We purchased a home that was built and was unoccupied for 9 months. Home is good quality but expect contractor grade hardware and fixtures unless you are going to build from scratch and upgrade. They have been quick to fix issues we have run into after our purchase. No wiggle room on price from my experience.

We love our new home

Pulte was responsive to our concerns of after sale issues. While the finishing painters were not the best and I would have a hard time calling the landscapers...landscapers, over all we love the house and are pleased with our purchase. Our salesperson was the best! And our coordinator for picking out interior design was also good, she really knew how to put everything together.

I should have been able to have a 5-Star experience if only I wouldn't have found discrepancies such as sheetrock tape coming through the paint in my dining room, screws that won't go all the way into the hinges in the master bedroom, water spouts that terminate at my front door entrance, and bath tubs that flooded. The worst part is that after weeks of having reported this, only the tubs were fixed because the Plumbing contractor has been more responsive than Pulte. Extremely dissatisfying experience and very disappointing that Pulte has not taken interest in fixing these problems with the enthusiasm and sense of urgency that they showed when taking my money. ... Would build with pulte again.

Our house looks amazing at first glance, but we have noticed a lot of painting and workmanship issues. Mark has been very responsive to any repairs we have requested.

Process was a bit frustrating. The people were nice but frustrations were more so due to promised timeframes being extended due lack of materials causing prices and interest rates to go up. Some quality issues after moving in such as 2nd story floor bouncing when walking on it, not all of the touch ups were completed when asked, light bulbs going out 1 month after move in.

I had a good experience... The quality of the house is very when compared to other builders. So for no bad experience.

Given the current housing market, the price per SF for the house we bought is a bargain, esp in this community of young parents. The finishing, designs and colour schemes are simple but elegant. The building project managers and sales rep were always available to answer questions we had during the building process. Pulte has found us a home in a neighbourhood that exceeds all our needs. Looking forward to raising my children in this community for the foreseeable future.

Overall was a good experience.

The builder was willing to fix every wrong that was pointed out. The builder made sure to update us on the different phases of construction.

Building a home in the period of labor and material shortages can be challenging. Combined with almost a whole month of rain in May 2021. The builders, Josh and David are very accommodating in answering my questions. They did a good job and I am pleased with the finish out of the house.

In buying our first home, my wife and I have a pretty good experience. Our Construction manager was there for us and answered all our questions, our salesperson helped us with decisions and has even gone beyond her duties even after we have moved in. The people who handled our financing and mortage were super friendly and helpful as well! Shoot, even though it was way after hours, one of them reached out towards me and helped my wife and I get a better rate. Overall it was pretty good, the only downfall was the timeliness and that when my wife and I were choosing some qualities of the home, that we could not physically see all that we wanted. It was ok. Pretty painless. The after care seems to be doing ok. I'd probably buy from Pulte again. I'm not sure. Maybe.

Mark has been awesome in following up any issues since we’ve moved in. He’s made this experience excellent.

Worksmanship can be iffy, but the builders will fix anything wrong/poorly done promptly.

Overall quality is good. Service to fix warranty claims has been fast when needed.

Overall, we’re pleased with the build quality of our new home. However, we are quite disappointed with the finishing touches and the cleanliness prior to handover, especially for a brand-new build. The final details seemed rushed, lacking the attention to quality we expected. We still have several outstanding service requests with the customer care manager and look forward to having these issues addressed. Our construction manager was consistently polite and punctual, contributing to a generally positive home-building experience, even though the final presentation left much to be desired. I’m not a fan of overly critical feedback, and the positive aspects of the process certainly outweigh the issues. My home buying experience was both exciting and smooth. From the initial search to moving in, the process was well-managed. The quality of my new home is okay but my expectation was higher, hearing from many people about Pulte Homes. The Construction manager Josh was very professional and responsive, consistently delivered the promises. Overall, it is good experience, I'm happy with my new home and encourage future buyers to trust their instincts.

Good construction managers, good build quality but landscaping is worst. More water logging, uneven backyard, wet driveway and walk way

We took spec home. As it is ready to occupy, we don't have any choice to make any structural changes. Overall experience with Pulte vuolde4 is good but their mortgage is not worthy.

Really happy to work with our builder Kevin, Very good experience working with him. But we are not happy with couple of things, We didn't get the brick and appliances which are promised from pulte group
