Build was quick and accurate. Minor cosmetic issues, a few mechanical, all addressed in a timely manor.

Overall had a great experience.

Everyone has been very nice and Daniel has always been helpful and has responded to our questions and issues in a timely manner. Our complaints are with the quality of finish work and painting that leave a lot to be desired. We know everyone is busy and on time schedules but this is the last home we planned to buy and really didn't want "projects" when it was "move-in ready", plus we invested a lot of money to buy the home! Dealing with paperwork online (with people in Colorado) was confusing for us... we are not up with modern technology and we were often very frustrated with the process. They rushed to close, several things weren’t done correctly. Mainly poor finishes, now we have to wait for them to come back and address issues 2 months after closing on the house.

Overall very pleased with our house. Project manager was very helpful with correcting any problems that we discussed with him.

Great Customer Service from the sales office to the contract supervisor we were assigned, they went above and beyond to meet my needs.

Best to be on site and monitor their progress personally and question why sometimes there was a lack of progress causing delays to occur that could of and should have been prevented if a timeline check list had been to monitor what critical paths have to be followed to remain on track to the completion date that was established when the project started.

The project manager (foreman) To, kept us updated on the work completion time. We did our walk through and all that needed to be tweaked were done by purchase. Some other minor things needed to be addressed after and all was done in a timely fashion.

Don't take their word for promises, they don't follow through!!!!

Pulte agent Amber Paris was most helpful. I could call on her with any questions. Kevin community builder was also good at keeping me informed on the process.

Trust Builder builds great homes at Berkshire Forest! I enjoy our new home.

They took care of all the details. The field manager was very responsive, and even helped to talk to our insurance agent to sort out his questions.

Home was done on time with a few. Issues that Thomas is working on. Getting certain materials is an issue due to the pandemic.

As a local Realtor in the Myrtle Beach area I get a chance to work with a lot of builders. I chose Berkshire Forest because of Pulte. From Graham Nelson right through to John Eagan and all of the trades he over sees, I was extremely happy with the process. I've sold numerous homes in this neighborhood since deciding to build here. It doesn't leave me with anxiety wondering if it will be a good fit for my client because I know I love it here, and I can firmly stand by the Pulte name!

Our general contractor was great on trying to get things done with the backlog of materials being done, but some of the trades were not as quality in their work ethics as they should have been. Trying to get issues (minor or major) resolved has been challenging once you go to settlement.

The sales and design process was great. Sales team upfront and helped with many issues. You have to do your research with design phase but Pulte has a good website that really helps. They have a design meeting that helps pull everything together. Things did not go as well with final stage of building. Up to the last few weeks things seemed to go as planned. During the last few weeks there was a rush to complete. We offered to delay closing but we’re told Pulte management did not want to do that. Unfortunately we agreed and our home was not completed at time of closing. It has been a constant battle to get things done. I waited to give this review to see if things got better. It is now over 30 days past closing and we still have several work orders outstanding. Most seem like small issues but it makes us wonder about quality of thing we cannot see. ... More

Everyone involved with our purchase from Day one to closing right though our first month of living in our new Home has been nothing but the best home buying experience we thank the entire Pulte Team from the agent, pulte mortgage team our project manager and everyone involved with pulte and a special thanks to all the working trades that built our home they worked with perfection at there jobs to get a paycheck to provide for there familys to put familys like my own in new Pulte homes. This is the first new construction I've ever bought. The overall experience exceeded my expectation. My questions were answered in a timely manner and the building quality is very satisfying too.

They cheap out on good Materials. Like paint , siding , concrete driveways crack ,and the sod they use is terrible
