I don't think the quality matches the price paid. No towel rings or bars in bathrooms. Have to buy the refrigerator. Other appliances not that great. Garage interior not painted . After closing very slow response to questions and concerns!!!

Quality of product very poor. Sadly with a spec home you don’t get a choice of products. The products used in the home are amongst the most cheaply produced (i.e kitchen cabinets, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures etc.)

Our sales rep Danny was great. Our framing and drywall inspections were fine. There was zero quality control after drywall was installed. Closing day was hectic with multiple major repairs being made. The “celebration” was a joke. It was spent identifying large and small issues around the house. Many have been resolved, but most are still pending. Damaged entry doors, broken flooring, scratched tubs and more touch up. We love the layout of the home and our lot.

I have moved in to my new house on April 13 2022. Over all experience with team is satisfactory. Few callouts/areas for improvement are 1. Landscaping team did not do acceptable work at my house (Grass & plants are not maintained well). I have raised tickets to Pulte team regarding my issue. I am sure Pulte is paying well to the supplier but should not accept such quality work. 2. Quality of work is not satisfactory- callouts shared during house inspection are not catered 100% (refer to my open service tickets) 3. Quality of house is not as per my expectation, For example stairs are losing their color and the after sales services team is unable to support saying it’s out of warranty , similar is the case for small other points where I am not even calling now or raising services requests as I have very low expectations from Pulte services team , as the answers are mostly to ignore the requests.

This was the third home we’ve purchased, second one we’ve built, and this was by far the worst experience of the three. Communication was non-existent, deadlines didn’t matter, and the finishing work on the house could’ve been done better by a high schooler. The only saving grace is the location of the property, the schools, and our community. We have great neighbors and live in a great area.

The builder had limited options for upgrades and even then the upgrades were pretty expensive. The quality of the work done while building the house wasn’t great at all. I don’t know if they were so short on labor that they just hired whoever to do the work, but the workers sure didn’t care about the quality of the work they did. Most of our 1st floor had to be repainted because they rushed through it. We already have a plumbing issue on the 1st floor and they yet have to send someone out. Overall not a good experience for the money paid.

We love our new home. As the build began to come completion we had some issues develop and because of lack of responsiveness in communication, had some last minute changes that was not part of the original plans. In the end, the builder came through.

Purchase - I felt pressure - I was told there weren’t many units like what I wanted But when I moved in and even until today it’s clear there are plenty! I had not lived in my new home for a month when I had an emergency plumbing issue. I could not get a hold of anyone immediately. My down stairs flooded with sewer water still no response from Pulte. The plumbing company did come and identified that the sewer pipe was broken. It has been replaced but have still not had contact with Pulte. Not the way I would do business

I'm very disappointed in the quality of workmanship in my NEW home. I feel that the house was thrown together and that nobody from Pulte was overseeing the build. The downstairs flooring has been an issue since before closing (8 weeks ago) and is still an issue today. I was told by Chad that once I put a rug and furniture in the room I would never notice it. There was paint left on the tile and carpet. The carpet in one room was cut and glued back together, but came apart, and the "fix" was to glue it back together again. The field manager is great! He was the trustworthy one, responsive to our issues, professional and kind one throughout the process. The overall experience was over shadowed by the Pulte Mortgage process. Our two reps really lacked communication or timely response. We have found now that we have moved in that there are some strange items. Electrical trips often, one outlet will blow the whole room no matter what we try. From start to finish alot of errors where made. Talked to other owners in area and it seem the options offered to some owners wher not offered to others. There is not a paint and lighting options

We purchased a home from Pulte as we liked the floor plan and overall our experience with Pulte has been very disappointing. The home we brought is over $1.3 mil , for that much we would expect better quality of material, workmanship, better finishes and overall a much better looking neighborhood. The build of The home seemed okay when we walked through it, but the actual finishing of the home was terrible. The painting was atrocious and the house was left a mess. Grout work and tile was done poorly. Front door threshold brick doesn’t come up to meet the actual threshold and needs to be redone. Crumbled cement corners. Pulte’s trust factor is low. They tried to get us to accept broken, faulty, dangerous cabinets in the kitchen even though they were aware of the problem before I saw the house the first time. I have been in the house over a month, and they have just now replaced them. The yard in the back is nothing but weeds. The cabinets have no pulls on them even though they were not made to be used without them, the appliances are very low grade, and Pulte refused to replace the tub/ shower combo for my son who is disabled and a vet even though I was willing to wait for it and pay for it. The overall process with Pulte was very frustrating, unprofessional, and of low quality.
