The sales team and building team were fantastic.

Overall I’m happy with the house.

Jimmy and Shane were AMAZING! If it was not for them I wouldn’t have anything nice to say. Kelly was my original sales person, the few questions I did have for her which are basic questions i.e. what grade does elementary school go up to, what is the average home bill etc... she had no idea. I originally added a backsplash in my kitchen, she quoted me the wrong price but did honer the price she messed up on. She then emails me a month or so after letting me know that with my countertops not being granite there will be a part that goes up and showed me how it would look. I did not like the way that looked she told me she would see what she could do about upgrading my countertops since again she misinformed me. After several emails asking what the status was on that I found out I had a new sales person. I asked Shawna several times as well what was going on, Shawna told me there was nothing she can do the order had been placed “ but don’t worry once you move in and get settled you can pull that out and replace it and then it will look nice” ( not what I want to hear while I’m building a new home) luckily Shane was able to get that resolved for me and I was refunded my money. Shane was amazing, he was super helpful gave great advice and guided me in the right direction for everything I needed like blinds etc..... Shane was able to answer all the questions Kelly didn’t know and even though I had already bought the house he sold me on this neighborhood. I cannot say enough good things about Jimmy. He is such a lifesaver. He followed up with me every week and kept me in the loop. This is my first home and first time living alone. He went into detail about everything, from the maintenance I need to do on my house once a year, telling me to put locks on the meter on the side of my house, what to use and what not to use on my microwave, stove, dishwasher etc.... I’m so thankful I had Jimmy during this experience, he truly cares and it shows. He called me the morning before I closed to let me know what he was in my house doing a final check before it became my home, and I should be proud of myself being a single mom and being able to do this. Jimmy assured me just because I have closed on my house if I ever need anything to let him know. To this day I still text him and ask him random questions and he is happy to help. It’s nice not feeling like I am just a paycheck to him but he truly has mine and my son‘s best interest. So again if it was not for Jimmy and Shane I wouldn’t have many nice things to say. ... More

The patio screen was broken from day 1 and pulte was contacted for it since last 2 months and the issue has not been resolved. Atleast was not expecting this with the brand new home.

Made things right, stuck by promises

Lack of communication from the start. Nobody realized that the option for large frosted glass window in master bath was not allowed by the computer with the walk in shower. It took multiple times of reviewing paperwork to figure it out. Field supervisor was out at the beginning and nobody picked up the ball. Finally heard from him a month after contract and then after that only about every four weeks and that was only after bringing in someone else. That supervisor was out closing week and punch list was not completed before we signed paperwork and even then the fill in just gave excuses. Jimmy did a great job communicating. Kept me informed. My main issue is the the cost of upgrades. I know there is a mark up but the prices are 10x.

Dave Rose was extremely responsive, informative, professional and made sure all our needs were met. I’d recommend a bit more training on floor plans layouts , options and upgrades with the sales team. They didn’t appear to fully know the inventory and options. Overall very happy with the home and effort in closing Complete and on time. Thank you

Well designed process reflects years of experience.

During the construction process, Pulte representatives were responsive, informed, and always willing to help. They encouraged my participation and feedback in the entire process, which helped me to know they wanted to do things right. Now that I’m in the house, it is everything I had hoped it would be. AND the builder reps are still responsive to my questions, which is comforting to know. These people are the best, and I feel very lucky to have chosen a Pulte home.

Pulte builds a good floor plan very attractively at a reasonable price.

On time delivery. good communication. good reponse to concerns raised. But i feel like the quality can be improved . I am noticing lots of tiny tiny issues that needs to be fixed. They are very responsive.

We have visited site almost every day and were very happy with workmanship, team coodination, construction and material quality. It's being one month plus we are staying in the new house, found some very minor issues, but warrenty dept is quickly addressing issues best way possible. Pultes are team of high quality professionals, I would highly recommend it.

No good finishing, moved closing date 3 times with 5 days of anticipation. No communication between branches.

d moved to Santa Rita Ranch from the east coast, and had to choose style of home, lot location, interior, and exterior choices all on the internet. The builders representatives were a great help, and when I arrived in Texas to see my home I was pleasantly surprised, and pleased that the walk-thru went well and any 'tweaks' were done, and in a cooperative manner. I would recommend Pulte Builders at this location without hesitation.

With our first home there was nothing wrong but it just seemed like such a drain on us from start to end however with Pulte everything seemed to go so smooth and great. I believe it's because of their A+ customer service. From the start our Sales Rep Bobby kept us up to date with everything and was more than willing to assist with any questions. Chris and David where fantastic with communicating with us on any issues or concerns with the build. They were also fantastic with tips and genuinely showed they cared.
