Our house is a comfortable layout, perfect for our family. Craftsmanship looks good and all items have been fixed as identified. Our biggest issue was the sewer pipe under our driveway was broke by someone before we moved in. Whoever broke the pipe said nothing and on the second day of us being in the home, sewage backed up into our first floor bathtub. There are certain quality checks and issues, like this example, that make it look like contractors were in a rush. Besides that relatively big issue, there are little items like the closets coming off their tracks that are again a lack of ...

Tim was at all my walk throughs. He wrote things down, followed up with us, and is taking care of things. He is still in the neighborhood as other homes are still being built. He's approachable and friendly, so I know I can ask him anything. I would highly recommend this team.

Worst home buying experience EVER! Pulte is NOT what they used to be 15-20 years ago. There's no care for the home buyer at all. I had a Pulte home built back around 2000 and it was a quality product. My new construction home was thrown up as fast as possible with no care to quality. If I had it to do over, I would have kept looking...

I don't think the quality matches the price paid. No towel rings or bars in bathrooms. Have to buy the refrigerator. Other appliances not that great. Garage interior not painted . After closing very slow response to questions and concerns!!!

Finish trades not impressive. CM was very helpful and did his best to address all the issues we had but the trades are slow to respond. Drywall dust on wire racks in closet got everything dirty that we put on it (should've been wiped down). Grouting was terrible with pocket wholes in grout. Overall sloppy job on grouting. Laid five tiles with cracks in it. Overall good experience with the whole process just finish work wasn't the best but they do come and fix the issues if you report them.

Quality of product very poor. Sadly with a spec home you don’t get a choice of products. The products used in the home are amongst the most cheaply produced (i.e kitchen cabinets, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures etc.)

Shawty cheap work! I’m disgusted at the amount of money I paid and the lack of care that went into my house. Can’t get anyone to fix anything properly after several attempts and work orders. Buyers beware!!!

We found the building experience with Pulte to exceed our expectations. The floor plan fit our family needs perfectly. Pulte Homes - When you have subcontractors the construction boss should be

When you have subcontractors the construction boss should be on everyone butt to be sure that completion and quality come first. They should not be slowed to start work on a new site till all customers are satisfied and repair work is completed. This is not quality. Your workers are all interested in their paycheck and not in the quality of their work. Pulse and the construction manager should be out here checking things out DAILY till your customer is 100% satisfied. Also plenty of design flaws. Call. Be happy to point them out.

Coming from a fully custom built home to this is definitely a shift in mindset. The finishes and options are okay but not great, the quality of everything is slightly above builder grade, looks good, feels a lot less substantial to the touch. Warranty though is great and the teams are very responsive, which I will say is an upgrade from our last build, where that process was a lot clunkier. We also ended up with a spec home, so a lot of things were already chosen on our behalf that are/were not ideal for us (i.e. stair tread color completely different than the main floor color (light main ...

Our sales rep Danny was great. Our framing and drywall inspections were fine. There was zero quality control after drywall was installed. Closing day was hectic with multiple major repairs being made. The “celebration” was a joke. It was spent identifying large and small issues around the house. Many have been resolved, but most are still pending. Damaged entry doors, broken flooring, scratched tubs and more touch up. We love the layout of the home and our lot.

I have moved in to my new house on April 13 2022. Over all experience with team is satisfactory. Few callouts/areas for improvement are 1. Landscaping team did not do acceptable work at my house (Grass & plants are not maintained well). I have raised tickets to Pulte team regarding my issue. I am sure Pulte is paying well to the supplier but should not accept such quality work. 2. Quality of work is not satisfactory- callouts shared during house inspection are not catered 100% (refer to my open service tickets) 3. Response to service tickets is not acceptable- 3 weeks for plumbing work ...

This has been one for f the most disappointing home building experiences. The quality walk-throughs weren’t productive. Our closing date changed multiple times because the house wasn’t ready for the appraisal. Our appliances were moved out of the house several times and we were told our doors came from another house just so we could get closed. We couldn’t use the stove or dishwasher for over a week because of the wiring. We had several kitchen cabinets that you have to open with chopsticks. (Finally corrected). Our garage floor was covered during both walk throughs and we didn’t know that ...
