Buy in this home with Pulte it was an unforgettable experience. They are a really good listeners and they pay attention to details.

The complete process was excellent. By this I mean the initial meeting with our sales agent Amy. She explained everything thoroughly. Amy continually checked with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. The home design center was very helpful. They explained all options with us and never hurried us as we went through this process. The project manager Aaron was very good. He sent weekly updates. These let us know the work they did the past week and what was in the schedule to do the following week.

LaShay and Malcolm were GREAT to work with during this challenging time!!

Site manager was great. since we were unable to fly to SC to check on the build due to travel restictions from COVID-19 , Our site manager made us feel so comfortable with the building of the house it was as if he was building his own home. He called us twice a week and gave us updates with multiple pictures. Showing us all the consrtuction steps and how far they got and what the next step was. He always made it a point to ctc us same day when we sent him a question. We will always highly recommend Pulte Builders.

My house was built on schedule as planned. Pulte vendors deliver quality results , attention to details, can see the Pride in their work.

This was our 4th home purchase and 3rd new home build, and by far was the smoothest process yet. Very pleased with the quality and value of our new home.

I would highly recommend Pulte. My construction manager kept me informed at every step of my home Build. I had almost no problems at my walk-through. I would recommend Aaron as your next manager.

The overall build quality was excellent, given the numerous upgrades and build complexity for our house. After moving in, a few minor issues were addressed and corrected in a timely manner. The entire Pulte Team (especially Malcolm) and all the sub contractors did a great job delivering our dream house. Thoroughly love our new house and the gated community we reside in.

Pulte Homes builds beautiful, functional and comfortable homes, with a keen sense of detail and convenience to everyday living. They are fast, reliable, attentive and very professional. I've had only two minor issues in my home in the 6 weeks since move in, and they addressed immediately. The Field Manager, Malcolm, is a consummate professional, as well as friendly and personable. Decision to purchase was made during the first in-person visit with Gabby, our salesperson. We had done online research and used the Pulte tools to design the home that we wanted, but Gabby was able to help us tailor our wants and needs around the budget that we wanted to work with. Donna help us with design decisions to further customize to your needs. Bob, our construction manager, was easy to work with and responsive to our needs. Pulte has an amazing team members. From the beginning, they guide and help me through the whole process. They made it so easy. Kudos to Rachel, Jaffe, and Clay. They are amazing.

Our project managers were amazing! Great communication and fast responses. They made the whole process so much easier for us!

The experience was good from start to finish,my Pm PRESTON KEPT US in the loop the entire process it made it EXCITING TO MOVE IN.

The whole team was amazing, start to finish, especially LaShay. She was exemplary and was one of the TOP REASONS we purchased the house. If it weren't for LaShay, I don't know that we would have purchased the house.

Mike was a great field / construction manager and was very detailed throughout the process. Also, Mike provides great & consistent communication throughout the process. Pulte has made it easy for me. LaShay in sales was also great to work with as well and is always friendly and continue to provide us updates as needed as well.

No issues with Salem bay, great work. Some pieces and workmanship on the house seem to of been rushed and not done properly but slowly getting things corrected

Pulte is a great company and want to build a great house. The only thing is they should let you make changes to customize your home. Nothing major to change just small ones are not allowed and for the price paid small customization should be allowed with no issues as apposed to spending a fortune to make the changes after build is complete

We started the process back in February 2022 with a visit to Edisto Beach for a long weekend with the family. What my wife didn’t know is was I scheduled a visit with Pulte and meet LaShay who showed us around the community and walked us through the model homes. Once the kids got to see the model home and the amount of space we could all have it was a no brained to make the move and relocate like so many other in the recent years. Mike was so helpful always available to answer question and show me progress. Marsha was most helpful in getting g the French door changed to open outward instead of into the table area in the kitchen Rachel was always available when I stopped in. Thanks !!

The experience leading up to the close out date was outstanding. The experience once we moved in with the electrical issues was not. Our Construction Manager handled the situation professionally and he had the contractors there right away. When someone moves into a new home there should not be circuit breakers tripping because of incorrect wiring. The electrical supervisor should have found these discrepancies before he/she notified the Construction Manger that they were complete. The start-up for the HVAC system also missed the fact the dampers were wired backwards. Your low voltage contractor (CPI) never completed their required tasks by not terminating the Cat 6 cabling jacks nor were we provided a certificate that the Cat 6 cabling met the minimum standards required for the installation and termination of a Cat 6 network. I corrected the wrong terminations and completed the terminations for the WAP connections that were not completed. Other electrical issues I repaired myself. I have just some minor issues to resolve but overall I am happy with coordinating with Pulte for the construction of our home, your sub-contractors however need a little bit of quality control to ensure negative items don't get repeated for other home owners. ...
