Overall great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. A few minor flaws in caulking/painting/etc, but overall good quality.

Overall experience was good.

The builder is good, but things are still not rectified even after doing so many follow ups.

I had few small issues. All around I am satisfied with the house.

Unreasonable policy on delays. I had to pay extra money from my pocket for no issue of mine. Escalated to CEO, no response. Will probably think twice before buying another home w/ Pulte.

Pulte delivered house after 18 months after the date I signed. Still lot of issues in the home. Field manager did very good job to address issues but if he schedule repairs still nobody use to show up to do the work. It is kind of frustrating.

The contractors that Pulte has access to are just not that good. There were many things that had to be recompleted correctly. My superintendent was very good! He was able to get projects recompleted correctly. Some timely and some not so timely.

Craig was a super responsive and helpful builder. Through the process he was very respectful and was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure or questions were answered. Even after closing he has helped us with a handful of questions we have had since becoming home owners.

Our house is great but we as we started living in it, we started to notice the poor paintwork. We called out many items during our walk-throughs and they were either not done or they were done very poorly. We also noticed the floors are chipped in certain areas and our garage door is damaged.

8/10 for our experience beginning to end.

I like this builder but my house was rushed to close before it was ready. There are so many mistakes that I'm having to wait around to address. They shouldn't have closed me in December and still things in Feb aren't completed. They put a different brand oven in and the fan doesn't work. I hope it gets fixed!

They should have better team . They planted a dead tree that never got replace , I have send an email regarding the water line for the kitchen refrigerator it has been fixed. A lot details around the house. I thought for a nice Community things would run different here from other communities. Overall neighbors are Kind and friendly.

elements that I paid for at the design center were not installed and we had to show our copy to prove the issue.

The home purchasing process was fairly easy but there was some incompetence and a lack of responsiveness with our second salesperson but the third one was exceptional, very customer-focused, responsive and a pleasure to work with. There were a lot of minor errors in the building process and a lack of attention to detail on simple construction. Overall the experience was OK but it wasn't the greatest. We'd rate the overall experience a 7 out of 10.

Didn't seem like Pulte took any of our concerns to heart and until 2 days before closing definitely never showed an ounce of urgency to rectify problems we brought to their attention MULTIPLE TIMES. Maybe that's normal for new build homes, we've not done it before and based on this experience we won't again.

Buying experience was great. Yard grass was not that great, grass was sick and poor quslity

There are sone issues that can’t even be explained. Door trim that is uneven with the wall. Bedroom closet doors that are so big they scrap on clothes abd I have to “hide” behind to get to part of the closet. very poor design.

The house is nice but in certain finishes you can tell they went cheap.

Ladies up front were hard to do get ahold of. Never replied, or IF they did it was DAYS later. The quality of stuff is nice.

Pulte committed to the date of closure but last minute fixes were real sloppy and they punted those to warranty where the homeowner needs to chase and get this down. Quality of the work until the last month was good but bad planning and negligence during closure needs to be addressed. Well prices might seem little high but can say its worth only after 5 years seeing how well the house has settled.

We’ve had a few issues since moving in and have not heard back on any of them. At first, the help was great, then after submitting the requested positive survey, Nathan S. stopped responding to us. Overall, we are happy but surprised at how much we need to correct from construction on our own

we moved in in dec22 and we were very excited to move into our first new home. after some back and forth with the site manager john/lori they said they couldn’t finish our house prior to closing. thus we had an agreement that all pending work would be completed after we came back from our vacation prior to christmas. needless to say it is now feb and we still have things that need repair / replacing. it seems the builder team was spread too thin at the end of the year and we were at the losing end of it. i am currently working with the site manager at hidden oaks to fix our issues but we are not pleased with the results. also our neighbor had a sewer clog and backup into his 1st floor. shoddy work most likely because they had to rush during the holiday season. it’s too bad because we heard pulte was a good company but now we have some regrets. i’m trying hard not to be angry in this post but i feel we have been more than patient with the builder team. we have photos to prove the work was incomplete. be careful. ... First time buying a new home. Just seems like a lot more imperfections and issues than I expected.
