The supervisor and sales office were great and kept us up to date with the progress of the house. Unfortunately the quality of the construction was poor and caused multiple delays with the completion of the house. Framing was off creating floor and cabinet installation adjustments. Exterior brick work was sloppy leaving us with the exterior partly covered with mortar. Also when the bricks were cleaned you could not tell much of a difference and the process to clean them caused bad etching and staining of the patio and garage concrete. The major parts of home are in good shape and pulte does takes care of minor issues once reported.

Our initial contact with Kelly in sales as well as Dayna with the design center was great. Kelly and Blake kept us apprised of stays and Blake and Bjorn have both been very responsive to the punch list. We moved in just less than a month ago and continue to work on that punch list. Unfortunately it seems finding quality labor in specific areas has been a challenge for Pulte along with the rest of our great United States since the pandemic struck.

I was grateful I was able to come to the site and check in the progress of the house every week. The Sales Consultant was very communicative, which I appreciated. I did not experience too many delays due to supply chain issues, as I closed on the house during the closing window I was given when I signed the initial contract to build. A third party inspection before dry wall and before closing confirmed the quality of the construction.

The team helped with items even after closing

With the material and labor shortages due to Covid, we experienced delays just like most people have been these days. 9 months from start to finish. We even had to close on the house with some things not as complete as the builder would have liked. John has been amazing at helping us get those things resolved and his work is much appreciated. Everyone we’ve worked with has been extremely helpful. I already mentioned John, but Claudia was great for getting answers back to us ASAP and was always high spirited about the process. Cindy’s work definitely didn’t go unnoticed either. Although, we rarely spoke, I could see the progress of the work she was overseeing and she definitely held everything to a high standard. Easy to work with; very responsive throughout the build process.

Our over all experience is difficult to rate. We love our home! The issue we have and continue to have is workmanship. It is frustrating to have repairs made and then new mistakes are made. They have to keep coming back, basically for the same issue. The effort is there but execution of the fix is not. I also observed subcontractors not performing to Pulte standards. I pointed it out and it was corrected. I think the Covid situation has also had an impact on our situation and the Pulte crew have stayed with it to make it right!

Overall good experience with a few bad apples along the way.

Overall Shawn in sales and Chase project manager were awesome. I have zero complaints about them. I do believe my house was closed before it was actually ready. I believe that pressure came from above the Pulte employees I've dealt with. There were a lot of little incomplete about my home that didnt make sense but Shawn and mostly Chase made things right. Thank you Guys!

The communication with the sales agent in my particular was horrible, she never attended the meetings and she did not leave us changes and upgrades to the house. We wanted more things in our house as well as modifications that noa said could not be and if they could, a disaster. In the part of the financing that we did with the same construction, we were excellent, the worker Jorge Rodas and Liz Minz helped us during the process, as well as Jimy in construction, all excellent. Today we have some consequences because of our saleswoman and the backyard but we hope they solve them with a guarantee ticket. We are happy for our home and the excellent community we moved into. Dave Rose was extremely responsive, informative, professional and made sure all our needs were met. I’d recommend a bit more training on floor plans layouts , options and upgrades with the sales team. They didn’t appear to fully know the inventory and options. Overall very happy with the home and effort in closing Complete and on time. Thank you

Could use higher quality and workmanship

The warranty team is very prompt. The houses are fairly priced.

The home purchasing process was fairly easy but there was some incompetence and a lack of responsiveness with our second salesperson but the third one was exceptional, very customer-focused, responsive and a pleasure to work with. There were a lot of minor errors in the building process and a lack of attention to detail on simple construction. Overall the experience was OK but it wasn't the greatest. We'd rate the overall experience a 7 out of 10.

Didn't seem like Pulte took any of our concerns to heart and until 2 days before closing definitely never showed an ounce of urgency to rectify problems we brought to their attention MULTIPLE TIMES. Maybe that's normal for new build homes, we've not done it before and based on this experience we won't again.

Buying experience was great. Yard grass was not that great, grass was sick and poor quslity

Overall its great, but can be improved a lot. Quality is not focused as much as on prices. Needs some re designs on some basic needs in the house. The basic options should change as prices are increased other wise the quality shows low.

Unreasonable policy on delays. I had to pay extra money from my pocket for no issue of mine. Escalated to CEO, no response. Will probably think twice before buying another home w/ Pulte.

The initial sales person was very upfront with a lot things and the sales process overall was smooth. The loan company is very predatory. They lie to close the loan and are trying to squeeze everything out of you. Then coming to closing, the construction manager cared about my experience and the home though there were delays. The area manager is not so helpful and felt like all he cared was closing the home. The construction manager Gilbert is an asset to Pulte as he single handedly made my purchase and post purchase support exceptional. He was very responsive, attentive, and willing to do everything we asked for. Though the process seemed a bit out of place with delays in work, Gilbert pulled through for us and I think he genuinely cared for our home and our experience. Post purchase, the warranty team so far has been exceptional. Larry from the warranty team is also an asset to Pulte. He seems to care about home owner experience. These two people may as well make me give Pulte homes another shot next time I am in market or someone I know is in the market and asks for my experience. ... More
