Great experience during the entire building process.

Took much longer than promised but the home, neighborhood, and plan is great.

The Builders that I have worked with have helped me through every step of this process. They are always very responsive and helpful with anything I may need.

Awesome peoples... they help me...get the best deal and rate....nothing i can ask for....i would definitely recommend to my family and friends...thank you very much for getting my new home... your the best

Overall a good experience, there were alot of barriers with the sale and account team but the builders and title team made the experience worth it.

In general it is a good builder, just the final details are the issue, for example: some cabinets were damaged during installation, the kitchen hood, good news is the builder is helping and fixing the issues, really slowly, but they are taking care.

The sales team is great and the financing team is great!! The builders/contractors lack in quality work and getting back to you on issues. If I had known this, I would not ever considered Pulte as my builder. I will never refer anyone to Pulte as the worksmanship is absolutely horrible.

Construction process was thorough and detailed, however I wish the follow through after closing would have been better.

When choosing to build again, it will not be with Pulte. The quality of materials aren’t very good. They rush things together. There are still things I’m trying to get fixed in my home.

The builder was willing to fix every wrong that was pointed out. The builder made sure to update us on the different phases of construction.

Building a home in the period of labor and material shortages can be challenging. Combined with almost a whole month of rain in May 2021. The builders, Josh and David are very accommodating in answering my questions. They did a good job and I am pleased with the finish out of the house.

In buying our first home, my wife and I have a pretty good experience. Our Construction manager was there for us and answered all our questions, our salesperson helped us with decisions and has even gone beyond her duties even after we have moved in. The people who handled our financing and mortage were super friendly and helpful as well! Shoot, even though it was way after hours, one of them reached out towards me and helped my wife and I get a better rate. Overall it was pretty good, the only downfall was the timeliness and that when my wife and I were choosing some qualities of the home, that we could not physically see all that we wanted. Overall the experience was okay. I love my new home, but getting here was a bit challenging and seemed to have too many bumps in the road. Not sure if it was COVID related or a common issue.

Pulte is great. Quality and service are great.

My experience with Pulte has been extremely poor. It started with delays due to the pandemic which I understand but then there was a sudden rush to close by 9/30 on the last day of the quarter. The house was not ready at the time of the quality walkthrough but the field manager rushed the fixes by himself so that closing could go through. I was told that a lot of the issues will be sorted within the first 30 days but that 30 day walk just ended up being a lesson in Pulte warranty coverage and I got a very good sense of Pulte’s approach to customer experience. They lack accountability and the attention to detail is poor. According to Pulte if they gave you a roof, walls, windows and doors their work is done. I submitted a survey directly with Pulte sharing my experience but literally no one was interested to follow up other than the field manager for whom the survey had performance related impact. ... Pulte was great. From Keren in sales to Chase our construction manager. Everyone was always helpful in answering questions and keeping me in the loop as to what was going on with the stages of construction on my house.

Long wait for responses, long wait for information, no replies.

Community- Friendly neighbors, Amenities- did not get a chance to check so far. Commute- Poor. Add extra 10-15 minutes each way during rush hour to navigate to community from HWY 380. It is worse on weekends. Timely completion- VERY POOR. Took 11 months to complete( Not 100% complete) to close. Promised to complete in six months by sales people when signing. Sales Experience: Do your home work before picking the options, the day you sign you have to select Structural options. Stick to your budget, don't get carried away by looking at the model homes. There is a reason why they look so good. they are done by professionals. We dont live like that everyday. So be practical and get only what you need. Options are not cheap, but avoids the hassle of doing it your self later. Design options- Very limited and very expensive. But high quality materials. try to get the design options at least a month before your Design center appointment and compare prices for the options, you might save a lot getting it done outside. I bet all builders are similar. Google for the options and price list. Construction- VERY POOR QUALITY. you can see the quality when you visit the site during the construction stage. Save your self a heart attack and stay away until the home is ready if you decide to buy here any way. The site was never cleaned,You can tell if the Builder is good by looking at a construction site, if it is not kept clean it eventually gonna reflect in how good your home is. In my case the communication from the construction side was vey little. I had to call, leave message, text to know if i can come see the house and meet the field supervisors. I was not even notified that the construction is beginning eventually after almost 6 months of signing the contract, yes you read it right 6 months. Dont believe what is advertised on the site about how they keep you updated about the progress in Owners entry, in my case they had two updates, Began construction and completed construction. Build Quality: I would rate it very poor in my case. Driveway and walkways chipped everywhere before closing. Landscaping- very poor quality work, water logging everywhere( eventually it is going to effect your foundation if drainage is not good).I paid more than $500 to get a reputed Inspector to get the house inspected right before closing and the report horrified me. Poor insulation, Poor grading, Electrical issues,Poor flooring, Poor Insulation.Damaged garage doors, Poor paint job. When it was escalated to the Supervisors they assured everything will be ready before closing. in my case they scheduled my final walk through to inspect the house 2 hours before closing and closing was 30+ miles from the site, so you do the math.During the final walk through there were several workers finishing things in the house. AND THE FINAL ICING ON THE CAKE, After we closed the house and returned to sales office to collect the keys to our new home, it is closed and when we contacted the construction supervisors where are our keys( they promised they will wait no matter how late it is to welcome us home) they said we left the keys on the kitchen island and the house is unlocked:(. Now that should explain how good my experience with this Builder is.They care about selling but not delivering. I dont know if it is the same with other home owners in this community. My Recommendation - Personally, I would never buy from this builder again. FYI- after one month of staying here none of the uncompleted jobs were addressed. i am still living with broken cabinets, scraped paint , no working power outlets in baths, half painted garage doors, unusable back yard with dead sod and water logged, mice digging through garage floors, the list goes on. ... Had a pretty good experience in the whole home buying process. From sales through building contractors and to closing the home, the entire team treated me with respect. They made me a part of the building process by informing me of the progresses made and asked if i had any questions. Had a little hiccups in the last days before closing but they quickly worked together to get the job done on time to close. I love my home and haven’t had any problems so far.

From very beginning Pulte rep understood our assignment. Deadlines were met. Weekly updates. Transparency. Completed work. Follow up. Building process and Closing was remarkable. First time building and if I had to choose again, Pulte would remain #1.
