We were very happy with our new build experience with Pulte Homes. From our first meeting with Andi, our salesperson, we were made to feel at ease and were given a good understanding of the process. Our meetings with the design team and project manager were more of the same. Being from out of town, we were a little nervous about not being able to see the progress on the build but Chad, the build project manager, and Andi did a great job keeping us informed of what was happening as well as sending pictures. On the several occasions we did get into town to see the house, Chad seemed to have a 6th sense and know we were here and stopped by to answer questions and explain next steps. If I knew what I know now I would’ve chose other house company to deal with or neighborhood for that matter. They don’t care about their buyers, only the money they can get. Now that I live in this house, I’ve seen a lot of half done job, cut a lot of comers, and just covered their crappy workmanship. Very disappointing. 0 star!!!

Brittany R. was upbeat and personable. Met her when I decided to take a tour of the property. She was such a joy to work with from the first moment. Mike B. made the buying experience great too! Met him at the walk through and he talked about the quality of the materials, how well the home was built, and shared info about the warranties. He was very helpful. You can tell that Brittany and Mike are proud of the company and craftmanship of pulte homes and made me even more excited to own one.

Tim did a great job! He keep us updated weekly, if not daily.

Good Experience overall Builder was great

From the first appointment with the sales team to the final walk-through with the project manager, this experience has been great! The team kept me informed of weekly progress and answered questions along the way. It is so exciting to see the finished product, my beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood! I love it!

Mike had a concrete sealer applied to my garage floor the beginning of March without notifying me first. During my 3/10 blue tape walk through, the smile was very strong to the point I couldn't be in the garage. The celebration was on 3/23 that I didn't attend but my cousin that was there said it still smelled really strong. I moved in on 4/15. The smell was still very strong to the point that it was in the house and triggering my asthma. I opened a ticket with warranty to have it address. When I asked Mike to stop by, he said he was busy with walks so he couldn't. He never did reach out again. Mike who build my house and he is great builder and he did a job like he build his own house

From the start of looking at the Pulte Rosewood Model, our purchasing experience was very good. Brittany was the best in answering questions and getting information. She was so helpful from start to finish and continues to assist us in these first weeks of ownership. Brittany and others went the extra mile in finding a great replacement to a broken shutter, helping out in an emergency and providing an extra step for my husband who is not well. This caring group of Pulte folks and cute one level home are just the best.

The house & the floorplan are great, no major issues after two months. We spent extra money after we moved in to do some things like put LVP in the master (instead of the provided carpet), replace the front door with one that has a window, and run ethernet into the second bedroom. These would have been easy things the builder could have charged us for - and we would have gladly paid for, but there were very limited customization options. Surprising for a $500k house.

Construction team was amazing! Very communicative and took great care with our home

Good customer service. But I found a lot of things off after moving in such as screws outside the home everywhere, chipped doors, window screens loose, tilted outlets in the wall.

Everyone on the team was fantastic from starting the process of picking out the home to going thru construction. Jeff was there every step of the way and provided updates as we needed them.

The team kept me updated from start to finish. The response to any questions was immediate. Tim was outstanding to work with. Since I was living in another state at the time Amy’s pictures helped me feel I was visiting the property in person. Overall, I would recommend the Pulte group and their attention to detail.

The people I dealt with are amazing. The fact is, housing prices doubled in the last year and Pulte took advantage (as they should). But materials have not doubled. I paid $716k for a house with an unfinished garage, cheap vinyl paneling floor, and cheap carpeting. Since using Covid as an excuse to build my house for me, my house is $80k more than the model. I have no idea where that could have went as nothing is particularly impressive. A few things were left out like how the roads aren’t finished and the mud/garbage across the street from my alley. That said. This is a very nice house. I am not disappointed in my purchase. I just wish Pulte thought about how expensive this place is for leaving things cheap. ... More

beautiful layout but very shoddy workmanshiip. still waiting on celebration walk issues that did not get completed after my first walkthrough. still finding cracks and issues that have been reported to the builder but still have not been addressed.

Just a month and the floors and separating, floors creaking, lame response from the construction manager when asked about any issues. The backsplash is totally unprofessional. Just splashed some grout and tiles. Looks super ugly. Cabinet doors falling apart. Noisy exhausts. Overall not at all impressed with the quality of the build. All that the construction manager was interested is in the post closing survey.

All of the people were very eager to make things smooth for me and provided friendly, high-service experience. But there was always a limit to what they could do. If I wanted something outside of their scope, there was no price that simple additions could be added. My prior Pulte home had so many upgrade options that I was surprised that there were such hard limits for a simple upgrade.

The Good: We were kept up to date all the time by the Field Manager. He was very helpful and always willing to answer any questions we had. After closing our warranty person was also incredibly helpful. The post closing warranty is quickly righting a lot of the wrongs stated in the bad. However, initial impressions of the Pulte Quality of the home were not good in a home that costs well into the seven figures. The Bad: Sales person communicated very little with us during the early stages of the process and made it very hard on us to feel comfortable with out selection of lender. The quality of the craftsmanship of the contractors was questionable at best. All concrete everywhere had cracks in it. The stone on the front of the house was cut in a way that you could easily see the inside concrete aggregate instead of putting thought into the final look. Stainless steel sinks were all scratched up. Doors were dented. Carpet looks like it cut by a child. The more you looked at the fine details the worse it got. However, like I stated in the good, the warranty person is helping take care of a lot of our issues. ... More

Average workmanship,,still waiting for issues to be resolved,, almost 2 months

The entire purchase was great, the only trouble I had was adding the warranty, and the information on the smart home. I have enjoyed the purchase.

Everything went well with the sale and move in. Pulte obviously hires great people that care about their clients.

Jeremy was exceptional, Josh was good, Daniel was good and Trish was was good.
