The close date got moved back significantly (2 months). Once in the house the quality was great and it came out very nice. There have been some minor issues we've experienced since moving in, but Pulte is quick to send someone out to get them fixed.

Overall, it was a good experience!

Good and building process is good

I would say i had a moderate experience. Quality of home is good. Almost it took 15months to deliver the home. I had a bitter experience in my old apartment to extend the existing lease without knowing when this new home will be delivered. Had a good support from Pulte Mortgage and PGP title.

The supervisor and sales office were great and kept us up to date with the progress of the house. Unfortunately the quality of the construction was poor and caused multiple delays with the completion of the house. Framing was off creating floor and cabinet installation adjustments. Exterior brick work was sloppy leaving us with the exterior partly covered with mortar. Also when the bricks were cleaned you could not tell much of a difference and the process to clean them caused bad etching and staining of the patio and garage concrete. Very happy with our first home.

Our over all experience is difficult to rate. We love our home! The issue we have and continue to have is workmanship. It is frustrating to have repairs made and then new mistakes are made. They have to keep coming back, basically for the same issue. The effort is there but execution of the fix is not. I also observed subcontractors not performing to Pulte standards. I pointed it out and it was corrected. I think the Covid situation has also had an impact on our situation and the Pulte crew have stayed with it to make it right!

Overall good experience with a few bad apples along the way.

Good just need a little more communication

This is the third home we have had built by a mass builder. It was not the worst by far, but definitely not the best. The buying experience was not good at all. Since moving in, I have to say that they are really great about getting any issues taken care of right away. Overall, if we were ever to build again we would consider them.

The project was completed on time and no issues till now.

Our house seems to be built well but Pulte didn’t do some of the things we noted to be fixed during walkthrough. We almost didn’t sign due to them not doing a single thing on the list. I indicated some things that we needed done before we were to close in 4 hours and those were done. Some of the others were done after putting in warranty service request but I’m either going to fix the rest on my own or have already fixed it. The service team is extra responsive and things are fixed within two weeks. As this being my first home buying process- Pulte made the experience enjoyable, contrary to all the horror stories I've heard with home buying. The staff was very responsive and knowledgeable. The Builder was also very pleasant to work with. Everything that was promised was delivered with great quality and satisfaction. Not once did I feel I was getting the run around or receiving false information. The quality of the home superb and I'm happy to have them as my first home builder.

Overall its great, but can be improved a lot. Quality is not focused as much as on prices. Needs some re designs on some basic needs in the house. The basic options should change as prices are increased other wise the quality shows low.

The initial sales person was very upfront with a lot things and the sales process overall was smooth. The loan company is very predatory. They lie to close the loan and are trying to squeeze everything out of you. Then coming to closing, the construction manager cared about my experience and the home though there were delays. The area manager is not so helpful and felt like all he cared was closing the home. The construction manager Gilbert is an asset to Pulte as he single handedly made my purchase and post purchase support exceptional. He was very responsive, attentive, and willing to do everything we asked for. Though the process seemed a bit out of place with delays in work, Gilbert pulled through for us and I think he genuinely cared for our home and our experience. Post purchase, the warranty team so far has been exceptional. Larry from the warranty team is also an asset to Pulte. He seems to care about home owner experience. These two people may as well make me give Pulte homes another shot next time I am in market or someone I know is in the market and asks for my experience. ... More

Overall the experience was a good one. From the moment we met our sales consultant to the very end at closing, everyone maintained a professional and courteous attitude. We chose to finance with Pulte mortgage and besides some minor communication issues everything went well. The closing was smooth and much better than I was expecting. There have been some issues with the quality and workmanship of the home. Seems like they were really trying to get the house complete and sold and some things were missed. Since closing I've had to submit at least 4 warranty claims, but to their credit, all warranty claims have been taken care of very promptly and professionally. Overall great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. A few minor flaws in caulking/painting/etc, but overall good quality.

Overall experience was good.

The builder is good, but things are still not rectified even after doing so many follow ups.

I had few small issues. All around I am satisfied with the house.

Unreasonable policy on delays. I had to pay extra money from my pocket for no issue of mine. Escalated to CEO, no response. Will probably think twice before buying another home w/ Pulte.

Pulte delivered house after 18 months after the date I signed. Still lot of issues in the home. Field manager did very good job to address issues but if he schedule repairs still nobody use to show up to do the work. It is kind of frustrating.

The contractors that Pulte has access to are just not that good. There were many things that had to be recompleted correctly. My superintendent was very good! He was able to get projects recompleted correctly. Some timely and some not so timely.

Craig was a super responsive and helpful builder. Through the process he was very respectful and was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure or questions were answered. Even after closing he has helped us with a handful of questions we have had since becoming home owners.

Our house is great but we as we started living in it, we started to notice the poor paintwork. We called out many items during our walk-throughs and they were either not done or they were done very poorly. We also noticed the floors are chipped in certain areas and our garage door is damaged.
