Quality is what they strive for. They are working on it but follow through after the sale for warranty items is slow. Best to stay on top of the process during the build.

Julio and team have been very responsive to our questions, and addressing inspection report. And, even before when the construction work was in progress, he provided weekly updates. Overall, the team at Pulte has been attentive and supportive. Thank you all!

We were so excited when our realtor brought us to this community. The sales person who walked us through the house was so down to earth, although he knew so much about the build and the community, he didn't behave like a know it all. He spoke to us like we were old friends, he is the reason my husband said yes to the build. Sales person along with our realtor were very responsive to emails and text messages. The sales person and builder called with updates and seemed to be as excited as we were. I actually miss the chats and updates. This builder includes a lot of items in the price, we thought motorized garage door would be standard, but apparently it is not, Pulte gives you that a long with double paned windows and upgraded vapor barrier, front and back grass, flowers and irrigation and wood fence to keep our boys from running off. with Covid, the cost of materials got higher and shortage. They chose paper sheathing for wall instead of plywood. It's not great solution for windy conditions. Reasonable price that I paid so I don't have any complaints but if you have money to spend and looking for high end quality house then please go with better home builder. I would not go with Pulte anymore unless I do have soeme money to pay. I had punch list items to fix before closing, of course they hadn't not fixed and spend more than one month to resolve. Our over all experience is difficult to rate. We love our home! The issue we have and continue to have is workmanship. It is frustrating to have repairs made and then new mistakes are made. They have to keep coming back, basically for the same issue. The effort is there but execution of the fix is not. I also observed subcontractors not performing to Pulte standards. I pointed it out and it was corrected. I think the Covid situation has also had an impact on our situation and the Pulte crew have stayed with it to make it right!

Just wanted to thank Christopher Hair(builders team) and Lamonica Vaughan(sales team) for all the hard work they put together for our new home. They always had everything completed in a timely manner. It was great working with them. Am so happy with my experience with pulte homes.

From financing to final build, the Pulte experience was enjoyable. We felt taken care of the entire process and highly recommend Pulte to anyone looking to buy a high quality home.

More attention to detail and quality, ownership of as much of the end to end process as possible rather than blaming "trades" and other departments for issues.

We love our home and we know there is a staffing crisis but we’ve had lots of issues. Our PM Josh did a good job but we discovered some things our first month in the home. Here’s a list of our outstanding work orders: Electrical team didn’t properly install exterior light plug, cat 5 wires or high surge protected outlet for tv mount. Still waiting on tv outlet. Garage door makes a “popping” sound-awaiting repair. 2 Blue exterior light boxes exposed awaiting mortar. Outdoor light “sagging” Caulk around bathroom window. Cabinet door above microwave unhinged Rehang study door (small scratch in glass) No privacy lock for the master bedroom Gaps in front pillars need mortar to cover. I am extremely impressed with their response time, support and professionalism All my concerns or issues with my beautiful Pulte home have been addressed immediately. Everyone on the team has made my transition from NJ to Texas easier and stress free. I feel like they take a personal interest in satisfying all their customers. Coming from NJ it takes a lot to impress me and this team has succeeded.

Overall sales experience was good. Delivery and follow up after home was done was not good. Home was not clean at delivery. Paint still on floors, windows not clean and too many items on punch list. Not sure I would build with Pulte again.

Pulte is very busy at this time building as fast as they can, so if your home takes longer, don't be surprised, if the home experience is not what they advertise, don't be surprised, if you move in and you still find a lot of mistakes, don't be surprised.

Overall, it was a good time to buy a home which is why i did. Prices were rising and you needed to get in somewhere. Would I go with Pulte in the future? No, i'd try someone else out. I had to stay on top of them during the build process and when i mentioned issues, i was assured it would be taken care of. Weeks turned into a few months and during the last two weeks of closing they attempted to fix those issues when it should have been taken care of far in advance when it was brought up. Today after living in the home for two months, I'm finding other issues. Which brings me to their whole warranty process. For example, in my master shower, they never sealed the grout on the top tiles. I could stick my fingers all the way down just about anywhere on the top row. When i called it in, they came and sealed it. However, they wouldnt paint it. That means i have to call it in again to get it painted now and smoothed out. Its pretty dumb that I have to call an issue in multiple times to get it fixed 100%. The outside of my door never got sealed like the windows. I inspected other homes and they are in fact supposed to be sealed. Paint on the inside of the window frames never got cleaned up like i requested. Touch up on paint around the metal sealed plates on the ceiling (where fans/lightsgo) never got touched up. Pretty sloppy and definitely wouldnt try Pulte again. ... More

Overall good experience with a few bad apples along the way.

Everyone from start to finish was great. Our home is beautiful and we have no complaints.

Overall Shawn in sales and Chase project manager were awesome. I have zero complaints about them. I do believe my house was closed before it was actually ready. I believe that pressure came from above the Pulte employees I've dealt with. There were a lot of little incomplete about my home that didnt make sense but Shawn and mostly Chase made things right. Thank you Guys!

I am very disappointed that I haven't received any assistance after my first survey was completed. There are many things that were never completed for my home. No one has reached back out to me. The person who is the customer care rep, is non responsive. I definitely don't feel like a valued customer. I'm not satisfied with the discrepancies of my brand new home.

The builder is good, but things are still not rectified even after doing so many follow ups.
