The purchase process was easy and I feel confident that my home was constructed well. Working with my field manager was a breeze as was with my sales representative. We opted to finance through Pulte Mortage in order to take advantage of the incentives we were offered, and this was mostly hassle-free although there were times when our loan processor was difficult to work with and unclear regarding various requirements.

My wife and I worked with Pulte on the building of our first home. Everything was very easy from the get go all the way through closing. They were very responsive to questions/concerns and I always felt in the loop throughout the construction process.

Build quality is great and the customer service department is extremely helpful.

I wish they would have given themselves enough time to do more thorough final cleaning.

My experience with Pulte was as a first time buyer and the first time working with a builder. I had heard about being on your toes with builders but Pulte truly cared about my opinion and their perception the whole way through the process. From selecting the model, to the lot, to the interiors they constantly made sure I was comfortable. During the build process, I constantly received updates from the project manager along with pictures and had a standing invite to come see the house whenever I wanted. Again, all the while being constantly asked for my feedback. My only negative experience came from the Pulte title company which couldn't be bothered to communicate with me about my closing until the day before. Our construction foreman was fabulous, over 20 years with the company and he communicated all the time and was very responsive to our needs. He saw and noticed things and had them down to fix often before we did. Would definitely use again. Very positive experience

Terrible workmanship throughout the house. Undone caulking and painting. The garage walls dont match because the field was too lazy or cheap to have the subs redo one side after they cut it about two inches short. Backyard door does not close smoothly. Broken pipes outside my home. Front door and garage door frames were not smoothed out where screws were used to install them. The foundation has rust leaking out the side from exposed rebar. There's a crack as well. Missing two sprinklers that are on my plans but were never installed. I'm very disappointed in the shotty work the field manager was responsible for overseeing. Our home buying experience with Pulte was wonderful, from start to finish. My Loan Manager made sure the loan processing aspect was smooth and efficient and our building superintendent did well managing our expectations and communicating.

We had a great experience with our building process from selecting our lot through the build and closing. We’ve had a few warranty items to submit but all have been attended to quickly and completed timely. Love our Pulte home.

There were a lot of inconsistencies between what we were told as far as timelines and our options, and what actually happened. There were numerous errors that were caught along the way with design and at one point almost walked away from the home. However, in the end the quality of the home turned out great, but not the exact design we were hoping for.

As this being my first home buying process- Pulte made the experience enjoyable, contrary to all the horror stories I've heard with home buying. The staff was very responsive and knowledgeable. The Builder was also very pleasant to work with. Everything that was promised was delivered with great quality and satisfaction. Not once did I feel I was getting the run around or receiving false information. The quality of the home superb and I'm happy to have them as my first home builder.

We were told our house would have a door from the garage to the back door. It does not. When we asked they stated it was mark off of the plans we signed. Yes marked off AFTER we signed them. They have yet to really attempt to fix this. The workmanship in the house is lacking. There are foot prints in my driveway and metel rhubarb is showing through. They laid my drive way very inefficiently. We cant even get into the third car garage without driving over the sprinker that they set right at that corner. The other houses on the block have a much different angle for their drive way.
