We were rushed to closing. We submitted third party inspection report before closing that grass is not healthy and need to be replaced. I was told it just needs some sun and would turn green soon after closing. I trusted and approved final walk. But the grass never turned green. When i requested in warranty they are currently pushing back to even add it in warranty

From Rachel our sales person to Nick our construction manager, we could have not been happier. The were always transparent with everything and the building of our home went very smooth. I love our new home as with the open floor plan we picked it worked out great for my wife and I. I would highly recommend Pulte Home Builders on your new home.

We relocated from California and found our home via our realtor. The sales staff did a great job and Steve held our hand throughout the building process. We love our home and couldn't be happier.

The sale of the home was great but once it came down to the quality and inspections, that’s where it fell apart. Most last minute touch ups were not completed as promised and MANY outlets are not functioning properly around the house. Thermostat’s haven’t been changed and the direct contact’s do not care about resolving the issues.

Our initial contact with Kelly in sales as well as Dayna with the design center was great. Kelly and Blake kept us apprised of stays and Blake and Bjorn have both been very responsive to the punch list. We moved in just less than a month ago and continue to work on that punch list. Unfortunately it seems finding quality labor in specific areas has been a challenge for Pulte along with the rest of our great United States since the pandemic struck.

The home is of the upmost quality. My wife and I couldn’t be happier. This is our 2nd Pulte home and it’s been a great experience both times. Our sales consultant and construction manager were great to work with. Answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner and kept us up to date every step of the way.

Manny and Austin have been great on the construction side and warranty side to fix issues, but the quality of the home is poor. Clearly sloppy and quick work just to get the house done. Cabinets aren't level, trim is not square or flush, paint is sloppy and dripping. Paint is everywhere in grout and on the floor. Doorways and walls are clearly not level or square. Drywall finish in the entire upstairs is bad and has to be redone. The landscaping was quick and pretty sure the sod was dead when installed, grass still hasn't grown 2 months in and not sure if Pulte is going to replace it or not.

John was and is absolutely great

Given the crazy real estate frenzy going on and all the supply and labor issues Pulte was able to deliver what they promised.

Jimmy is the most unprofessional person I have ever met as well as lazy and incompetent. I have multiple emails noting issues with the house through out this build that would have completely been missed had we not discovered it and made him aware. Multiple times the things I pointed out were ignored unless I stayed on top of him to get it addressed. For the first two months of our build we had zero build updates from him and he blamed a coworker for not adding us to his email list. When we did start getting updates it was apparent he never went by our house and relied on what he read on their online system to tell us what was going on at the house. We just started going to the house the day before the build update so that we could update him with the progress the next day because he was usually unaware of what work had been done. At one point he stopped giving us phone updates and we started receiving email updates from the sales associate. He wanted us to only tell her, the sales associate who is unfamiliar with construction and still had to relay everything to Jimmy, about the issues we were finding with the house. He was completely unaware of the selections made for our house when there were delays because he could never tell us if the delays affected our specific selections. He used that to delay giving us a closing date. First he said he would set a close date when the flooring went in. It went in and then he said he would give us a close date when the countertops went in. Then the countertops went in and he said he would give us a close date when the backsplash went in which is when we finally got one. He blamed all of the delays on Covid even when we were two years into the pandemic. He blamed Covid for being completely unprepared for the final walk through inspection we had already rescheduled once due to his unpreparedness. On multiple occasions he stated to me that he doesn’t build a perfect home which was absolutely disgusting to hear the lack of pride he had in his work. He is a terrible representative of your company and should never be involved with customers. It’s his lack of management and over site of his team that lead to the scratches in the floors but of course it’s not his fault because nothing ever is in his eyes. If he was actually doing his job and monitoring the progress as it went along things wouldn’t have been constantly damaged as the different trades came through to do their jobs. ... More

Very Flexible and good builders

We bought our house about 2 months ago and had excellent experience from the sales person there. However we experienced major issues with the builder and construction team. We closed on a house that still had items that were unfinished and were promised that they would be taken care off the day that we would close. Not only those items were NOT done as promised, but it took us 2 month of calling and emailing the construction team daily/ weekly without any response. The whole situation was very frustrating as we had were getting no response from Pulte construction management. We had to put our food down to get our house done on the items that were still unpainted, damaged bathroom frame etc. Overall it was a very difficult and exhausting experience!!! ... More

Best experience build home with pulte and best quality homes

I was grateful I was able to come to the site and check in the progress of the house every week. The Sales Consultant was very communicative, which I appreciated. I did not experience too many delays due to supply chain issues, as I closed on the house during the closing window I was given when I signed the initial contract to build. A third party inspection before dry wall and before closing confirmed the quality of the construction.

Prepare to be "sold" on the model homes they show you. Unfortunately, almost nothing resembles the quality of the model. Poor worksmanship plagues this company leading to constant warranty requests. Items that were listed on the documentation at closing will NEVER get done so be prepared to delay closing. During the building process, their management team is absent, has no idea what is going on, and will not work with the buyer, regardless of the reasonable offers to help with moving the build forward. They will then "force" you to close with many outstanding items because they only care about bonuses/commissions. Your project manager will be great and the only one to help you, but because of their extremely poor management, there's only so much they can do. ... More

Very happy with our first home.

It was great experience of first home purchase. All the staff were good. Especially Claudia- she was helpful from beginning to this point. Steve Rudy was guiding us really well. Thank you all for worthy home.

Good quality building materials and nice home design

Overall the experience was a good one. From the moment we met our sales consultant to the very end at closing, everyone maintained a professional and courteous attitude. We chose to finance with Pulte mortgage and besides some minor communication issues everything went well. The closing was smooth and much better than I was expecting. There have been some issues with the quality and workmanship of the home. Seems like they were really trying to get the house complete and sold and some things were missed. Since closing I've had to submit at least 4 warranty claims, but to their credit, all warranty claims have been taken care of very promptly and professionally. The team helped with items even after closing

My Pulte team, from the sales representative to the mortgage team to the on-site construction team, went above and beyond by responding to my emails and text without delay. The design options offered to allow buyers to build a unique home surprised me. I recommend Pulte Homes to anyone wanting a home that is as beautiful as a custom home but affordable.

The Pulte team made my buying experience a great one. Very organized and I feel they listened to my needs and wants. Love my home.
