The quality of the workmanship and material used is outstanding and all issues are addressed in a timely manner! The home took five months to build and was delivered on time as promised. The home is beautiful and we are extremely pleased.

I would recommend this builder to all my family and friends. They delivered on time and responded to every email, text message, voice mail within 24 hours. I believe the sales team and supervisor had the utmost respect for the quality of homes they were promising and I got a quality home I was expecting. I love my home and the development.

Matt was great at sending us weekly photos of the progress of our home! Robert, was very responsive in dealing with home warranty issues.

Build floor plans, options, details and designs compared to similar builders in the Myrtle Beach area. A little more expensive as well but worth it for that curb appeal and "WOW" factor. Extremely happy with my Pulte home and love seeing the neighborhood grow with bunches of new homes.

I don’t think I could be more pleased with my new house. Short of the fact custom choices were limited. The house is exactly what was promised and finished when expected. The team was a pleasure to work with.

We've only been in the house for 1 month but we absolutely love our home. Any issues we may have had before moving were addressed right away. Tom our Field Supervisor was the best, very attentive, and responsive always got back to us within the day!!!

My builder was super friendly and kind. He helped as much as he could and did a great job. He himself is a five star human.

The building process was great, always in communication with building manager, Carl was quick to respond to any questions and would send pictures because we weren’t able to be around for the different stages. My only issues have been after we moved in. We paid for A smart home however door locks were not installed and Company told us Pulte was responsible for installing them. We closed on the house most two months ago and I still have no smart locks. We’ve had roof shingles come off the house twice in the last month and a screen door that still has not been fixed, which is not fixed by Pulte but one of there contractors. Great Customer Service from the sales office to the contract supervisor we were assigned, they went above and beyond to meet my needs.

Great home builders and generally quick to respond to issues.

Pulte Meade the home buying process a breeze. The home was built on time and the build quality process was very good. The issue resolution post closing needs improvement. While Putte is responsive, the coordination of repair work and the quality of repair needs to be improved.

Flooding problem that should have been addressed before closing

I love my home but there have been so many issues come up that have been unaddressed which is frustrating. Dents in a door, scuffs on my cabinets (pointed out a month prior to closing), gouges in my bathtub, horrible looking thresholds, the list goes on and on. By in large it has been crickets! I am so frustrated!

We are about to send in a punch list for outstanding items but quality of work is very poor as a lot off things were rushed
