The level of customer service we received from the on-site sales agent was exceptional. From the very beginning, through to completion of our home building process, she communicated with us on a regular basis. She responded quickly to all of our questions honestly and professionally, which was so very much appreciated since we were moving from another state and unfamiliar with some local practices. It was a genuine pleasure to work with someone who was so positive, knowledgeable and efficient.

Good builder but sloppy finishing work overall

We were very pleased from the beginning until the end. The staff was very good to work with. I have told other people about this community. All in all it was a good experience and we are very happy.

It was a very smooth process, good communication and we closed within 3 days of our projected date. Concerns have been addressed and taken care of! Would definitely recommend Pulte!

Overall, we had a great experience with Pulte. Considering all the issues with COVID, they stayed on track with the build out. It took just over 4 months which is amazing. The communication along the way was great & very quick & responsive to any issues we had. Would highly recommend!

Meghan and Nico were awesome to work with! Meghan was extremely responsive and very helpful through the entire process. Nico was very personable, helpful, and always went the extra mile. No matter what time of day I showed up to the house he would be at our house or another house in the neighborhood working to solve problems.

Homebuying experience itself was great. However there were some options to make, most especially sound insulation for interior walls. Previous home add this, and it eliminated the sounds of toilet flushing in other parts of the house.

Pulte reps communicated well, were careful and organized and delivered what they promised.

Pulte builds houses with flair, whether historical architecture or modern and they emphasize livability in their room design and finish options

Our overall experience with Pulte from lot selection to home construction was pleasant. Nice people with which to work who were always quick to answer our questions. Disappointed in lack of some options available however (brick border of front porch, upgraded exterior paint, more choices in interior colors). Field project manager was exceptionally helpful and concerned with our satisfaction at all stages of construction. My independent inspector help to identify small but important items to be corrected. No problem from Pulte. Inclusion of fence, sprinkler system and USAA discount very nice bonus. Warranty info good and few post purchase issues. I would build with Pulte again. ... More

The build process went well. We were kept updated on progress. Our home is beautiful and we love all the features. The sales associate was really helpful in finding our lot. The design associate was very good at helping us decide on what options we wanted.

Pulte is a quality builder. My home experience has been very satisfactory! A few issues have cropped up but Pulte has been pretty fast to respond with quality fixes for the issues. I feel confident in my purchase.

Salesperson was a great help in designing home and materials used. Our general contractor left to move to Georgia about half way through the build. We were assigned a new contractor who took over build. After we moved in to our new home we discovered many finishing defects in home. After making a list of problems and being assured problems would be taken care of a month and a half later none of these problems have been repaired. These are not structural problems but finishing problems. Such as doors that don’t close. Door handles that don’t lock. Cement work stained on walk way. Sloppy and unfinished painting. Love the house just wish these problems would be addressed in a timely fashion ... More

The buying experience was great! I love my home! Just disappointed with many of the finishing 'touches'. Trim work on stairs is less than stellar, almost amateur, there are holes in the sheetrock where plumbing is attached and the cabinets have many dings. Those are a few items on my list.

We bought a house with Pulte, and we had 2 separate field managers, initially, there was an error in the construction of the house, the height of one of the rooms was not at the designated height, it was caught later on and work had advanced so the room was not fixed, it was left as is, the quality of work inside is not the best, in the ceiling the where two sheets of sheetrock adjoin its easy to tell because the ceiling dips down, it is easily seen throughout the whole house, the paint is the lowest quality, we touch the wall and they are immediately stained, there were several issues that were brought up before closing and 2.5 months after closing we are still waiting for them to be addressed. the sodding of the yard in the back was done in a sloppy manner, there are gaps between sodding lines which will need to be filled in to prevent an uneven lawn. ... The builder is forced to employ subs that are not the quality that we experienced with our prior Pulte Homes. Pulte appears to be pushing its subs to get things done quicker rather than better. Pulte appears to rely on its post settlement process of repairing and/or replacing items or workmanship that should have been done right in the first place. The process simply stated is that you tell us what is wrong and we will check it out and get it corrected as soon as we can (which is not necessarily quickly). We would have to give much thought before we would purchase another Pulte Home.

I have had several issues with the home that were not corrected , the site manager stop communicating with me so now I am working with your warranty department hoping to get some repairs taken care of, so the experience was great up until closing then things have gone down hill from there.

Working with Porter (sales) was a breeze and delightful as I picked the model appropriate for me. Porter was very patient, knowledgable, and courteous. The design center was a bit frustrating and felt rushed because of the lack of information regarding my options. Example, what the actual material was I was choosing and the differences in warranties, wear etc. Prior knowledge of that pertinent information would have been very beneficial and made this process much easier. The finance portion was simple but a bit frustrating as well. I reached out several times to my loan officer to keep track of the interest rates and he was out of the office. By the time he got back to me the rate increased. This happened twice. Auto response and/or coverage during loan officers absence would have been helpful. Also, with the financing, Pulte advertises a low rate but that rate does not actually exist unless one wants to buy down several points, kind of deceiving for the buyer. Lastly, my construction. The home itself I love but there were several issues with the finishes paint, trim, air, heat and other little things. However, Anjelika, (my construction gal )took charge immediately to correct all of the issues. She scheduled followed up and even met the subs at my home when I could not. She truly went over and about to make sure I was happy. Her orchestration and willingness to make it right has made my house a home. I am now a happy Pulte home owner. ... More

Do not use Pulte Mortgage no matter what. This was the only very bad experience I had with this whole process. Other than that a professional organization, albeit a little mechanical.

Overall, working with Pulte was a good home-building experience.

Without a doubt, the best part of our home buying experience were the two Construction Managers, Henry, and Garrett, who we worked with throughout the entire homebuilding experience. Their communication, attention to detail, and care for our experience was exceptional. The Pulte Mortgage group was also outstanding. We love the design and function of our new home. The need for work on drainage is being addressed and we are being kept aware of what (and when) drainage installation is being done.
