The Pulte team was fantastic throughout this process. Really appreciated Stephanie and Troy's help making sure our house was built with the best quality and care. They have been so caring in making sure all of our needs were met and we are very happy with our new home.

The ease of purchasing our home was exemplary. We received a fair interest rate. The craftsmanship of our home was better than expected. Pulte home owner ticket submissions have been quickly resolved.

We have been very disappointed with this builder. It looked good and sort of shiny on the exterior, but we've found many issues in the short time we've lived here, from big systems like the ***** down to little sealants that should have been done that were just missed. We have a warranty through the builder, but they are only willing to contact with their service providers and we are being told by their providers that things are fine, even though we've had outside/independent testing that says things are not fine. This makes it seem like they don't actually provide a solid warranty and cover the shoddy work that was done and oversights that happened. We are still fighting with them to make things right and get a resolution and it's been time consuming and exhausting. After moving into a new home where there should have been minimal issues and having a long list of things to follow-up on is not what we were promised or expecting and it's been extremely stressful and disappointing. ... We have had an absolutely horrible experience with Pulte Mortgage, Pulte Homes, and PGP Title, and even Pulte Insurance. Every aspect has been difficult, disappointing, frustrating, and downright terrible. From data *****es, to lost notes, to flooding and mold, and no mold remediation coverage. The whole situation has been awful! Do your research and stay away!

I have a great experience with entire home buying process with Pulte homes’ team. Each team member, especially construction manger Jose and sales consultant Joe , were exceptional and explained everything I needed around the clock. They were transparent, honest, friendly, and accommodating all the time. The overall quality of house, pricing, customer service were all above and beyond my expectations.Every space is aesthetically cohesive, curated, immaculately styled.Again, Post -sales support was also phenomenal.I highly recommend Pulte homes.

We had a great experience with Pulte from start to finish. They made the process very simple and easy to understand is first time homebuyers. It also moved really quickly even for a new build, which was awesome. And even after we have closed, any question we have had has been answered easily and quickly, and if there’s been any issue in the house (like a breaker tripping) somebody has come out to fix it almost immediately. Definitely recommend buying from Pulte.

Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable in our new home, with outstanding service from Nathan and Aaron through the entire process, and making our dream come true. Underwriting was a different story had to do their job for them to ensure we would close on time, and then they dropped the ball on everything else. Lukly Nathan and Aaron stepped in and ensured that others got their job done so we could move in on time. Thank you for the experience.

Jose my construction manager was amazing from beginning to end. There is no end. He has extended his knowledge and exceptional customer service beyond expectations. I truly had peace of mind knowing Jose was a key team member. Rate 1-10….i rate 20.

Steven went above and beyond to make sure our small issue after closing were fixed. Many times coming to fix it himself.

The contractor that did the walk through was awesome. Very knowledgeable and versed with the home. My insurance company requested a site map of my home and how near were the fire hydrants …. He didn’t provide a site map, but he did go there and took three (3) pics from three (3) different angles of the house. A+ !!!

We wanted to make very minor changes to a processed that was rushed. We were under the impression that we could. Instead, we found out that simple changes in the framing process that would help us on the back end were not an option. Pulte builds a good production home, but do not believe for a second that you can make changes or modifications. Otherwise, a great house and a good experience.

My experience with Pulte was mixed overall, but the quality of my home and my confidence in it comes down to one person: Troy, my construction manager. Sales Experience The sales experience itself was fine. There was significant pressure to sign a contract quickly, without having full visibility into design costs. I also did not learn that my lot had a 15-foot easement that cannot be built on until after the contract was signed, which was beyond frustrating. That said, Kenny and Stephanie were both kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process, and I appreciated their support. Design Experience The design process fell short. While Pam was exceptional, the structure of the process made it unnecessarily difficult, especially compared to other Pulte neighborhoods. I had a single three-hour design appointment. This could have worked if I’d been provided current option catalogs and pricing in advance, but instead, sales was only able to provide outdated brochures from 2020, which made preparation nearly impossible. I did make use of design walk-in hours, but they are limited to a few hours on 2 weekdays and the showroom is nearly an hour from this neighborhood. Once there, most materials are stored away, making it difficult to evaluate options. For example, tile samples are stored vertically like books in a library, requiring you to pull each one out individually rather than being able to view them displayed, unlike larger Pulte showrooms. The process felt inefficient and stressful, especially given the magnitude of the decisions being made. Thankfully Pam understood and was flexible and kind through the experience. Construction Experience The reason I am writing this review is to ensure Troy receives the recognition he truly deserves. Before Troy took over my build, I was considering pulling out of my contract. I did not trust my previous construction manager and did not feel confident in the quality of the home being built. He was combative, wasn’t willing to answer some of my questions and contested me bringing in my own 3rd inspector. Troy joined my project around the time the foundation was completed, and from that point on, everything changed. He was extremely responsive, proactive, and transparent. He helped me secure a lighting change in my living room that made a significant difference in the final space. He worked closely and collaboratively with my independent inspector to ensure all concerns were addressed thoroughly. My inspector even noted that the quality of these homes comes down to the construction manager and I had a “top notch manager”. When vendors fell short, Troy stepped in personally, I’ve seen him cleaning homes and even installing landscaping himself. He makes sure the job gets done and is done well. Because of Troy, I have 100% confidence in this home. That confidence exists solely because of his integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way. I am deeply grateful for the time and care he invested into building this home for me, my recently widowed mother, and my son. Troy didn’t just manage a project he took responsibility for the outcome, and it shows in every part of the home. Most of the issues I encountered were process-related; my interactions with Pulte employees were consistently positive. While there were challenges in sales, design, and closing, construction is the most critical component, and thanks to Troy, it was handled extremely well. I’ve since been recommending Pulte to other families considering building in this area. Closing Experience The title company was helpful and informative, but Pulte’s handling of the closing was extremely stressful. The night before closing, Pulte attempted to push my closing to an unknown future date. Had I delayed closing, I would have been charged $620, yet this last-minute change was presented as acceptable on their end. With movers scheduled the next day, there was no realistic way to secure storage or temporary housing for my family and dogs on less than 24 hours’ notice. I had to push back hard to keep the closing on track. The issue stemmed from the lot not being properly recorded with the county, an avoidable problem given the six months available during construction. What should have been an exciting moment turned into a very stressful experience. The records have still not been updated, I have been unable to claim homestead and don't know when this issue will be resolved. I love my house and my lot, but you are dealing with big business so be prepared to push back at every corner and ask for more than you should. They will take advantage if given the chance, so you should do the same. The contract is written to fully protect them and not you so keep that in mind. ... More

Everyone has been great in the whole process. Pulte made my whole experience a great one. We love our house. Like buying a new car, with a new house we are dealing with the anxiety of putting that first scratch on it. With all our new appliances and furniture it feels like we are living in a model home.

This was an inventory home, but the overall experience has been disappointing. I was rushed to sign the agreement within two days to get a bonus, which didn’t leave enough time to review everything carefully. During the inspection, instead of properly addressing issues, I was EDUCATED on why things were supposedly fine—most concerns were explained away rather than fixed. I still have a dead tree in the front yard and a garage door that makes a very loud noise when opening. Even after moving in, I’ve had to submit multiple requests for electrical problems, and the response has mostly been to EDUCATE me about appliance code changes rather than address what appears to be poor electrical work. Warranty staff have repeatedly asked me to contact the manufacturer instead of taking responsibility and coordinating repairs. They asked me once to contact Whirlpool. Why would I contact Whirlpool when the switch itself trips? When I resisted contacting them, I was EDUCATED about appliance code changes that supposedly happened in 2017. This explanation makes no sense since the house was built in 2023–2024. If this is truly the issue with all Pulte homes built during that time with Whirlpool appliances, then Pulte seriously needs to reconsider either the electrical contractor or the appliances being used. There are still yellow and blue construction stickers around the house, which clearly shows how rushed and incomplete the finishing work was. Just had an awesome experience finding and buying the home. The builder was so helpful in our walk through and has been super responsive since moving in. Really happy about how the whole process went!

Rating: 3 Star The home design and build quality met expectations, but our biggest frustration was with the Pulte Mortgage and Title team (2 stars) for poor communication, delays, and lack of experience. These issues caused unnecessary stress and overshadowed the positives. While the house itself is fine, the process was far from smooth. Based on our experience, we would not purchase another Pulte home or recommend them to others.

This is the tenth home we have owned across six states: Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, New York, Missouri, and finally, Texas. Of these 10 homes, seven were brand new. The quality of this house in Texas is as good or better than the others. The responsiveness of the support team was as good as could be expected, and in a couple of occasions better than what we had experienced. We have been in our house a scant two months, so it is too early to tell how well it will hold up. But so far, so good.
