Unfortunately, I spent almost $700K and have had so many issues with my house. The build manager Brian that we had did not fix anything that we addressed before we moved in. Now we are forced to take time off work to get issues that were part of our third-party inspection fixed. When you do get warranty fixes submitted the contractors do not show up without a call and if they show up they do horrible work because there is no quality control done by Pulte. I have recently put in a warranty request that requires 17 different contractor companies to come back to my house and address issues. ...

We purchased a home and were very excited about the process and checking on the progress of a new constructionhome. However, we have been let down since moving in with the amount of issues we have encourted and with the lack of detail in the finishes. We have contacted the warrenty team and they have our two page list marked as 'in progress' and we have yet to see any outcome of getting our issues fixed. Very few options for Palmetto Series. Unwilling to budge on anything from cookie cutter plans. Construction Manager was dismissive towards women. He did not listen to concerns until escalated to upper management. Construction defects were grudgingly completed. The various trades did sloppy work. Cheap quality materials.

Lashay who was very helpful with the move in and sales. Once we moved in, our experience went completely downhill. Our project manager, Tyler, was not helpful and not willing to fix things that were found even the first week of moving in. We bought this home sight unseen all the way from San Diego and were hoping for a much better experience.

We purchased our Pulte home with the understanding that we were buying into a gated community. This was stated on the website and confirmed by our sales agent. This was a major factor in our decision, and we were extremely disappointed to find out after signing our agreement and deposit that this was not the case. We found a lack of experience and ownership to the people we had to deal with in buying this house. The law firm messed up our paperwork from the start. It just got worse as we went through the whole process. We ended up having to spend over 2600.00 dollars waiting for our closing date. First day in the house master closet shelf fell off the wall. We have had several problems with windows, door, recessed lights, cracked roof truss, uneven spacing on roof trusses in structure. I will say that there has been a good effort to correct problems. While the final product looks nice on the surface, my overall experience building with Pulte was frustrating and disappointing. From the beginning, key design elements were either poorly explained or not presented at all — including options like stair trim, siding choices with certain layouts not available and a natural gas line out back. I later found out these could have been included if I’d been properly informed during the design phase. We purchased one of the model homes. We've owned a Pulte Home in the past and we're very happy with the workmanship. However, this experience has been quite different. Since moving in we have found a number of issues. We have been met with great difficulty having these issues resolved. What a joke. This entire process has been 1 fight after another. The construction manager was useless. Any time I had questions or concerns I was dismissed or ignored. Escalating issues did nothing as management did not care, want to understand or acknowledge what I had to say. Pulte quality has gone down hill and they are trading off a reputation.
