Great location. The townhome finished with my requested upgrades perfectly, and was “on time”. Since moving in, there have been fit and finish issues with the construction that need work (missing caulking in kitchen leading to bugs in the house). And the continued construction outside the house each morning at 7 limits any opportunity for sleep. I knew the latter though going into the purchase. Dimensions of the hallway/stairs make your furniture choices very limited. Something I didn’t consider pre purchase. Otherwise a great place. I receive many compliments on how nice the place is. Looks great from the outside, and neighbors are quiet. I’m happy with the purchase given the location and what the townhome has to offer, but it falls short from a solid 4 or 5 stars because of initial build issues, noise from construction, and narrow hallways ... Went thru a few site mgrs during the process. Had to repeat issues several times before corrective action was taken. However once they addressed the issue it was resolved satisfactorily.

The responsiveness to any and all inquiries was handled professionally and exceptionally well. The staff was very cordial and they were determined to make sure that issues were handled in the way we wanted and expected from such a company. This is our second Pulte home and we have come to appreciate their willingness to make sure that the building and buying process is a positive one and that we were comfortable every step of the way. I would be more than willing to recommend PUlte to anyone looking for a positive building experience and service after the sale.

Pulte builds beautiful homes , however disappointed with them overlooking the attention to details and poor communication throughout the build process.

The Pulte team made our home buying experience seamless. Home is we'll built. Minor follow up items were taken care of professionally and to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend Pulte as your home of choose.

My home was prepared on-time and on-budget. I have been pleased with my Pulte Home purchase. The unit is well-constructed and has a thoughtful layout.

Home was delayed by 6 months past initial closing Time, workmanship is terrible and repairs have still not been completed at month after moving in, financing with Pulte mortgage was a complete disaster.

Pulte has a cookie cutter approach to home building and they don't deviate from the pattern. The good news is continuous improvement by doing the same thing better. The bad news is lack of flexible in design by the homeowner. From my viewpoint, I am willing to give up flexibility for tried and true quality. I am very happy with the quality build of the house.

This was the first time we had a new house built and will definitely be the last. We had no idea what we were getting into. The day we put our deposit down we were instructed that we had to choose the plan we wanted that day. Next we were instructed to meet with the interior design team to pick out what we wanted inside the house. We were allotted only 3 hours to pick out everything from granite to cabinets , flooring and paint. I wished we were given more time as 3 hours is not near enough time to decide. Then 2 weeks before we closed there were several issues that needed to be corrected including the master bathroom tile, drywall and trim. After taking down the tile we were told the framing was off and that’s why the tile was uneven. We found that every time they would come in to fix something they would screw up something else. We feel like the cheap laborers they hire are careless and amateurs. We felt like it was a never ending process. I have to say they have been good about getting things fixed but why are we having to get alot of things fixed with a new house? We can understand a few things but not like this. If we had to do it all over again we would run the other way. ... More

Try to come to the community with a Realtor to represent you and help you in the process as some of the conversations with Sales are vague and will not go into details about what you could get in your home. Yes, they will go over pricing of additions but you'll discover the reality at the Design Center appointment and some more while your home is being built. Also hire an Inspector to do your phased home inspection as we had lots of flaws brought to them during the inspection reports during construction that we would not know about if we just hired an inspector for the before closing inspection. Have all your questions answered before signing the contract. This might not be an easy process with them but your Realtor will be your mediator. We really enjoy our home, but the warranty items that need to be addressed after moving in....have been a challenge. We've had appointments scheduled, where no one has showed up to work having to be redone. Really enjoy the community and area....the customer service could have improvements.

Monitor the different building stages of your home. During your walk-through check all appliances to see if they open and work appropriately. Make sure the home is cleaned properly prior to you moving in.

As I moved into my home I found a lot of things that I am not pleased with... like water damage to one of my doors, the toilet paper wall mounts too close together... uneven walls... drywall issues... rust stains in my tub.... and the fact that the place was not cleaned before I moved in... I have to mop, clean cabinets, bathrooms, the whole house before I could move my stuff in...

Great communication in the building process with weekly status calls. James was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I highly recommend working with a smaller, more localized builder or purchasing an existing home and working with a contractor you can pay more attention to detail with along the way in order to customize. Overall, we like our home because we chose the neighborhood over the floor plans to begin with, but we are also willing and able enough to fix the mistakes made by the builder on our own and with the help of [capable] contractors. Based on the quality of work, we are glad we passed on several builder upgrades so that we can have them installed by true professionals.

Working with Alex and Emily was good. At the end they had many contracts I felt we got lost in the shuffle. For the most part, we are pleased with our new house.

Pulte puts together a beautiful home, very pleased with it. However, after just a few weeks already noticed a handful of areas where there wasn’t as much detailing in the final product as was initially portrayed. Would still recommend Pulte and purchase from them again.

We closed on our house with great certainty that we were moving into a very well constructed home in a community that has been built with care. The process went very smoothly and we felt we always had our questions answered in a timely way.

The Pulte team that worked with us to build our Vanderbilt model at Chapel Cove was excellent. This includes the sales rep, design team, build team and field manager, as well as the mortgage team. Everyone was very responsive to our issues and were attentive to our questions/requests, especially as we weren't local and were only able to visit the home site on a few occasions. They addressed any issues that we identified and have even been helpful post-close with any questions or concerns that we had. Overall, we had a great experience building with Pulte and would definitely look to them to build any homes we may want in the future. I would highly recommend others to go with Pulte. ... More
