It was a rush on closing on our house never had a chance to address all house issues Exhaust vent above microwave still leaks leaving a greasy residue. Disappointed

Pulte looks to be a better builder versus some of the other alternatives. There are some things which do not make sense to me, but I think you may find that with most builders (such as light switch placement, gaps in the garage below the garage doors etc.). After a not-so-happy sales, design center and finance experience(being very polite here), I was won over by the building super and the build process overall.

Pulte committed to the date of closure but last minute fixes were real sloppy and they punted those to warranty where the homeowner needs to chase and get this down. Quality of the work until the last month was good but bad planning and negligence during closure needs to be addressed. Well prices might seem little high but can say its worth only after 5 years seeing how well the house has settled.

As far as my experience with Pulte was excellent with the home and quality also the construction Manager Jimmy was awesome and Kelly in the office. My only problem was with the Mortgage company, I felt like they could have done better in getting me qualified and listened more to me in the beginning but my overall experience was a good one and I do recommend them as a builder.

Drive way is cracking after 7 day of move in , most of the issues that we pointed out before the closing never got fix , tile floor is uneven, trim work is really poor , caulking in some areas looks like a 5 years old did it , you can see where on the walls where the paint was touch up , a lots of areas with a rough texture , we had a irrigation leak for almost a month , over spray in windows on the outside , trims in the house not painted right , overall a bunch of little stuff that will take my time out of work so I can be there for the bunch of vendors that will be going in and out my house , a big inconvenience because no one from pulte will Pay me for that time that I’ll be missing ... Everything was good, we've been here for a month, I wish they had told us to change the gas service over to us, other than that the actual home has been great.

For easy process just have documents ready when they ask for them , to speed up your purchase.

I had multiple issues from the time of setting mortgage with Pulte to problems with the home. we had issues with the tiles broken || Laundry room did not have space for dryer (poor planning) || Cabinets cracking || Doors were not sealed correctly and made squeaking sounds. || My laws was damaged by the construction workers || The water lines were broken and leaked waters|| the walls are not build in straight line hmm and i can go on and on || more than half of the issues is still not fixed.

LOVED my salesperson, Carlton! He guided me and explained things each step of the way. Although the backyards here are small, it turns out that means there's less work to maintain them. The base price is builder-grade materials however you can upgrade to make it semi-custom. Glad to be in North Austin close to Round Rock and shopping while still enjoying a small-town feel.

If you are a first time home buyer Pulte is excellent and informal.

I reccomend pulte to everyone!

Over all a good Experience

So many issues with my first time buying experience. Sales team is great but the builders not responsive or helpful!

We’ve had a few issues since moving in and have not heard back on any of them. At first, the help was great, then after submitting the requested positive survey, Nathan S. stopped responding to us. Overall, we are happy but surprised at how much we need to correct from construction on our own

Excellent experience from start to close!

I waited a while to do this survey as I did not want to do it right when frustrating feelings were taking place as I could not be factual in my comments. The overall process with the purchase of the house went well. From the sales representative, which was always kind, responsive and engaging to the closing team, and everyone in between. I moved in over 2 months ago, and a week later, and encouraged by the field manager and even the closing team, I checked the house in more detail to see if there were things that needed to be taken care of, and indeed they were some, and may be more to come in the future. I placed the work order on the builder’s portal and after the reviewing of It, the repairs started to take place. Not wanting to give into specifics, what I can say is that almost two months later of placing the WO the repairs have not been completed just yet. Vary of reasons have happened, and I’m not trying to blame anyone, truly, but at the end there is still work pending to do. My advice to new buyers is to look in detail the conditions of the house prior closing and point them out. It is really easy to miss things when you do the walk throughs with the field manager as the happy feelings of getting the house can “blind” the buyers. Please know that the house in general is fine and I love living in it, good the laid out, it is spacious and so, but there are things that the more I’m in the house, the more I realize that they were not supervised properly to deliver a house close to being perfect (with exceptions as in everything and completely normal) as it is a brand new house what I was getting. I’m giving this review not to talk bad at all about Pulte and their employees as a corporation, but to share my ongoing experience. I’m not mad for the time it has taken to fix the things I pointed out, although I got to admit that I’ve been frustrated at moments, but I know they will be fixed at one point. The Pulte experience was outstanding.

Sales was awesome construction took the time to review plans and explain quality of what was built and though I have a few things that we have noticed now that we live in the home we are confident in the warranty team to take care of builder related issues.

Shane and Jimmy were the best

We were happy with everything by closing. Jimmy and Shane our building managers were top notch. Anything we were not happy with, they took care of.

Good buying experience.

From the street it looks amazing, after being in the house for a few months you find all the things not done or half done. - Paint on the outside stone (a lot) from when they painted the trim - Drywall tape coming off, multiple spots - They used broken base when doing the trim. - Bad caulking job everywhere - The dampeners in the attic were not even hooked up to power and are set to off. (WOW) - They used 1/4 round on the base in the main area of the house because they couldn't schedule the trim after the flooring was done, you do this when you screw up. - 3 doors didn't even latch when you shut them. - I'm still finding issues. ... Definitely good value for the price... However, quality assurance (QA) of contractors' work need more oversight... Worth the money to hire home inspector before closing/moving in to spot the needed adjustments/work missed by QA/inspectors in order for the site manager to get rectified...

This is our first home and we are so happy we built with Pulte!!!

We are very disappointed in the representation of Pulte through their sales representative Jane. She was extremely aggressive and rude when we asked about a drainage system that was placed in our backyard.The drainage system was not represented on any surveys, nor was it disclosed to us. When we saw the house it was covered. Instead of trying to come to a solution we were told "Just cancel" multiple times. This was very unprofessional and unreasonable as we were to close on the property in a few days. After speaking with her supervisor a solution to the issue was presented to us but not to our expectations. On the other hand Our Site Manager Bobby was amazing. He went above and beyond fixing everything that needed to be fixed. He was always reachable and completed any task quickly and with a smile. He was a pleasure to work with. ... More
