Matt was also helpful in showing the home and answering my many questions. He also has gone out of his way to assure that I am happy with my home purchase. I always have questions, and he never responds like I'm bothering him.

The entire home building process was stellar with Pulte homes. The project manager, Griffin, was extremely professional and very responsive to my concerns. Being a second time new home buyer, I would certainly use this builder again.

My wife and i wanted to move closer to our son who's stationed at Ft. Campbell,so we researched extensively,and found Copes Crossing offered the best value,location,and also a good reputation of quality. We lived on Kauai,but we were able to pick out a lot,model,and also options thru video chats,photos,and phone calls with the Pulte design,and sales team.Not an easy task,and kind of nerve racking from 4500 miles away, but the Pulte team made it a lot easier. Everyone was really excellent including TJ,who kept the construction site clean,and on time We are very pleased with the results. CJ was a splendid professional and facilitator . He represented PULTE Homes in an exceptional manner. He is sales representative in White House, TN Great personality, sense of humor. CJ could sell ice to folks living in Antarctica.

We were very happy with our new build experience with Pulte Homes. From our first meeting with Andi, our salesperson, we were made to feel at ease and were given a good understanding of the process. Our meetings with the design team and project manager were more of the same. Being from out of town, we were a little nervous about not being able to see the progress on the build but Chad, the build project manager, and Andi did a great job keeping us informed of what was happening as well as sending pictures. On the several occasions we did get into town to see the house, Chad seemed to have a 6th sense and know we were here and stopped by to answer questions and explain next steps. Brittany R. was upbeat and personable. Met her when I decided to take a tour of the property. She was such a joy to work with from the first moment. Mike B. made the buying experience great too! Met him at the walk through and he talked about the quality of the materials, how well the home was built, and shared info about the warranties. He was very helpful. You can tell that Brittany and Mike are proud of the company and craftmanship of pulte homes and made me even more excited to own one.
