We have visited site almost every day and were very happy with workmanship, team coodination, construction and material quality. It's being one month plus we are staying in the new house, found some very minor issues, but warrenty dept is quickly addressing issues best way possible. Pultes are team of high quality professionals, I would highly recommend it.

No good finishing, moved closing date 3 times with 5 days of anticipation. No communication between branches.

d moved to Santa Rita Ranch from the east coast, and had to choose style of home, lot location, interior, and exterior choices all on the internet. The builders representatives were a great help, and when I arrived in Texas to see my home I was pleasantly surprised, and pleased that the walk-thru went well and any 'tweaks' were done, and in a cooperative manner. I would recommend Pulte Builders at this location without hesitation.

With our first home there was nothing wrong but it just seemed like such a drain on us from start to end however with Pulte everything seemed to go so smooth and great. I believe it's because of their A+ customer service. From the start our Sales Rep Bobby kept us up to date with everything and was more than willing to assist with any questions. Chris and David where fantastic with communicating with us on any issues or concerns with the build. They were also fantastic with tips and genuinely showed they cared.

My grading of side yard was not done properly and the construction manager has been delaying it since then.It has been many months and nobody is looking into it.I had a very bad experience and I wanted to escalate it.This is not what you expect after paying so much.

appliances installed are of poor quality and the service is very poor

The project manager was very professional, kept me inform at all times of the progress on the construction site in a weekly basis, he was always available, very committed and patient with my endless questions and most importantly he took the time to reviewed the third-party inspection reports that I hired and took actions from the suggestions. Thank you Dustin for all your work, I really appreciate it!

Professional, responsive and clients-oriented sales manager and construction managers who are easy to work with. Average quality of materials and construction execution. Overall, very positive experience.

After moving in, we have had so many issues with our home that we regret buying it. It’s as if no one looked at the home to ensure things were done right. Cabinets are misaligned, improperly installed, broken, nails missing from showers, grout is multiple colors or missing, door knobs damaged, paint splashes and grout EVERYWHERE, light fixtures installed crookedly, framing issues, dirt and sawdust everywhere, nails in carpet, metal debris in lawn - this is an absolute nightmare. For all issues we have been told to coordinate with the warranty dept. I should receive a stipend for the work I’ve done to fix my house to the point Pulte should have. This work is shameful. ... Great service, finished on time with great quality!

Make sure a complete inspection is done before closing. Make sure everything is working properly including checking all outlets including outside outlets and check heater HVac .

Awesome process from start to finish. It was pretty neat getting to see the house built literally before my eyes.

Everyone involved in our building/buying experience was knowledgeable, courteous, had great communication skills, timely, and showed care and compassion.

Overall the house is great but there have been many issues and many warranty calls within the first month of ownership. The house was rushed to be completed and it very clearly shows. The field managers we worked with were great and I don't have anything negative to say about them. Our sales rep wasn't very responsive or helpful though.

My wife and I genuinely enjoyed every meeting, every walkthrough, and every step of the process of building with Pulte. Our sales agent, builder manager, and mortgage consultant were all friendly, professional, and we felt taken care of throughout the whole build. Glad we chose Pulte!

I’ve recently purchased my 3rd Pulte home. The quality has continuously surpassed my expectations. My team that was assigned to me (Kristy Crane and Charlotte Carreon) were absolutely amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable, responsive. Genuinely committed to fulfilling our endeavor of the entire home buying process.

Pros: Overall, I'm pleased with my new home. The fact that it is a new build gives me features not found otherwise in this area like an open floor plan and tall ceilings. The quality of the build seems great. No real issues with Pulte construction. Cons: Any upgrades they charge you tremendously over market value. As an example, I had wood flooring put in. The same flooring through Pulte would have cost over $60k as an upgrade charge. Having a third party come in after closing and demolish all the flooring Pulte put in and put in quality wood cost $20k. If you extrapolate that upcharge margin to all the upgrades, it feels way too expensive. Have had several warranty issues, mostly with electrical gremlins. The responsiveness of warranty repairs is pretty lacking. Sometimes I just would like to talk through something I don't understand about the house, and getting in touch with someone just to talk is a several day/weeks process. ... More

We had a few issues but it was all resolved except for one thing. But for the most part it all went well.

Sales consultant, Field Manager and Design center consultant were very helpful in resolving queries and issues.
