I would highly recommend Pulte. My construction manager kept me informed at every step of my home Build. I had almost no problems at my walk-through. I would recommend Aaron as your next manager.

The overall build quality was excellent, given the numerous upgrades and build complexity for our house. After moving in, a few minor issues were addressed and corrected in a timely manner. The entire Pulte Team (especially Malcolm) and all the sub contractors did a great job delivering our dream house. Thoroughly love our new house and the gated community we reside in.

Generally pleased. There were a few issues that should have been resolved prior to closing.one such item was outside landscaping.

Pulte Homes builds beautiful, functional and comfortable homes, with a keen sense of detail and convenience to everyday living. They are fast, reliable, attentive and very professional. I've had only two minor issues in my home in the 6 weeks since move in, and they addressed immediately. The Field Manager, Malcolm, is a consummate professional, as well as friendly and personable. Everything was on time with good quality and a very responsive building supervisor and sales consultant

Some sloppy finishing work that needs fixed. Paint in interior is terrible. But overall everything else in the home was finished quickly and nicely.

Take a very long time for the final walk through. After moving on February 4th. I needed to have the master vanity replaced as it was a factory defect. The tub in the guest bathroom was badly scratched. Filed Mgr. spent an hour trying to rub out the scratches. Have not decided whether to have Pulte replace the tub. Kitchen drawer edge ragged. All the nails were raised on the steps in the staircase, garage door did not operate property due to poor painting of the garage door. Waiting since before closing to have tree in the rear of the property trimmed. Although every half constructed home has received a palm tree, myself and others on our street have not. The foreman for my home is exceptional. He addressed all of my concerns promptly and professionally. He answered all questions calmly, courteously, and in complete detail. He was awesome. He is an asset to you company.

We fell in love with our home, not only because it is spacious. It's about the quality that Pulte put out and the details in their structure.

Everyone from sales to finish was wonderful to work with we hired a phase inspector that found very little just small finish things overall a great experience
