From start to finish alot of errors where made. Talked to other owners in area and it seem the options offered to some owners wher not offered to others. There is not a paint and lighting options

Pulte home is good at offering homes at affordable price. But they are compromising on quality of the material they are using for construction of house. I feel like every part of house is very delicate and fragile.

The overall process with Pulte was very frustrating, unprofessional, and of low quality. The quality and workmanship of the home were below our expectations and standards that Pulte portrayed during the buying process. The team was unresponsive and unprofessional until we went to management with our concerns.

The mortgage side was a horrible experience as was closing due to the mortgage side. Final Home inspections were a joke because there was a multitude of things that still needed to be done and even on the last and final inspection there were issues that had to be corrected repeatedly.

We purchased a home from Pulte as we liked the floor plan and overall our experience with Pulte has been very disappointing. The home we brought is over $1.3 mil , for that much we would expect better quality of material, workmanship, better finishes and overall a much better looking neighborhood. The build of The home seemed okay when we walked through it, but the actual finishing of the home was terrible. The painting was atrocious and the house was left a mess. Grout work and tile was done poorly. Front door threshold brick doesn’t come up to meet the actual threshold and needs to be redone. Crumbled cement corners. Pulte’s trust factor is low. They tried to get us to accept broken, faulty, dangerous cabinets in the kitchen even though they were aware of the problem before I saw the house the first time. I have been in the house over a month, and they have just now replaced them. The yard in the back is nothing but weeds. The cabinets have no pulls on them even though they were not made to be used without them, the appliances are very low grade, and Pulte refused to replace the tub/ shower combo for my son who is disabled and a vet even though I was willing to wait for it and pay for it. We’ve been another number in giant housing market. Our design center experience was wonderful, and we felt like Pulte was invested in building us a quality home. From that point forward, it became obvious we were a number and the most important factor was how quickly the home could be put up at the lowest cost. Poor Build quality and is way below from phase 1 homes. There were a lot of issue due at closing, promised to resolve and is now no one owns it and is a service requests that never gets resolved or taken care of. Service requests created 45 days ago are still not resolved. Matt the build manager, is very keen on hiding the issues at the walk, than having them resolved. Just a month and the floors and separating, floors creaking, lame response from the construction manager when asked about any issues. The backsplash is totally unprofessional. Just splashed some grout and tiles. Looks super ugly. Cabinet doors falling apart. Noisy exhausts. Overall not at all impressed with the quality of the build. All that the construction manager was interested is in the post closing survey.

Make sure to follow up and remain vigilant with the home building process. Frankly, I bought into the neighborhood however very disappointed with the builder and their process. I’m very disappointed with the entire experience.

Alex is a decent builder he could do better but he was always saying we cannot get the perfect house. If we are finding mistakes then you should resolve it and you cannot say you will not have a perfect house every time. From the minute that we have moved in we have had problems, the first one was the first night spent in our home when we had a water leak from the master shower trough the floors and into the kitchen which took several days to get the plumbing fixed and a couple weeks longer the get the holed patched and painted. Our house was not built very well. Our ceilings look awful. The house is built cheap and the quality looks nothing like the model. The workers don’t show up when they’re supposed to make repairs and they don’t do a good job on the repairs. We have broken baseboards that no one has fixed our driveway concrete is sloppy and doesn’t look good. I would not recommend pulte to anyone

Communication is terrible. While not a custom builder (and they are quick to tell you so) quality of workmanship is awful. So many unfinished issues even a month after closing.

We purchased the house for providing additional space for special needs kid and pulte team agreed to build the house with accessible bathroom on main floor. 1) It took 3 months for the sales person, an architect and designer to come up with plan and in the end bathroom had no overhead light. We got a very dark bathroom.for our kid who has vision problems 2,) the bathroom floor has been redone multiple times ( multiple grout colors at first) but builder has not initiated the fix until last day.
