Communication is terrible. While not a custom builder (and they are quick to tell you so) quality of workmanship is awful. So many unfinished issues even a month after closing.

The overall process with Pulte was very frustrating, unprofessional, and of low quality. The quality and workmanship of the home were below our expectations and standards that Pulte portrayed during the buying process. The team was unresponsive and unprofessional until we went to management with our concerns.

Make sure to follow up and remain vigilant with the home building process. Frankly, I bought into the neighborhood however very disappointed with the builder and their process. I’m very disappointed with the entire experience.

The field manager is great! He was the trustworthy one, responsive to our issues, professional and kind one throughout the process. The overall experience was over shadowed by the Pulte Mortgage process. Our two reps really lacked communication or timely response. We have found now that we have moved in that there are some strange items. Electrical trips often, one outlet will blow the whole room no matter what we try. Ceiling air vent cover falls bc the hole was cut too large, we fixed it. I haven't been able to use the new dishwasher bc it has been broken since the first time of use. ...

Complete nightmare! From poor materials to inexperience, cheap contractors. Add that with zero quality control and you get a poorly built house. Pulte's only goal is to get your money then forget about you. They rushed us through the closing process, (still had blue tape after we closed) rush the construction process at the last minute. Get you to close then refuse to come back and fix anything. We have been in out home for 4 months and have beet met with unanswered emails and phone calls. The mortgage side was a horrible experience as was closing due to the mortgage side. Final Home inspections were a joke because there was a multitude of things that still needed to be done and even on the last and final inspection there were issues that had to be corrected repeatedly.

We love our new home. As the build began to come completion we had some issues develop and because of lack of responsiveness in communication, had some last minute changes that was not part of the original plans. In the end, the builder came through.

It was a great experience overall, the meet timing expectations and the quality of the home is great, we've not have any issue so far (4 months in) and I fell confident that Pulte will jump in if there were any problem with the house (I have seen them doing it with my neighbor). From start to finish alot of errors where made. Talked to other owners in area and it seem the options offered to some owners wher not offered to others. There is not a paint and lighting options

House was built in a timely manner. The quality of workmanship of the trades they hire is Very Sub Par. Work is very poor quality and the Pulte Warranty Group's answer is what do you want me to because these are they workers we have and this is the quality of work they do. Pulte needs to set expectations that their trades do not provide quality work to let the home buyer know what to expect in the end so that the home buyer will know that they need to spend tens of thousands of additional dollars to make there home meet the expectations you would expect when getting a brand new home.
