Working with the Pulte Homes team has been an absolute pleasure from the very beginning. Our wonderful experience started when we first walked into the model home and met with our salesperson, Makayla. Midway through the process, we were introduced to our construction manager, Sam, and our experience became even better. Sam was incredibly patient, answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had. He was consistently present and willing to help. His guidance during our two pre-closing walkthroughs and a final review the day before closing ensured all outstanding issues were resolved. Easy experience in buying the new home. They were very responsive to address items from home inspection and their own blue tape inspection. Home has nice finishes and just exactly what I was looking for as my next home. My pups and I are very happy in our new home.

We purchased a home in February 2025. As we were relocating from a different state we were very happy with the willingness to work with us from virtual viewings to virtual signing. Travis in sales and Josh the superintendent were amazing to work with. Josh was available for questions and fixed every concern promptly. Would definitely buy from pulte again

The Pulte buying experience was great. The only complaint was the selection of options. When you start the process you have no idea what the different levels mean. You can't see the options in every level so you have no idea what you can actually choose. When you get to the design studio they show you mostly what is in your level. So I was not able to know all of my options. Did not realize this until after the process. I would have picked things differently had I known.

We purchased a Pulte lot in a neighborhood that we were interested in. The home building process was made very easy, and we felt that we were in the loop throughout the whole process. The house was built on time and very efficiently. We are extremely happy with pulte and the pulte team.

Overall it was really a great experience. Tim was very great to work with. He always addressed my concerns and went above and beyond to do so.

Problem with installed materials and manner in which the grass was played down.

Overall buying process, House were good and fully satisfied. However, professional workmanship was missing (I am not that demanding person). Painting, Wood work finishing, Concrete finishing were too much rough. Home appliance installation was amatuer ability. I already made a lot of service request ticket in a month. Some cabinet parts are still missing although construction manager promised to set up asap when I closed document. Fortunately, Ms.Nicole in customer care center was really helpful to solve all the issues.

My wife and I had an amazing experience with our Pulte Home build. Our construction manager, Gilbert walked us through each step of the process and ensured that we had visibility into everything that was going on. Any mistakes that contractors made were quickly corrected.

Solid builder, took the care to close out outstanding items.

Overall it was good. Some faulty wiring in the garage had to be corrected (May 9, 2024). Internet went to down on May 7 as the main wiring 3 houses down had to be fixed to bring back internet up. So a day lost. Unit 301. Overall team is good and they work on it right away. I still want to know what the fixed on main panel and why. The second (small bathroom) upstairs did not have toilet paper rack and will take 2 more week to arrive. I think builder completely missed it. The lawn guy was taking a nap/lying down in front of our house on May 8 outside my house and even left an empty can of soda. Overall good team from sales to support. Kudos. ... More

Finding myself in a situation at almost 80 years old Buying a new home certainly nothing I expected. Employees made it so much easier kudos to Travis and Justin. I couldn’t have done it without you guys. They both helped me every step of the way responded almost immediately to any concerns that I had.

Our first contact with Pulte homes was with Travis. He was always there to answer all the questions we had along the way and guide us thru the process of purchasing our new home. It was difficult as we lived in a different state but he always got back to us in a timely manner. We even a few good laughs along the way. His construction manager Justin, has also been great in getting everything completed in a timely manner and great follow-up. He is willing to go the extra mile in getting the job done and done well. He checks in often to make sure everything is good and to see if we need anything. We also had a great experience in the closing of our home, everyone has been so helpful and very friendly. This was our first new build and the process, though long, was very enjoyable. Justin and Shawn were great and would recommend both to any new home buyer.

The process was quit smooth Stephanie, Dustin and warranty Sarah have been transparent and very helpful in this long process. Thank you for bailing my son out when he did not have a fridge for his milk plus addressing the issues in a timely fashion when they came along

The best experience i ever have in my 5 houses I bought thru my life

The buying process was fine. However, it’s Texas and the house should have been plumbed for water softener. An unexpected expense after dealing with exceptionally hard water. Issues with flooring not resolved. Flooring rep said it’s an issue with foundation and builder said that’s incorrect.

The building Manager was very thorough with our walk through and made sure everything was done right before my move in date. I was very pleased with his walk through and he covered everything. He took his time and explained everything about the house from furnace filters to the sprinkler system. He also was very clear about the warranty and explained how it works and what I needed to do to get things repaired if needed. I was very pleased with all I learned moving into a new house!
