Our wonderful experience started when we first walked into the model home and met with our salesperson, Makayla. Midway through the process, we were introduced to our construction manager, Sam, and our experience became even better. Sam was incredibly patient, answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had. He was consistently present and willing to help. His guidance during our two pre-closing walkthroughs and a final review the day before closing ensured all outstanding issues were resolved. My wife and I love our new home. The construction is 10 x better than the last home we purchased. And the people from Pulte made it a fun and exciting process as well. Travis is the guy you must talk to if you visit “6 Creeks” in Kyle. He is the man! He went the extra mile to take care of us and he guided us through the process like we were family. A HUGE thanks to Pulte for making our home buying experience special!

I was very impressed with the entire home purchasing experience from start to finish. I was kept informed with the construction process weekly via phone. All concerns and/or questions were always promptly addressed. I’m very happy with the end result, house is everything I had hoped for. The few things that had to be taken care of after the move in were taken care of promptly. I have built a few homes in the past, but this was by far the best experience. I recommend Pulte builders if you want quality,responsive interaction and over all satisfactory experience.

Easy experience in buying the new home. They were very responsive to address items from home inspection and their own blue tape inspection. Home has nice finishes and just exactly what I was looking for as my next home. My pups and I are very happy in our new home.

Mortgage team stretched the time unnecessarily, they were keep on asking the same documents multiple times. The hand over/construction manager team doesn’t fix the items properly as they promised, the issues are still existing. The sales team Ms Sara is the best employee and she was 100% supportive. No one visited to hear back on open issues since the closing.

Pulte team is very responsive especially Guillermo who always goes above and beyond.

Often times these days you’re faced with having to rank quality, value, and professionalism in the order of importance to you. With my Pulte purchase, I never felt like I had to choose…I got them all at one stop.

Good Morning, Honestly, unless there has been some structural changes in the way Pulte finishes a home before turning it over to the new owners, I couldn’t in good conscience recommend buying a Pulte home. On the day we closed, the home was filthy. Plus, we had tile issues, plumbing issues, trim and paint issues, cabinet issues and a bowed wall. We had workers in our home for weeks after moving in. And, there’s still work to be done. The house was not ready for closing. However, after pointing all these issues out, Pulte assigned Josh Garza to personally oversee the repairs. Josh has been great to work with. He stayed in communication with us throughout the process. He tried as best he could to make sure the repairs were completed to our satisfaction. But even with the best of intentions, Josh can only do so much. We still have tile and grout issues that can only be fixed by re-doing major sections of the tile in the master bath. I’ve accepted that’s not going to happen. In summary, the house was not ready to be turned over to the new owners. However, Pulte has tried their best to fix everything which I truly appreciate. This was my first time buying a home and I really didn’t know what I was doing. I was so grateful to have Julio help me through the entire process and be available when I had questions. He provided me with a great deal of buyer confidence and his excitement made the whole experience less daunting. I had a few warranty issues when I moved in and the response time has been impeccable. I couldn’t have scripted a better experience. If all my family and friends up and decided to move to Buda, I’d 100% encourage them to go with Pulte.

The house is very appealing, well constructed and any piece or part of the construction was made with care. I personally was surprised with Pulte construction package offered, so no need to worry on some stuff other construction companies charge and call them upgrade or add-in options that require additional spending, leading to house being more expensive if chosen! Kudo to Pulte Home!

We purchased a home in February 2025. As we were relocating from a different state we were very happy with the willingness to work with us from virtual viewings to virtual signing. Travis in sales and Josh the superintendent were amazing to work with. Josh was available for questions and fixed every concern promptly. Would definitely buy from pulte again

Pay attention to quality of interior wall paint as well as wall switch placement. Security keypads may not be in the most logical place.

Very cheap building quality, quick fix repairs, and a company that prides themselves on quality. Their advertised quality and the Pulte care experience was false. They care about covering up their mistakes quickly and quietly, they care about not taking accountability for major defects, and they also don’t care about using the homeowners time to conduct shotty repairs.

This house has everything I wanted, from the layout to a driveway that is pretty level. And when you have a parent that is in a wheelchair it makes a huge difference!!! All the little ammeties make it the right place for my forever and last home!!! From the sales peopled to the closing people everyone treated me like a VIP!!! I would recommend Pulte Homes to my family and friends!

The attention to detail and follow through is a pleasant surprise when so many are cutting corners and slacking. Our builder truly cared about us and put his heart into our new home!

We have been living in our house for over two months now and it is still under construction fixing things that should have been done the week of closing. Quality of trades are poor, tape removed from our walkthrough without being touched.
