Working with the Pulte Homes team has been an absolute pleasure from the very beginning. Our wonderful experience started when we first walked into the model home and met with our salesperson, Makayla. Midway through the process, we were introduced to our construction manager, Sam, and our experience became even better. Sam was incredibly patient, answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had. He was consistently present and willing to help. His guidance during our two pre-closing walkthroughs and a final review the day before closing ensured all outstanding issues were resolved. Our first contact with Pulte homes was with Travis. He was always there to answer all the questions we had along the way and guide us thru the process of purchasing our new home. It was difficult as we lived in a different state but he always got back to us in a timely manner. We even a few good laughs along the way. His construction manager Justin, has also been great in getting everything completed in a timely manner and great follow-up. He is willing to go the extra mile in getting the job done and done well. He checks in often to make sure everything is good and to see if we need anything. We also had a great experience in the closing of our home, everyone has been so helpful and very friendly. Kayla was fantastic to work with throughout the process. We absolutely love our house and community. Overall we have been very happy although there are some details that it feels like the builders could have been more careful with. Overall though we couldn’t be happier!

Given the crazy real estate frenzy going on and all the supply and labor issues Pulte was able to deliver what they promised.

My Pulte team, from the sales representative to the mortgage team to the on-site construction team, went above and beyond by responding to my emails and text without delay. The design options offered to allow buyers to build a unique home surprised me. I recommend Pulte Homes to anyone wanting a home that is as beautiful as a custom home but affordable.

The entire building process was easy and clear, the customer service and responsiveness, in time delivery stood at the top level compared to other builders in the community. If there are any negatives they solved pretty fast. More over they built the home in the given time frame with out any delays.

Everyone involved in our building/buying experience was knowledgeable, courteous, had great communication skills, timely, and showed care and compassion.

My wife and I genuinely enjoyed every meeting, every walkthrough, and every step of the process of building with Pulte. Our sales agent, builder manager, and mortgage consultant were all friendly, professional, and we felt taken care of throughout the whole build. Glad we chose Pulte!

Great value for the price. I heard a lot of horror stories about spec home builders, even in my own subdivision, but Pulte has been great to me. Any issues I've had were addressed to my satisfaction so far. The team seems to be genuinely concerned about the customers satisfaction and has been completely transparent.

The house is well built and floor plan is convenient. There are some minor issues that would be taken care of in the next few weeks - delay due to current emergency conditions.

The process of building was very easy. We also feel a tremendous value in the home. What we paid was less per square foot than just about anything in the area by a significant amount. Like any new build there are small things to complain about with the workmanship, but nothing serious. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase. I would also like to comment on the quality of the build managers. We had two throughout the process at different stages and they were both extremely communicative and responsive to issues.
