We came to Nexton in need of a move-in ready home due to a very bad experience with a different builder in another neighborhood. We met Meghan and she was like a ray of sunshine who immediately helped us find the beautiful Pulte home that we are now living in. The quality of this house is head and shoulders above the one we had been waiting on that was being built. We have had one issue with the house since moving in and the Construction Manager, Ryan, immediately showed up to take control and make sure it was made right. If you are lucky enough to be paired up with Emma in Sales and or Jamie in Construction, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the new home building experience. Both team members are great at conforming to the customers communication desires, and communication is where it all starts. They were there to provide us with feedback, answer questions, as well as keeping us in the loop with our builds updates and information from pre-construction through closing. Buying this home was a fairly smooth process. Our salesperson was great and handled our concerns in a timely fashion. Our project manager did a great job. Of course there were obstacles that came up but they too were handled to our satisfaction.

This was the best build we have had. Communication throughout the build process was excellent. The quality is superb.

You can’t make a mistake with Pulte…their customer experience should set precedent for other businesses! I will go out of my way to use Pulte if I ever choose to go down this path again!

We started out super excited, this was to be our dream house and the home we would grow old in together! We had simply the BEST Project Manager Ever! Race answered all my questions, he was quick to address both questions and concerns, He really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect, however.........at closing, there was an issue with the hardwood floors, I was so upset, we had hardwoods through the entire house.........Race jumped into action! He determined the exact issue and what caused it, he scheduled multiple people to come in and evaluate the issue and try to fix it, after exhausting all repair options he is having them replaced. What does this say about Pulte and Race? Well they stand behind their product, they make it right and what you to be happy. If we ever do decide to move again, ( which i really doubt, but you never know) I will certainly pick Pulte over other builders, ( i have built 5 houses in my life....so far LOL) I could only hope Race is still with them! Conclusion, Pulte is a great company with high standards, am i saying everything is always perfect? No, but they make it right if something does come up. ... More
