Generally we are happy with our new home. There were issues with wrong roof trusses, which needed to be modified, and caused significant delays. We should have asked more questions in the design phase, as we made assumptions that caused disappointments.

The project manager was the best, he has been very responsive and shows that he cares.

LaShay the sales rep for the community, was awesome. She is the sweetest and helps as much as she can. She always responds swiftly to your question and concerns. The mortgage process was extremely easy. We purchased our home at the end of the building process, so all our finishes and colors were picked before we came into the picture. We did get to do a final walk thru before we closed. We asked for some items to be addressed and fixed before hand and most of them were. Once we closed, it was a different story. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best we would give the craftsmanship of this house a -1. We have joked that the drywall, painting and trim were done by kindergartners at best. We took off work several times to meet with subcontractors to address the issues, and many times they would no call no show. We have fixed issues on our own because we no longer trusted them nor did we want them in our home. There are many issues due to poor workmanship and also have had a very poor response to have them rectified. Been in the home over a month snd the issues and findings just keep on coming. Very disappointed!

The builders from Pulte took great pride in creating this house and took their time to ensure that every detail was to perfection, This is my first new build and we are extremely happy with the final product.

This is the second Pulte home we’ve build. The first was in 2019 and had a wonderful experience which is why we didn’t hesitate to build another one. I know 2021/2022 is a different environment with supply chain issues and labor shortages but this was definitely a different experience. We decided to have a phase home inspector that was part of the process from grading to finishing touches and would highly recommend all new home builders do the same. Structurally, our house of great. everything got done and we were able to close on time. Our main issue is with the smaller, finishing details. For the price we paid for this home, it should be pretty close to perfect. For example, the grout and sealant for different tile work is messy and peeling, something where if they had just taken the time to do it right and cleaned up after themselves it wouldn’t be an issue. The majority of the trim around doors was not properly sanded down and there are obvious saw marks where it meets the floor. And the painting crew didn’t take the time to remove light switch and outlet covers and every single one has a ridiculous amount of paint all around. There are other things as well but those are the most annoying ones at the moment. Overall, we love our home and we know structural there are not any problems. I just wish they would have taken the necessary time to do the remaining detail work first the right time. Especially since those are the things that homeowners are going to see every day. It doesn’t matter how great the rest of the work is, it really is all in the details. Alison, sales person and Tyler, walk thru person were both extremely helpful! They always followed thru with anything we discussed.

I’ve bought two new homes in the past 8 years and this was the best of the two. LaShay was a helpful and responsive sales rep and Owen was a very responsive & attentive project manager. I visited the site often and perhaps that made a difference in the process of construction. Any new home has some issues that need to get addressed and for me, that process for me was smooth. I didn’t have that many issues, and the ones I did have were resolved to my satisfaction. I love my new home and my new neighbors.

Our home was finished on time. Pulte does some things that are on the cheap side... ie - paint is poor quality. Closet shelves could be better. Some ideas are not the best in actual conception. The home is beautiful though.

They rushed through to get it closed on time. Multiple things not completed or damaged when moved in. They said they’d fix it but we’ve been waiting over a month with little to nothing getting fixed. Have to keep reaching out and it gets pushed off. Most of the house is still good but bad experience overall. A lot of neighbors had similar experience.

It took from Sept. to one day before closing (March 31st) to tell us we were approved for a mortgage. It should not take that long. Still having issues after closing and I hope they can be resolved.

Workmanship was sub par for a superior home. Purchased a wooded lot and now the lots next to me were cleared and was unaware this would happen. Prior to buying, this was not the case

Lots of choices, clearly experience builder. They'll lead you through the whole process

I would not upgrade most options as they are overpriced and of poor quality. Very poor quality of workmanship throughout the home.

Selected items were being discontinued before we even got started on the build and I highly recommend you read and verify everything! Two of our design selections were noted correctly but put on the change order incorrectly and once you initial the charge order you’re stuck with it whether you like it or not.

Everything was great; however the communication between our sales manager and project manager was lacking. That could be much improved.

Everything for administrative work went smoothly. However, when it comes to building the house, seems pretty fasted work and the quality wasn’t properly looked at. But the house was great.

The sales manager was horrible and rude. The craftsmanship was atrocious
