1. Closing date extended 7 months past agreed upon completion date. "Quality Build" process failed to identify framing, plumbing, and electrical errors. Missed framing of upgrade option for tray ceiling in gathering room, dryer vent located incorrectly due to plumbing line interference. 2. Home had punch items identified at celebration walk, but 6 weeks later remain incomplete. Including missing light fixtures, incomplete exterior paint, damaged cabinets, missing tile grout work, gaps in window caulk, appliances installed incorrectly, damaged vent hood, damaged water heater, missing bathroom hardware, missing trim on fireplace built in shelving, drywall repairs incomplete. 3. Doors are not hung plum and square with daylight gaps and missing hardware including a temporary exit/entry door with missing floor sweep and deadbolt prep not allowing door to lock. 4. AC appears to be undersized or poor airflow for square footage thus running 3-4 degrees above thermostat on 2nd level. 5. "Final Clean" completed but paint spills remained on tile floors, saw dust inside of drawers/cabinets from hardware installations, tile grout stuck to cabinet trim, front porch with masonry cement splattered on walkways. Kayla was fantastic to work with throughout the process. We absolutely love our house and community. Overall we have been very happy although there are some details that it feels like the builders could have been more careful with. Overall though we couldn’t be happier!

Bought home in Santa Rita Ranch. Home building process was delayed initially due to no traders availability. Framing was not done properly but corrected upon inspection report. If I hadn’t done inspection I would have gotten bowed studs in many places. Plumbing placement was done improperly and close to wall which was corrected after inspection report done at the final stage. Again this could have missed if I didn’t do inspection. There were definitely quality issues compared to Pulte standards. How ever I am giving 4 star reviews because of my construction manager Steven. He did terrific job in resolving my concerns and resolved most of the reported issues on time. He made my home delivered within time I wanted. Without Steven’s support I probably left with unhappy home. I am happy with final product and thanks to Jessica who is my sales agent and she was always available to answer my questions and escalated few issues for me. I got a wonderful team. Pulte group has been great! The friendly team has always been reachable and responsive throughout our journey with them. Since they have all the sister-companies to take care of all the concerns of home-buying needs such as Title, insurance, etc. The warranty support and maintenance has been great so far. There were some delays due to COVID-19, Supply shortage, labor shortage, etc. However. Pulte kept us updated on what to expect.

after lengthy construction period, I closed the house with the empty promise from field construction manager to make up missing items paid in design, (no blinds, no medicine cabinet). more than one month after closing, I still don't have the items and no dates provided. So frustrated now.

Workmanship was horrible! Office customer service was not good! Was told we were buying certain options later to find out towards the end when they were putting materials into the house that tons of options changed and wasn’t updated to us the homebuyers. Carpet was dirty with stains and not takes down in lots of areas of the house. Under the carpet was not cleaned and you can fell it everywhere when you walk in the carpet. The paint was horrible. The house was not cleaned and the painters painted all over the dirt and it looks horrible. Lots of areas were not caulked. The master tub had a huge crack/ hole and was only repaired not replaced. My experience with the sales office was absolutely phenomenal. They were amazing. Pulte Mortgage, on the other hand, almost made me lose the house with their lack of information and incorrect information. I had to seek out my loan officer with questions and was given wrong information, making the process incredibly stressful and tainting the whole buying experience. The building manager is very kind and works very hard but the responsiveness of the crew workers when it was time to fix things, they didn’t show up when they said they would. Still 6 weeks after closing, I’m still waiting for a fix that was discussed during our final walkthrough but it isn’t at the fault of the building manager as he has reached out to the crew several times without response or them not showing up at the time they said they would be by. ... We purchased a home already under construction. The sales person was exceptional. However, the build process was not. We viewed the house about 3 weeks before completion and there were many issues that were not done. We provided a list and then had our build quality meeting about 1 week before close of escrow and virtually none of the items were corrected. After the meeting there was blue tape all over the house and even 1 wall was out of plumb and still remains that way. We were told that 100% of these items would be corrected and a final walk through was scheduled for the morning or our close. While they made a decent effort to correct the issues many still remained and some are not corrected today. On the day we moved in were were inundated by ants which destroyed most of the food we had purchased and ruined most of our cleaning supplies which we had to re-purchase. Paint was splattered on the floors, some walls were thin on paint, cabinets were damaged and also much of the sod was damaged or dead as well as planted trees which were also dead. Pulte has tried to fix most of these issues but should have not set up close of escrow until they were all complete so that we are not dealing with these issues while we are already in the home. ... The whole building process started good, but it took Pulte 8 extra months to complete the project resulting me extra 16k out of pocket (interest rate, month to month lease). Our builder Josh, and Stephanie was unresponsive most of the time. They simply did not care. Also, who pays for 450k but get a thermostat that is not even wifi capable?

I would say i had a moderate experience. Quality of home is good. Almost it took 15months to deliver the home. I had a bitter experience in my old apartment to extend the existing lease without knowing when this new home will be delivered. Had a good support from Pulte Mortgage and PGP title.

Had to delay closing by a week because what was promised after walk through was not done on time. The Sales Rep and Construction Site Managers were very responsive. Annoyed that company policy was to stain fence facing the road only and not the rest of it. Have had ant issues and faulty Dishwasher, which is currently being addressed.

Great home at an ideal location although building home had taken much longer than what's listed on the contract. However, it's definitely worth the waiting as I'm thoroughly enjoying living in it. There are some minor issues since moved in, but it's been addressed in a timely manner. Overall, my experience has been positive.

Let me start by saying how happy we are with our purchase. We were very exited about the home when we purchased it. Everyone is been nice, communicating well and answering all my issues. We only had a small issue at the end but overall everything was good. I will give. 9 out of 10. Totally purchase another one with them!

After closing and Pulte has their money ; response is poor to any items required for completion. Do not have any items to complete after closing.

The staff that handle the post inspection and repairs are very determined to fix any issues with your home. Nicolette is extremely helpful and quick to get the job done. I can only say that I am grateful for everything that she has done for me and my family. I need to mention Tara, Frank and Sam because they have been extremely supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you Pulte!

It has been a rocky experience this first couple of months in our home. We don't feel like we've been taken care of as new homeowners. We are also questioning the craftsmanship on our new home. We're hoping that working with the warranty team, we will get the results we are looking for.

The supervisor and sales office were great and kept us up to date with the progress of the house. Unfortunately the quality of the construction was poor and caused multiple delays with the completion of the house. Framing was off creating floor and cabinet installation adjustments. Exterior brick work was sloppy leaving us with the exterior partly covered with mortar. Also when the bricks were cleaned you could not tell much of a difference and the process to clean them caused bad etching and staining of the patio and garage concrete. The super and sales office corrected most issues and we are working through the warranty process for the remaining items. ... More

Missing items on the outside of the house makes me feel like the quality of workmanship was rushed.

The major parts of home are in good shape and pulte does takes care of minor issues once reported.

I love my new home by Pulte
