The sales agent and project manager were very attentive and helpful, however they have left the company, so now that I’m moved in, I will have to see how helpful Pulte is to any problems associated with the house. I do have a pest problem and have contacted HOA, but have not heard back regarding outside spraying for insects

Pulte was awesome to deal with throughout the entire building and buying process. Great people and made everything a joy and very easy.

Ryan and Meghan always responded quickly to any concerns I had. If something was wrong they would fix it immediately even if they didn't really have to. I have had a good experience with Pulte so far. I changed my mind a couple of times on what upgrades I wanted and they did their best to accommodate me.

It was a very smooth process, good communication and we closed within 3 days of our projected date. Concerns have been addressed and taken care of! Would definitely recommend Pulte!

Meghan and Nico were awesome to work with! Meghan was extremely responsive and very helpful through the entire process. Nico was very personable, helpful, and always went the extra mile. No matter what time of day I showed up to the house he would be at our house or another house in the neighborhood working to solve problems.

The build process went well. We were kept updated on progress. Our home is beautiful and we love all the features. The sales associate was really helpful in finding our lot. The design associate was very good at helping us decide on what options we wanted.

Our sales consultant Rob was great, always available to answer any questions we had while our home was being built. We received weekly updates from our construction manager Michael, which were very helpful because we were not local. Only area for improvement would be the response to issues.

From the start to finish the people from Pulte worked with us, kept us informed of the progress and were very responsive to all our questions.

Everything has been great except our fireplace experience. We have had prompt response to repairs but the vinyl siding is melting due to heat exhaustion. It has been repaired and vinyl siding replacement is pending. We’ve also heard that we are not the only homeowners with this issue. We also have had some concerns with a low lying area in our natural area. I believe the delay is due to Charleston county.

We bought our home in a short time frame after visiting during Christmas. At that time we had to return overseas and trust Pulte throughout the build process to clearly communicate and provide updates as the home was being constructed. When we returned 7 months later the house was nearly done and we were certainly satisfied with the communication and updates via: photos, videos and emails during the build. The home we purchased was a spec home. It included many upgrades and overall beautiful. There have been some minor issues and some workmanship issues. The response of the team dedicated to our issues has been exceptional. They seem genuinely concerned about us as homeowners and committed to repairing all issues, small and large, in an effort to completely satisfy us.

Tie in to Pulte Mortgage with closing cost incentive was a plus. Quality of painting on doors and trim, and some wall areas could have been better.

We were very pleased from the beginning until the end. The staff was very good to work with. I have told other people about this community. All in all it was a good experience and we are very happy.

Overall, we had a great experience with Pulte. Considering all the issues with COVID, they stayed on track with the build out. It took just over 4 months which is amazing. The communication along the way was great & very quick & responsive to any issues we had. Would highly recommend!

Homebuying experience itself was great. However there were some options to make, most especially sound insulation for interior walls. Previous home add this, and it eliminated the sounds of toilet flushing in other parts of the house.

Our overall experience with Pulte from lot selection to home construction was pleasant. Nice people with which to work who were always quick to answer our questions. Disappointed in lack of some options available however (brick border of front porch, upgraded exterior paint, more choices in interior colors). Field project manager was exceptionally helpful and concerned with our satisfaction at all stages of construction. My independent inspector help to identify small but important items to be corrected.
