that process to be similarly handled if the need arises. ... More
