Overall very happy with the work.

My wife and I worked with Pulte on the building of our first home. Everything was very easy from the get go all the way through closing. They were very responsive to questions/concerns and I always felt in the loop throughout the construction process.

My experience with Pulte was as a first time buyer and the first time working with a builder. I had heard about being on your toes with builders but Pulte truly cared about my opinion and their perception the whole way through the process. From selecting the model, to the lot, to the interiors they constantly made sure I was comfortable. During the build process, I constantly received updates from the project manager along with pictures and had a standing invite to come see the house whenever I wanted. Again, all the while being constantly asked for my feedback. My only negative experience came from the Pulte title company which couldn't be bothered to communicate with me about my closing until the day before. Home completion timelines (took 12 months from contract signing to close) can be decreased and more time/meetings/process needed for design studio options. Overall, I had good experience working with the Sales, Home Construction and design studio designer. Average experience with Pulte Mortgage team.

Some of the issues that didn't quite meet my expectations, no doorbell camera and chime button placed on the left instead of the front, no z-wave compatible thermostats, HVAC component already discontinued, lots of paint/glue stains all over the floor, lack of options for the Internet service...

Pulte Mortgage was a nightmare to deal with, in particular the loan officer we had assigned to us. He was not responsive to any emails sent or phone messages left and overall not the best experience as we have dealt with many mortgage companies in past. His Assistant Clay was excellent. We advise better communication between project and mortgage company due to all the delays because of labor shortage and supply chain issues. We sent same batch of paperwork to Pulte Mortgage at least 3 times, if not 4 as we were told it became outdated due to closing kept changing. In our total frustration, we ended up going with another mortgage company who accomplished all in 2 weeks. Lastly, We very much resent the fact that due to another delay in closing, we were required to pay $1100, to our mortgage company to lock in our rate for another week. We were informed immediately by Pulte rep when we went with another mortgage co., that we would be charged approx $150 per day by Pulte if our new loan people were not ready at closing. However, when the tables were turned, and Pulte wasn’t ready to close on 9/21, Pulte rep said management would not honor and pay fees charged to us even though Pulte was at fault. We did not close until 9/29. Shame on upper management, we should have been reimbursed the $1100. Easy closing of the house

The major parts of home are in good shape and pulte does takes care of minor issues once reported.

Our initial contact with Kelly in sales as well as Dayna with the design center was great. Kelly and Blake kept us apprised of stays and Blake and Bjorn have both been very responsive to the punch list. We moved in just less than a month ago and continue to work on that punch list. Unfortunately it seems finding quality labor in specific areas has been a challenge for Pulte along with the rest of our great United States since the pandemic struck.

I was grateful I was able to come to the site and check in the progress of the house every week. The Sales Consultant was very communicative, which I appreciated. I did not experience too many delays due to supply chain issues, as I closed on the house during the closing window I was given when I signed the initial contract to build. A third party inspection before dry wall and before closing confirmed the quality of the construction.

Pleased overall with product and experience.

The purchase process was easy and I feel confident that my home was constructed well. Working with my field manager was a breeze as was with my sales representative. We opted to finance through Pulte Mortage in order to take advantage of the incentives we were offered, and this was mostly hassle-free although there were times when our loan processor was difficult to work with and unclear regarding various requirements.

I wish they would have given themselves enough time to do more thorough final cleaning.

Our construction foreman was fabulous, over 20 years with the company and he communicated all the time and was very responsive to our needs. Buying experience was good overall, but not impress with the quality workmanship and materials for the price of the house.

Pulte has great people, from sales, to construction and customer care. They are friendly, helpful and responsive. I appreciate the their effort to make the entire process as smooth as possible. However, the build quality isn't as good as I expected. I've had issues with the oven, the dishwasher, the AC, the plumbing since I moved in. My AC has broken down twice and I had to live without AC for entire two day. Now I'm still waiting the AC company to come back to check what exactly went wrong... Pulte team was great. Our only issues was with the mortgage company and their lack of urgency and responsiveness. In the end everything worked out and we are very happy in our new home.

good experience overall [Jessica from sales did exceptional job and Clay from support team doing great job and only issue had is my construction manager was not up to the mark, we ended up having lot of issues, however support team is resolving those.

Overall good experience. Closing was not handled correctly or smoothly by sales and mortgage and Title company. Numbers were not matching and closing time was pushed. They made me wait for 4 hours. Closing Date and time change was not communicated to me. Other than the closing issues, rest all went fine.

Great experience with sales agent and construction manager. They really care for customers. Thanks Pulte. Other hand, Pulte mortgage needs to improve their customer service.

The close date got moved back significantly (2 months). Once in the house the quality was great and it came out very nice. There have been some minor issues we've experienced since moving in, but Pulte is quick to send someone out to get them fixed.

Overall, it was a good experience!
