Very Poor Quality of Workmanship

House was built in a timely manner. The quality of workmanship of the trades they hire is Very Sub Par. Work is very poor quality and the Pulte Warranty Group's answer is what do you want me to because these are they workers we have and this is the quality of work they do. Pulte needs to set expectations that their trades do not provide quality work to let the home buyer know what to expect in the end so that the home buyer will know that they need to spend tens of thousands of additional dollars to make there home meet the expectations you would expect when getting a brand new home. Numerous lies from sales person. Pulte mortgage tried to take our money saying we Had to buy mortgage points Common areas look horrible and neighborhood pool that was promised to be complete spring of 2020still not built or even started. All the retention ponds holding water so mosquitos are horrible. Can’t play outside with little one at all. Still waiting to get an issue with hood vent in kitchen resolved after pointing out 4 months ago before closing. Do not build with Pulte.

Writing here again with more observations about Pulte—as I was wondering if anyone else might have had similar experiences with misinformation from the company: - The dishwasher they installed was very low quality—at 56 decibels it's incredibly loud. I think that was just another thing they cut corners on to keep their costs low. - Showerheads and fixtures: they definitely installed some of the cheapest fixtures throughout the house, $8 showerheads for example. - Our oven range was set up incorrectly, so I asked the construction manager about it and I called our warranty line, but they ...

Supposed to be a new home but with broken HVAC

The “supposed” to be a brand new home by Pulte home has a faulty HVAC equipment which took over a month for some one come and take a look and after 2 attempts still not fixed , why would a brand new home that priced at 1.25 million have a broken HVAC which is not even a month old ? Where is the quality here pulte homes? shame ! My family spent thanksgiving in a cold home , thank you for nothing Pulte homes !

Worst experience with Pulte. Customer service keep asks for the rating to be 10 out of 10 instead of resolving the issues.

If I knew what I know now I would’ve chose other house company to deal with or neighborhood for that matter. They don’t care about their buyers, only the money they can get. Now that I live in this house, I’ve seen a lot of half done job, cut a lot of comers, and just covered their crappy workmanship. Very disappointing. 0 star!!!

Shawty cheap work! I’m disgusted at the amount of money I paid and the lack of care that went into my house. Can’t get anyone to fix anything properly after several attempts and work orders. Buyers beware!!!

Pulte Homes - When you have subcontractors the construction boss should be

When you have subcontractors the construction boss should be on everyone butt to be sure that completion and quality come first. They should not be slowed to start work on a new site till all customers are satisfied and repair work is completed. This is not quality. Your workers are all interested in their paycheck and not in the quality of their work. Pulse and the construction manager should be out here checking things out DAILY till your customer is 100% satisfied. Also plenty of design flaws. Call. Be happy to point them out.

The experience is not what I thought it would be. With over fifty items still to complete, they force you to close or they will sell your home to someone else. I am still waiting on every type of trade to come complete projects. There has not been any response at all from the warranty department and it has been almost two months. I know I am not the only one in this predicament.

Complete nightmare! From poor materials to inexperience, cheap contractors. Add that with zero quality control and you get a poorly built house. Pulte's only goal is to get your money then forget about you. They rushed us through the closing process, (still had blue tape after we closed) rush the construction process at the last minute. Get you to close then refuse to come back and fix anything. We have been in out home for 4 months and have beet met with unanswered emails and phone calls.
