They are Just awesome. I love them

Horrible experience with low quality workmanship - excuses from builder were given for numerous issues we brought up. They don't take pride in the quality of work and play it off as all "acceptable". Will never build with Pulte ever again.

Great experience from start to finish

I was expecting a better quality and upgrades for the price. What happens in sales center does not always translate to the design center. I love my house but process was rough. Contractor Justinwas easy to work with.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a home through Pulte Homes, and I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback with you. Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by Nathan, the salesperson, and Eric, the construction manager. Both Nathan and Eric demonstrated exceptional communication skills and ensured that I received timely updates throughout the entire home buying process. Eric's proficiency in construction was particularly impressive, as he adeptly addressed and resolved every issue that arose during the construction phase. I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of workmanship displayed by Eric and his team. However, I must bring to your attention some areas where I believe there is room for improvement. Regrettably, I found the communication from the mortgage loan officers and title company to be lacking. I felt uninformed about the money transfer process until the very end of the transaction, which was a source of frustration for me. I believe that enhancing communication in this area would greatly improve the overall home buying experience for future customers. Despite this minor setback, I want to emphasize that my experience with Pulte Homes has been overwhelmingly positive. I have already recommended Pulte to several friends and family members based on the outstanding service provided by Nathan and Eric. Their professionalism and attention to detail have left a lasting impression on me, and I am confident that others will also benefit from choosing Pulte for their home buying needs. Overall unprofessional experience. I have highlighted this in multiple surveys with names and examples and have received no response back which emphasizes my negative experiences and bolsters my advocacy to warn others to stay away!

Solid builder, took the care to close out outstanding items.

Overall it was good. Some faulty wiring in the garage had to be corrected (May 9, 2024). Internet went to down on May 7 as the main wiring 3 houses down had to be fixed to bring back internet up. So a day lost. Unit 301. Overall team is good and they work on it right away. I still want to know what the fixed on main panel and why. The second (small bathroom) upstairs did not have toilet paper rack and will take 2 more week to arrive. I think builder completely missed it. The lawn guy was taking a nap/lying down in front of our house on May 8 outside my house and even left an empty can of soda. Overall good team from sales to support. Kudos. ... More

We had a very good experience with Pulte including both the sales and construction side. We would recommend a Pulte home to our friends.

My experience was good in terms of home buying, and but since we closed, we have been identifying the issues pretty much in a lot of things, which made me lose trust on how the builder has handled the construction, and why within just first 3 months we've been experiencing all these issues.. I would recommend exercising caution if anyone is buying from them.. but to their credit, so far the responsiveness has been great, and they are resolving issues (although there shouldn't have been any in the first place)

Greats sales person , Not good construction manager

The home buying experience from Pulte builders and their mortgage company was an easy and complete operating system. Everyone was very knowledgable and helpful with this process.

The process from start to finish was smooth, stress-free, and very efficient. All my questions were answered right away and I was always kept in the loop, especially when it was close to closing time. The builders took care of everything before the final sign-off and everything was handed over to me with such ease.

House seemed to be built too fast

Finding myself in a situation at almost 80 years old Buying a new home certainly nothing I expected. Employees made it so much easier kudos to Travis and Justin. I couldn’t have done it without you guys. They both helped me every step of the way responded almost immediately to any concerns that I had.

I recently had the displeasure of going with Pulte on my new home, and I must say, it was a nightmare from start to finish. The craftsmanship was subpar, with sloppy work evident in every corner. Once I moved in, I am dealing with a laundry list of issues, from crooked walls to leaky faucets. If you're considering building with Pulte, I highly recommend getting a thorough inspection from a third party before finalizing anything. Don't make the mistake I did of trusting their workmanship blindly.

We had a great and easy experience purching our first home. Pulte ensure we were kept on track up until our closing day. The house quality and workmenship were worderful. No complains so far. The salesteam was the best out of all their employees. We were taken care of even after closing. Answer 100s of our question with a simle on their face.

good experience overall [Jessica from sales did exceptional job and Clay from support team doing great job and only issue had is my construction manager was not up to the mark, we ended up having lot of issues, however support team is resolving those.

All the above mentioned were helpful and made the entire process as painless as possible

We are very pleased to say that Pulte has really exceeded our expectations, great job guys and thank you for the experience you guys are awesome at what you all do.
