Just wanted to thank Christopher Hair(builders team) and Lamonica Vaughan(sales team) for all the hard work they put together for our new home. They always had everything completed in a timely manner. It was great working with them. Am so happy with my experience with pulte homes.

Title communication was clear and person handling it was also prompt

From financing to final build, the Pulte experience was enjoyable. We felt taken care of the entire process and highly recommend Pulte to anyone looking to buy a high quality home.

More attention to detail and quality, ownership of as much of the end to end process as possible rather than blaming "trades" and other departments for issues.

We love our home and we know there is a staffing crisis but we’ve had lots of issues. Our PM Josh did a good job but we discovered some things our first month in the home. Here’s a list of our outstanding work orders: Electrical team didn’t properly install exterior light plug, cat 5 wires or high surge protected outlet for tv mount. Still waiting on tv outlet. Garage door makes a “popping” sound-awaiting repair. 2 Blue exterior light boxes exposed awaiting mortar. Outdoor light “sagging” Caulk around bathroom window. Cabinet door above microwave unhinged Rehang study door (small scratch in glass) No privacy lock for the master bedroom Gaps in front pillars need mortar to cover. I am extremely impressed with their response time, support and professionalism All my concerns or issues with my beautiful Pulte home have been addressed immediately. Everyone on the team has made my transition from NJ to Texas easier and stress free. I feel like they take a personal interest in satisfying all their customers. Coming from NJ it takes a lot to impress me and this team has succeeded.

Overall sales experience was good. Delivery and follow up after home was done was not good. Home was not clean at delivery. Paint still on floors, windows not clean and too many items on punch list. Not sure I would build with Pulte again.

Pulte is very busy at this time building as fast as they can, so if your home takes longer, don't be surprised, if the home experience is not what they advertise, don't be surprised, if you move in and you still find a lot of mistakes, don't be surprised.

Overall, it was a good time to buy a home which is why i did. Prices were rising and you needed to get in somewhere. Would I go with Pulte in the future? No, i'd try someone else out. I had to stay on top of them during the build process and when i mentioned issues, i was assured it would be taken care of. Weeks turned into a few months and during the last two weeks of closing they attempted to fix those issues when it should have been taken care of far in advance when it was brought up. Today after living in the home for two months, I'm finding other issues. Which brings me to their whole warranty process. For example, in my master shower, they never sealed the grout on the top tiles. I could stick my fingers all the way down just about anywhere on the top row. When i called it in, they came and sealed it. However, they wouldnt paint it. That means i have to call it in again to get it painted now and smoothed out. Its pretty dumb that I have to call an issue in multiple times to get it fixed 100%. The outside of my door never got sealed like the windows. I inspected other homes and they are in fact supposed to be sealed. Paint on the inside of the window frames never got cleaned up like i requested. Touch up on paint around the metal sealed plates on the ceiling (where fans/lightsgo) never got touched up. Pretty sloppy and definitely wouldnt try Pulte again. ... More

Overall good experience with a few bad apples along the way.

Everyone from start to finish was great. Our home is beautiful and we have no complaints.

Overall Shawn in sales and Chase project manager were awesome. I have zero complaints about them. I do believe my house was closed before it was actually ready. I believe that pressure came from above the Pulte employees I've dealt with. There were a lot of little incomplete about my home that didnt make sense but Shawn and mostly Chase made things right. Thank you Guys!

I am very disappointed that I haven't received any assistance after my first survey was completed. There are many things that were never completed for my home. No one has reached back out to me. The person who is the customer care rep, is non responsive. I definitely don't feel like a valued customer. I'm not satisfied with the discrepancies of my brand new home.

The builder is good, but things are still not rectified even after doing so many follow ups.

The entire Pulte team made this buying experience seamless. Always quick to answer any questions and/or concerns, giving me updates with the progress all the way to closing. The sales team was exceptional and very professional at all times. The builders were always available even after I moved in to help with any issues, giving me the 5 ***** treatment. For instance, my builder gave me all the serial numbers on all the appliances making signing up with each vendor's warranty easier to enroll. Because of my buying experience, the quality of the home and the location of Gregg Ranch to Marble Falls and Austin, I now know 6 friends building a home in Gregg Ranch. The entire building process was easy and clear, the customer service and responsiveness, in time delivery stood at the top level compared to other builders in the community. If there are any negatives they solved pretty fast. More over they built the home in the given time frame with out any delays.

From the start everyone was very professional and courteous. Not to mention knowledgeable about every aspect of the home build. They guided me every step of the way. If I ever build another home Wich I doubt. Because we love this home so much. It will definitely be a home built by Pulte.

Good experience from start to finish

The communication with the sales agent in my particular was horrible, she never attended the meetings and she did not leave us changes and upgrades to the house. We wanted more things in our house as well as modifications that noa said could not be and if they could, a disaster. In the part of the financing that we did with the same construction, we were excellent, the worker Jorge Rodas and Liz Minz helped us during the process, as well as Jimy in construction, all excellent. Today we have some consequences because of our saleswoman and the backyard but we hope they solve them with a guarantee ticket. We are happy for our home and the excellent community we moved into. As first time homebuyers, my wife and I really didn't know what to expect with our home building process. Our Pulte team was amazing and was in touch with us every week with detailed updates on what was being done to our house that week. Our house was delivered on schedule and I can still reach out to our Pulte team when there is anything we have questions about. Definitely recommend!
