We had a difficult issue with Pulte, as they reneged on their own contract, causing closing delays. Do not buy from them without using your OWN lender and title company!!!

I think there are things that can be improved such as the quality of the toilets, the keys to the bathrooms, showers, kitchen equipment is of low quality, the entrance to the house and the backyard is as if it were under construction, only cement, the poles of the fence are made of wood and not metal, they gave me the house without gutters, it is strange because all the others are delivered like this. The design and colors are great, the rest of the materials are good.

The sale of the home was great but once it came down to the quality and inspections, that’s where it fell apart. Most last minute touch ups were not completed as promised and MANY outlets are not functioning properly around the house. Thermostat’s haven’t been changed and the direct contact’s do not care about resolving the issues.

Before Purchasing Pulte home i had a great impression about builder but after seeing the construction i lost the impression that Pulte can also build worst way. Not sure what made to bring lower quality to my home. Ceiling fans when chose during design options was not placed and placed with very normal ceiling fan. Every homeowner dream about their home in great way so will chose the builder. Thats OK. I hope Pulte keeps quality for next homeowners.

We absolutely love our home but it feels like a façade. The things we marked during the final blue tape inspection were not completed when we moved in. The blue tape was just removed with no repairs. When we had some of the things repaired, the guys repairing them said it was incomplete. The custom shower was installed incorrectly with the water flowing away from the drain, and after a few months it has yet to be repaired. The Sales Team where phenomenal LaMonica and Carlton. Exceptional sales agent and represented Pulte very well. They were kind, caring and exceptional. The Building Managers Fred and Brad very good guys and walked us thru as the house was moving along. They were always responsive and made themselves available to us. There were 3 price increases while we waited to sign the contract to build. The developer and builder own the HOA. We wee told the community prohibited investors and rentals, but we have discovered two rental properties by investors. The builder and warranty division are non-responsive. Don't close on your house until the builder performs on all items of your punch list. After you close, you are not a priority to them, and they forget about you. You are no longer a priority after you close so beware.

I’ve noticed a lot of things either already pealing (lining/paint), not fully sealed, or just done sloppy... it’s actually embarrassing to be honest because we haven’t been here long and no matter how well I take care of it and clean, cosmetically, it doesn’t look brand new... on top of that, we’ve had issues with drains not draining appropriately and I can’t help but think there are things inside of them since we had to repeatedly ask to have workers quit leaving food and trash all over the place during building... Terrible workmanship throughout the house. Undone caulking and painting. The garage walls dont match because the field was too lazy or cheap to have the subs redo one side after they cut it about two inches short. Backyard door does not close smoothly. Broken pipes outside my home. Front door and garage door frames were not smoothed out where screws were used to install them. The foundation has rust leaking out the side from exposed rebar. I recently had the displeasure of going with Pulte on my new home, and I must say, it was a nightmare from start to finish. The craftsmanship was subpar, with sloppy work evident in every corner. Once I moved in, I am dealing with a laundry list of issues, from crooked walls to leaky faucets. If you're considering building with Pulte, I highly recommend getting a thorough inspection from a third party before finalizing anything. Don't make the mistake I did of trusting their workmanship blindly.

The whole building process started good, but it took Pulte 8 extra months to complete the project resulting me extra 16k out of pocket (interest rate, month to month lease). Our builder Josh, and Stephanie was unresponsive most of the time. They simply did not care. Also, who pays for 450k but get a thermostat that is not even wifi capable?

I am very disappointed that I haven't received any assistance after my first survey was completed. There are many things that were never completed for my home. No one has reached back out to me. The person who is the customer care rep, is non responsive. I definitely don't feel like a valued customer. I'm not satisfied with the discrepancies of my brand new home.

We were excited to enter into contract with Pulte on our new home back in July 2021. The interaction with the sales team through the majority if the process was excellent. Tara was pleasant to work with in terms selecting our floorplan and upgrades. She communicated extremely well with us and we were grateful for her services. Prepare to be "sold" on the model homes they show you. Unfortunately, almost nothing resembles the quality of the model. Poor worksmanship plagues this company leading to constant warranty requests. Items that were listed on the documentation at closing will NEVER get done so be prepared to delay closing. During the building process, their management team is absent, has no idea what is going on, and will not work with the buyer, regardless of the reasonable offers to help with moving the build forward. My experience with my builder here with Pulte was terrific. Matt was my contractor, I give him 5 stars on communication and quality workmanship. He walked me through the whole process of building my home and communicated all along the way. He is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Matt and his team! I felt very confident and cared for during the whole process and even after I moved in. The warranty team is great and all of my minor issues were attended to quickly and efficiently. Thank you Pulte for the great experience!

The builder is only as good as their subs, and oversight. I would not buy Pulte again.

Most new homebuilders are the same nowadays. The same subs are building 200K and 500K houses. The difference is construction managers and how well they are overseeing the subs. My experience with Pulte wasn't great from the get go. Two days into moving in I experienced major plumbing issues. Pulte did honor the warranty and is taking care of everything but I am now wary of potential issues when warranty expires. Probably wouldn't buy Pulte again.
