The sales experience itself was very good. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The design process was great although I wish we had more choices. The project manager and his construction manager were also fantastic. Very responsive to all questions, problems and requests and followed up quickly. The concerns i have is with the build process itself. Lumber is dumped onsite weeks ahead of time, sits at odd angles on the we ground and is bent/warped, twisted and sometimes moldy. Dealing with Pulte Homes was pleasurable and efficient. Everyone we've dealt with have been extremely helpful and easy to deal with. We love our new home as of now. We only rated the responsiveness to issues as a 3 because we've yet to have any issues so we wouldn't know how to rate them.

Overall very happy. Kitchen Cabinets should be Real Wood. And Closet Shelves should be Wood and very sturdy, Other than that Overall quality is pretty good. Had a few warranty issues. They were addressed, no problems there. I would recommend. Just inspect carefully what you are getting and make changes up front. 9/10 Review

The process went smoothly for the most part, and communication was generally clear and professional. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed, though there were a few moments where timelines or follow-up could have been a bit quicker or more detailed. Our concern moving forward is how well Pulte stands behind its warranty as a few neighbors have had issues with workmanship. Sales team was slick and glossed over some details we didn’t expect. A little more forthcoming would have been nicer. Pulte is building so much in our area that they probably can’t find enough quality staff. ...

Sales Rep Megan, Design Center Rep Maureen, CM Daniel and Customer Rep Kayla were all great to work with. CM Daniel, in particular, listened to my concerns and worked to address them. Getting things done quickly, however, was less satisfactory, which was frustrating when I was eager to get settled and enjoy my new home. My main criticism is the quality of the finishing on the woodworking. Hopefully this will be addressed at the quality review in about 9 months.

We have had problems with our oven for 5weeks and it still doesn’t work properly.It would be great if we could get it fixed properly since we can use it.

Our overall experience has been very good. We cannot say enough about East Carolina Care. The warranty department is very responsive to request/ issues and follow up could not be better. The office staff and on site advisors get very high marks from professionalism and great customer service. Very impressive.

Project manager was great until we left his review. After we gave him a good review, he has never returned our calls. We had broken screens we wanted replaced and deep scratches in our cabinets. Loud music all day from the workers, working and banging til way after dark.(10:30pm)Garbage all over from subcontractors even in ponds.There is no maintaining of roads due to construction debris. Most important there are no weather heads on the intake of the furnace inlet on the roof on any of the houses including ours.

The sales staff were wonderful and extremely helpful Our site manage who did a system walkthrough was very helpful as well (Wayne) I only have a few issues. The entire house has soft close drawers, except for some reason in the primary bathroom. The cabinet doors are soft close but the drawers are not. The other issue I have is measurements. The rafter joists are inconsistently spaced (at least in the garage so I couldn't hang storage bins, poor craftsmanship there.) Those things aside, we love the house and the neighborhood.

Best builder in the area over the other 2 we’ve had in the past with homes built here. Just had issues with 3 of their vendors - in terms of quality of materials used in one instance and our experiencing equipment failures in the other two occurrences we had. However these all were readily rectified by Pulte when service was requested each time so Pulte was very responsive!

We purchased this home while still living in Texas. The initial process from picking the style of the home, the lot and all the finishes was a simple and easy process made possible by Tom & Maureen. For most of the homes' construction, we would get weekly updates from our construction manager, Wayne. The process was well defined and gave us a sense of ease considering we were doing this long distance.
