Angelica did a great job of presenting our options and her communication was top notch throughout every step of the process. Brittany was in charge of our build and responded promptly to each of our concerns and questions. I really think the amazing quality of our build was due to her oversight and it gave us confidence during the entire build that things were being done correctly. Justin helped during the final walk address each of the few "touch-up" issues we had. After one month, we have had no issues and love our new build. I am very happy with my new home. All Pulte employees from sales, construction manager, and customer service have been very helpful and respond promptly to any issues. The home is very energy efficient and the layout very functional.

Home buying experience was great on the builder side but the Pulte Mortgage process was not the greatest.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a home through Pulte Homes, and I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback with you. Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by Nathan, the salesperson, and Eric, the construction manager. Both Nathan and Eric demonstrated exceptional communication skills and ensured that I received timely updates throughout the entire home buying process. Eric's proficiency in construction was particularly impressive, as he adeptly addressed and resolved every issue that arose during the construction phase. I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of workmanship displayed by Eric and his team. However, I must bring to your attention some areas where I believe there is room for improvement. Regrettably, I found the communication from the mortgage loan officers and title company to be lacking. I felt uninformed about the money transfer process until the very end of the transaction, which was a source of frustration for me. I believe that enhancing communication in this area would greatly improve the overall home buying experience for future customers. Despite this minor setback, I want to emphasize that my experience with Pulte Homes has been overwhelmingly positive. I have already recommended Pulte to several friends and family members based on the outstanding service provided by Nathan and Eric. Their professionalism and attention to detail have left a lasting impression on me, and I am confident that others will also benefit from choosing Pulte for their home buying needs. The home buying experience from Pulte builders and their mortgage company was an easy and complete operating system. Everyone was very knowledgable and helpful with this process.

The process from start to finish was smooth, stress-free, and very efficient. All my questions were answered right away and I was always kept in the loop, especially when it was close to closing time. The builders took care of everything before the final sign-off and everything was handed over to me with such ease.

We had a great and easy experience purching our first home. Pulte ensure we were kept on track up until our closing day. The house quality and workmenship were worderful. No complains so far. The salesteam was the best out of all their employees. We were taken care of even after closing. Answer 100s of our question with a simle on their face.

All the above mentioned were helpful and made the entire process as painless as possible

We had no idea what to expect as first time home buyers and Pulte made it easy from start to finish. They were patient and understanding with us, answering all of our questions. They were attentive and very responsive. Couldn't be happier!

The homes built by Pulte are great and best quality materials are used. The ground staff are great and take great care in making sure all the expectations are aligned with what was advertised. The sales team is also great and very quick with responses and providing information. The loan approval team (and there are multiple groups) have some overlap and communication can be confusing at times. Just make sure you have everything documented to support you as you progress on finalizing the home that you want. Overall, I am happen with how my home was handed over to my on the day of closing.

Our project manager Matt was fantastic. He always responded to questions and fixed any issues. We are very happy with our new home.

The entire process from start to finish was very simple and straightforward. The entire staff was very helpful, friendly and supportive. We have only had one minor repair which was immediately addressed which may have been caused by movers, but no hesitation on getting the repair completed.

As a commercial general contractor I went into the home building experience with some general concerns from my knowledge of residential home builders. I was able to perform regular inspections during the construction and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the workmanship managed by the Pulte construction manager. Subcontractors can be difficult to predict but he did well to control the quality and addressed items I found. I do recommend hiring a 3rd party inspector, it is money well spent and the individual found a few items to correct that I did not have capacity to research. Overall Pulte produced a great home and we feel well taken care of. Even one warranty item in, they were quick to address it. ... More
