We had a good experience buying the home. However this could have been better. Pulte did not give much choice for upgrades,almost everything is standard. For example carpet is standard for bedrooms. We would have liked vinyl/ wooden flooring in bedrooms. Communication of the closing date was not very efficient. Selection of external bricks/ stone is very limited. External design/ architecture of the homes are outdated ,could be more aesthetic & appealing.Landscapping is mediocre.

Home completion timelines (took 12 months from contract signing to close) can be decreased and more time/meetings/process needed for design studio options. Overall, I had good experience working with the Sales, Home Construction and design studio designer. Average experience with Pulte Mortgage team.

Buying experience was good overall, but not impress with the quality workmanship and materials for the price of the house.

Pulte has great people, from sales, to construction and customer care. They are friendly, helpful and responsive. I appreciate the their effort to make the entire process as smooth as possible. However, the build quality isn't as good as I expected. I've had issues with the oven, the dishwasher, the AC, the plumbing since I moved in. My AC has broken down twice and I had to live without AC for entire two day. Now I'm still waiting the AC company to come back to check what exactly went wrong... Luckily I had the best customer care manager who is very responsive and tries his best to help the situation. ... More

Pulte team was great. Our only issues was with the mortgage company and their lack of urgency and responsiveness. In the end everything worked out and we are very happy in our new home.

good experience overall [Jessica from sales did exceptional job and Clay from support team doing great job and only issue had is my construction manager was not up to the mark, we ended up having lot of issues, however support team is resolving those.

The team helping.me buy my home are great. My experience with Pulte lending was the complete opposite. In fact I did not use them in the end because their requirements were unrealistic. Unfortunately they waited until the last minute to tell me. Luckily I was proactive and didn’t need to use them but others might not have the flexibility.

Overall good experience. Closing was not handled correctly or smoothly by sales and mortgage and Title company. Numbers were not matching and closing time was pushed. They made me wait for 4 hours. Closing Date and time change was not communicated to me. Other than the closing issues, rest all went fine.

Overall experience with the team was very pleasant. Updates and follow up with the buyer was prompt. Meeting deadlines and the hand off crew were amazing people. Overall happy with the buying experience with Pulte

Some of the issues that didn't quite meet my expectations, no doorbell camera and chime button placed on the left instead of the front, no z-wave compatible thermostats, HVAC component already discontinued, lots of paint/glue stains all over the floor, lack of options for the Internet service...

Pulte team is very responsive right from sales, construction and support after closing

I had very good experience buying my first home from Pulte. The team itself is very understanding and very responsive. Andre has been great in getting a very good deal and always understanding and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. John mainly has been excellent in getting the house ready in time and responding to any questions I have or issues I see while construction

Great experience with sales agent and construction manager. They really care for customers. Thanks Pulte. Other hand, Pulte mortgage needs to improve their customer service.

The close date got moved back significantly (2 months). Once in the house the quality was great and it came out very nice. There have been some minor issues we've experienced since moving in, but Pulte is quick to send someone out to get them fixed.

Overall, it was a good experience!

Sales team was good and kept me informed on every progress Walkthrough team was great, they helped identify all changes needed. walked me through the warranty details and other important information. overall the team was very helpful and flexible to accommodate the needs.

Pulte Mortgage was a nightmare to deal with, in particular the loan officer we had assigned to us. He was not responsive to any emails sent or phone messages left and overall not the best experience as we have dealt with many mortgage companies in past. His Assistant Clay was excellent. We advise better communication between project and mortgage company due to all the delays because of labor shortage and supply chain issues. We sent same batch of paperwork to Pulte Mortgage at least 3 times, if not 4 as we were told it became outdated due to closing kept changing. In our total frustration, we ended up going with another mortgage company who accomplished all in 2 weeks. Lastly, We very much resent the fact that due to another delay in closing, we were required to pay $1100, to our mortgage company to lock in our rate for another week. We were informed immediately by Pulte rep when we went with another mortgage co., that we would be charged approx $150 per day by Pulte if our new loan people were not ready at closing. However, when the tables were turned, and Pulte wasn’t ready to close on 9/21, Pulte rep said management would not honor and pay fees charged to us even though Pulte was at fault. We did not close until 9/29. Shame on upper management, we should have been reimbursed the $1100. Good and building process is good

The process took a lot longer than expected. This construction manager kept us updated every step of the way and managed our expectations. The workmanship of the house is good and the quality of materials is good.

Easy experience. Closing took less than 30 minutes.

Great team that cares about the clients

Bought home in Santa Rita Ranch. Home building process was delayed initially due to no traders availability. Framing was not done properly but corrected upon inspection report. If I hadn’t done inspection I would have gotten bowed studs in many places. Plumbing placement was done improperly and close to wall which was corrected after inspection report done at the final stage. Again this could have missed if I didn’t do inspection. There were definitely quality issues compared to Pulte standards. How ever I am giving 4 star reviews because of my construction manager Steven. He did terrific job in resolving my concerns and resolved most of the reported issues on time. He made my home delivered within time I wanted. Without Steven’s support I probably left with unhappy home. I am happy with final product and thanks to Jessica who is my sales agent and she was always available to answer my questions and escalated few issues for me. I got a wonderful team. I would say i had a moderate experience. Quality of home is good. Almost it took 15months to deliver the home. I had a bitter experience in my old apartment to extend the existing lease without knowing when this new home will be delivered. Had a good support from Pulte Mortgage and PGP title.

Great home at an ideal location although building home had taken much longer than what's listed on the contract. However, it's definitely worth the waiting as I'm thoroughly enjoying living in it. There are some minor issues since moved in, but it's been addressed in a timely manner. Overall, my experience has been positive.
