Great team that cares about the clients

Bought home in Santa Rita Ranch. Home building process was delayed initially due to no traders availability. Framing was not done properly but corrected upon inspection report. If I hadn’t done inspection I would have gotten bowed studs in many places. Plumbing placement was done improperly and close to wall which was corrected after inspection report done at the final stage. Again this could have missed if I didn’t do inspection. There were definitely quality issues compared to Pulte standards. How ever I am giving 4 star reviews because of my construction manager Steven. He did terrific job in resolving my concerns and resolved most of the reported issues on time. He made my home delivered within time I wanted. Without Steven’s support I probably left with unhappy home. I am happy with final product and thanks to Jessica who is my sales agent and she was always available to answer my questions and escalated few issues for me. I got a wonderful team. Great home at an ideal location although building home had taken much longer than what's listed on the contract. However, it's definitely worth the waiting as I'm thoroughly enjoying living in it. There are some minor issues since moved in, but it's been addressed in a timely manner. Overall, my experience has been positive.

The team helped with items even after closing

With the material and labor shortages due to Covid, we experienced delays just like most people have been these days. 9 months from start to finish. We even had to close on the house with some things not as complete as the builder would have liked. John has been amazing at helping us get those things resolved and his work is much appreciated. Everyone we’ve worked with has been extremely helpful. I already mentioned John, but Claudia was great for getting answers back to us ASAP and was always high spirited about the process. Cindy’s work definitely didn’t go unnoticed either. Although, we rarely spoke, I could see the progress of the work she was overseeing and she definitely held everything to a high standard. Overall Shawn in sales and Chase project manager were awesome. I have zero complaints about them. I do believe my house was closed before it was actually ready. I believe that pressure came from above the Pulte employees I've dealt with. There were a lot of little incomplete about my home that didnt make sense but Shawn and mostly Chase made things right. Thank you Guys!

Could use higher quality and workmanship

The warranty team is very prompt. The houses are fairly priced.

As far as my experience with Pulte was excellent with the home and quality also the construction Manager Jimmy was awesome and Kelly in the office. My only problem was with the Mortgage company, I felt like they could have done better in getting me qualified and listened more to me in the beginning but my overall experience was a good one and I do recommend them as a builder.

Overall very happy with the work.

My wife and I worked with Pulte on the building of our first home. Everything was very easy from the get go all the way through closing. They were very responsive to questions/concerns and I always felt in the loop throughout the construction process.

My experience with Pulte was as a first time buyer and the first time working with a builder. I had heard about being on your toes with builders but Pulte truly cared about my opinion and their perception the whole way through the process. From selecting the model, to the lot, to the interiors they constantly made sure I was comfortable. During the build process, I constantly received updates from the project manager along with pictures and had a standing invite to come see the house whenever I wanted. Again, all the while being constantly asked for my feedback. My only negative experience came from the Pulte title company which couldn't be bothered to communicate with me about my closing until the day before. Construction manager (initials: DS) was great. Pulte mortgage was more painful and more difficult than other mortgage companies we bought through

The staff was great doing all they could to make us happy. However due to some products specified, they had limitations. General Cleanup by subcontractors could have been better. Painters left some paint splatters in every room. Many pencil markings not erased. Bath sink faucets have downspouts that can swing outside of sink as well as plastic (not rubber) gaskets that can leak slightly. Pocket door lock is not the best. Overall, am satisfied with the home.

Home completion timelines (took 12 months from contract signing to close) can be decreased and more time/meetings/process needed for design studio options. Overall, I had good experience working with the Sales, Home Construction and design studio designer. Average experience with Pulte Mortgage team.

Overall experience with the team was very pleasant. Updates and follow up with the buyer was prompt. Meeting deadlines and the hand off crew were amazing people. Overall happy with the buying experience with Pulte

Some of the issues that didn't quite meet my expectations, no doorbell camera and chime button placed on the left instead of the front, no z-wave compatible thermostats, HVAC component already discontinued, lots of paint/glue stains all over the floor, lack of options for the Internet service...

Pulte Mortgage was a nightmare to deal with, in particular the loan officer we had assigned to us. He was not responsive to any emails sent or phone messages left and overall not the best experience as we have dealt with many mortgage companies in past. His Assistant Clay was excellent. We advise better communication between project and mortgage company due to all the delays because of labor shortage and supply chain issues. We sent same batch of paperwork to Pulte Mortgage at least 3 times, if not 4 as we were told it became outdated due to closing kept changing. In our total frustration, we ended up going with another mortgage company who accomplished all in 2 weeks. Lastly, We very much resent the fact that due to another delay in closing, we were required to pay $1100, to our mortgage company to lock in our rate for another week. We were informed immediately by Pulte rep when we went with another mortgage co., that we would be charged approx $150 per day by Pulte if our new loan people were not ready at closing. However, when the tables were turned, and Pulte wasn’t ready to close on 9/21, Pulte rep said management would not honor and pay fees charged to us even though Pulte was at fault. We did not close until 9/29. Shame on upper management, we should have been reimbursed the $1100. Easy closing of the house

The major parts of home are in good shape and pulte does takes care of minor issues once reported.

I love my new home by Pulte

Our initial contact with Kelly in sales as well as Dayna with the design center was great. Kelly and Blake kept us apprised of stays and Blake and Bjorn have both been very responsive to the punch list. We moved in just less than a month ago and continue to work on that punch list. Unfortunately it seems finding quality labor in specific areas has been a challenge for Pulte along with the rest of our great United States since the pandemic struck.

I was grateful I was able to come to the site and check in the progress of the house every week. The Sales Consultant was very communicative, which I appreciated. I did not experience too many delays due to supply chain issues, as I closed on the house during the closing window I was given when I signed the initial contract to build. A third party inspection before dry wall and before closing confirmed the quality of the construction.

Pleased overall with product and experience.

The purchase process was easy and I feel confident that my home was constructed well. Working with my field manager was a breeze as was with my sales representative. We opted to finance through Pulte Mortage in order to take advantage of the incentives we were offered, and this was mostly hassle-free although there were times when our loan processor was difficult to work with and unclear regarding various requirements.
