Everyone involved at Pulte was very nice, I felt like they wanted to help me, I know they want to sell but not everyone cares about what happens after the sale. In the end I was very happy with the whole experience and my house, the only part where I felt very pressured was the pre-inspection, when you check that everything was finished, we didn't do that inspection but luckily they did a very good job, I was worried but in the end I'm happy. Another thing is that every member of the team is very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience.Thank Pulte.

Pulte was very easy to work with and understanding of my changing closing date. We needed to sell our current home as part of a corporate relocation and Pulte was flexible with us on the closing date. The pre closing celebration and inspection all went great. Overall, they build a really nice home with many great features. The only thing I would like to see improved is the fine detail with trim work and paint. Some areas were a little sloppy considering its new construction and we paid a premium price.

Pulte offers some unique upgrades not available by builders like Lennar. There are some things that seem odd to not be able to upgrade. Interior doors are about as cheap as they come with no option to upgrade to a nice solid core door (we would pay). No option for interior wall insulation to dampen noise from room to room (we would pay). No option to upgrade the LVP flooring to a thicker plank (4.5mm was the only option - again, we would pay). I'm very disappointed in the quality of workmanship in my NEW home. I feel that the house was thrown together and that nobody from Pulte was overseeing the build. The downstairs flooring has been an issue since before closing (8 weeks ago) and is still an issue today. I was told by Chad that once I put a rug and furniture in the room I would never notice it. There was paint left on the tile and carpet. The carpet in one room was cut and glued back together, but came apart, and the "fix" was to glue it back together again. We purchased a home from Pulte as we liked the floor plan and overall our experience with Pulte has been very disappointing. The home we brought is over $1.3 mil , for that much we would expect better quality of material, workmanship, better finishes and overall a much better looking neighborhood. We build our house in Franklin area, selling price of close to 1.5 million. Our experience since day 1 has been nothing less than but frustrating. Person (Walker) responsible of building our place knows nothing and will prefer to lie instead of saying I don't know and let me find out. I have so many examples which I can list down here like missing out air return, back porch coach light, wrong tiles, wrong color on cabinets etc... Unfortunately, after moving into our new home I notice more and more quality issues every single day. The dry wall is so cheap it feels like it could crumble just touching it, there are many walls where the corners are not at right angles and are crooked, the drywall has many imperfections, I am seeing the tape lines in the ceiling under the drywall, there are ridges under the carpet where the flooring doesn't meet, window frames are starting to rust (we have been moved in 2 weeks), front and back porches have huge cracks forming...I could go on and on. Overall it was a great home. We really enjoy living there. Other than one closet in one of the bedrooms where the door is designed wrong and when you put your clothes in the closet you can’t open the door to get into the closet. Everything else has been great.

We purchased this home for our daughter and her family. The buying experience was spectacular. The on;y issue we have thus far is that the GFI in the laundry room pops when she starts her washer. We plugged the washer into an extension cord then plugged the extention cord into an outlet in the hall and it works fine. I made a warranty request weeks ago and have not heard form anybody to date.

Regret building a house with pulte .. STAY AWAY

We purchased the house for providing additional space for special needs kid and pulte team agreed to build the house with accessible bathroom on main floor. 1) It took 3 months for the sales person, an architect and designer to come up with plan and in the end bathroom had no overhead light. We got a very dark bathroom.for our kid who has vision problems 2,) the bathroom floor has been redone multiple times ( multiple grout colors at first) but builder has not initiated the fix until last day. The bathroom floor is redone on closing morning only to find that the water had drainage issue 3) ...
