My sales rep was amazing. There seemed to be a rush in trying to close so they were fixing minor things after closing. When you do a walktheough, you should take notes of those areas because the contractors seemed to miss some things or just remove the tapes without doing it. I gave up after a while of finding issues. However, they are minor issues like paints. The master shower floor had stains that I've been trying to get out even after a month. Make sure you look at it during your walkthrough. This is my 4th home and the experience wasn't great. They have great standards and you really dont need that much options unless you want too. Not sure if it's the materials but you can hear everyone, no matter which room they are in. The sound is terrible. Pulte was great to work with. We were skeptical at first, but the home is higher quality than expected. Would definitely recommend working with them.

The Pulte buying experience was great. The only complaint was the selection of options. When you start the process you have no idea what the different levels mean. You can't see the options in every level so you have no idea what you can actually choose. When you get to the design studio they show you mostly what is in your level. So I was not able to know all of my options. Did not realize this until after the process. I would have picked things differently had I known.

Too many quality issues with appliances(range, microwave) not working and needed replacement. Lot of painting tapes not cleared and needed to pinpoint.Electrical issues with lighting and plugs.

The sales team is awesome and would work with you in getting the house bought for you. They were patient and very coachable. Once we bought the house, we ran into multiple issues when we first moved in. Chipped upgraded cabinets, circuit issues, laundry power plug, oven shutting down, new dishwasher flooded, window drafts, and a couple others. Robert the manager was constantly trying to get things fixed with a lot of delays with multiple vendors. It did leave us a sour taste at the beginning when we first moved in. When en things finally slowly got fixed, we were able to get started. So we think that the builders have done a sloppy job with the house. We're loving our new house and neighborhood. We chose Pulte because of the flexibility of their plans and being able to have two offices + two bedrooms. Everything turned out great and the team was good to work with. Our house was delayed by four months from the original close date, which was one of the only things that could have been improved.

It was a transparent process from the beginning except for the loan and the mortgage team could've been more supportive and explored more options together instead of forcing some options through.

The home purchasing process was fairly easy but there was some incompetence and a lack of responsiveness with our second salesperson but the third one was exceptional, very customer-focused, responsive and a pleasure to work with. There were a lot of minor errors in the building process and a lack of attention to detail on simple construction. Overall the experience was OK but it wasn't the greatest. We'd rate the overall experience a 7 out of 10.

Happily things moved quicker and smoother than expected. It seems that after the foundation was laid we were already moving in. We specially loved our weekly build phone calls with Sara & Charlette & email follow ups. They were very thorough and professional. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. All the way to the very end with our celebration walk through. They went through all our warranty information with us. Overall responsiveness of their team members was great. We did find the several aspects of the on-line portal to be somewhat clunky, however their team was happy to assist.

The staff was great doing all they could to make us happy. However due to some products specified, they had limitations. General Cleanup by subcontractors could have been better. Painters left some paint splatters in every room. Many pencil markings not erased. Bath sink faucets have downspouts that can swing outside of sink as well as plastic (not rubber) gaskets that can leak slightly. Pocket door lock is not the best. Overall, am satisfied with the home.

Overall the builders did a good job. This was our first home built from the ground up and so some of the issues may be normal that we experienced. I'd say out of the minimal issues we ran into the most frustrating one was we were told the house was going to be cleaned before closing and I don't think that ever happened. They vacuumed the floors but that's all it looked like they did because it's been two months now and we're still scrapping paint splatter off our floors in every room. windows weren't cleaned but again that could be a normal thing for a new house. one other note to future buyers is to check your stairs. My 10 yr old found out the hard way that the nails were poking through the carpet on every step on the stair case. I used a hammer on each step to smash them down. Other than that it was a pretty easy process. We purchased a Pulte lot in a neighborhood that we were interested in. The home building process was made very easy, and we felt that we were in the loop throughout the whole process. The house was built on time and very efficiently. We are extremely happy with pulte and the pulte team.

Great looking homes with high quality materials. Getting a mortgage thru Pulte is very easy and simple.The warranty deparment are experts in customers service and act very fast.

We had a good experience buying the home. However this could have been better. Pulte did not give much choice for upgrades,almost everything is standard. For example carpet is standard for bedrooms. We would have liked vinyl/ wooden flooring in bedrooms. Communication of the closing date was not very efficient. Selection of external bricks/ stone is very limited. External design/ architecture of the homes are outdated ,could be more aesthetic & appealing.Landscapping is mediocre.

Didn't seem like Pulte took any of our concerns to heart and until 2 days before closing definitely never showed an ounce of urgency to rectify problems we brought to their attention MULTIPLE TIMES. Maybe that's normal for new build homes, we've not done it before and based on this experience we won't again.

Andra and Steven were so pleasant and kind to help walk me through getting my house built just the way I wanted it. If I had a question or needed anything from them they were back with me with in a very short time. I will totally tell anyone I know looking for a house to got to Pulte. I love my house and I did not have any problems at all. My house was built even before they time that I was told, which was just awesome.

Great builder with honesty and transparency!!!

Eric was excellent in addressing all construction issues and remained engaged throughout. Eric was very helpful in explaining all the homeowners maintenance responsibilities and how to make sure the home is well taken care of.

I have been a realtor for 20 years and has been buying home As an investor with different builders. Building a new home in Buda using Pulte Homes was the best experience. From the time that I signed the contract, my rep Kayla and the construction supervisor, Brandon consistently provided the updates weekly on construction progress. All my questions and requests have always been answered on the timely manner. I would definitely recommend Pulte Homes to anyone that I know!

Overall it was really a great experience. Tim was very great to work with. He always addressed my concerns and went above and beyond to do so.

Angelica did a great job of presenting our options and her communication was top notch throughout every step of the process. Brittany was in charge of our build and responded promptly to each of our concerns and questions. I really think the amazing quality of our build was due to her oversight and it gave us confidence during the entire build that things were being done correctly. Justin helped during the final walk address each of the few "touch-up" issues we had. After one month, we have had no issues and love our new build. My experience with my builder here with Pulte was terrific. Matt was my contractor, I give him 5 stars on communication and quality workmanship. He walked me through the whole process of building my home and communicated all along the way. He is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Matt and his team! I felt very confident and cared for during the whole process and even after I moved in. The warranty team is great and all of my minor issues were attended to quickly and efficiently. Thank you Pulte for the great experience!
