Rhonda and Vernon were the best to work with. We really appreciate the honesty, the being upfront about everything, the sincerity and kindness. Anytime we had questions or concerns (whether on the buying or building side) their response was very prompt and they always made us feel like we definitely made the choice to go with Pulte. The building process was very smooth and Pulte representatives helped us out every step of the process. If something came up during the building process that we didn’t like or questioned they were quick to fix the issues to make sure we were 100 percent satisfied. Overall it was a great building experience.

Ever heard the saying, “The devil is in the details,”? Well it’s so true for this house. It is evident in every aspect of this home that this was a rushed, careless job. From large chunks of debris being found in the yard that they laid sod over, to missing chunks of sub floor underneath the laid carpet, to paint stains all over the wood look tile floors and in our black granite sink. We have baseboards that have chunks of wood missing that were painted over and not repaired. Flickering lights in the powder room. Mud or dirt on the baseboards that were painted over instead of being cleaned. The mortar on the exterior brick is sloppy to say the least. Door strike plates that don’t fit the groove they were placed in. Window screens not secured. Paint splatter all over patio fans. Nails from tack strips on stairs not properly being installed, poking our feet as we walk. The cleaning of the home prior to move in was minimal. There was so much dust and dirt still left to be cleaned. We were told that our issues were merely cosmetic in nature. While that may be true for some of the issues, it wasn’t true for all of them. And even so, the “cosmetic” details are still a part of the experience. You walk into the model home/sales office expecting to live in a home that is as immaculate as they portray, but that’s hardly what you’ll get. And we understand that everything wouldn’t be perfect, but there are issues in this home that loudly profess that they didn’t even try! I think that’s the most insulting part. The lack of effort feels extremely disrespectful from a customer service perspective. I would like to add that Mauro our field manager was very attentive to our needs. But, he could only do so much. Our experience with Pulte was a lot better than I expected it to be. They communicated issues in a timely manner and finished our home faster than I expected when we started the process. They honored the price of our home per the contract despite the rising costs of construction materials. Our home inside and out looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier.

The process from start to finish was very manageable. My home is beautiful and it was nice to be able to design it. The builders team was amazing by the end of the process they felt like friends and continue to impress us even after closing.

We moved into the house about a month ago. Now we started finding furniture dents in carpet pad. Also, cabinet doors are misaligned.

It was ok. Pretty painless. The after care seems to be doing ok. I'd probably buy from Pulte again. I'm not sure. Maybe.

What stood out for me would have to be the great communication between buyer and home building representatives, awell as the outstanding help of the sales consultants. As a first time homebuyer, things can get pretty overwhelming and stress levels will get high at times, several as a matter of fact on the mortgage side. But with the help of these two teams, I was able to feel comfortable and confident that I was going to be receiving a high quality home. The home builders always kept me up to date with progress of the homes construction, while the sales consultants helped me by answering my questions and reassuring me that I was making the best choices. Jimmy the construction supervisor was great to work with. Friendly and responsive to our issues. Marie was the mortgage office was not really helpful. She did not answer or return phone calls in a timely manner. She was asking for information that we had provided twice before on the day before we were supposed to close. That made for a very stressful day.

It was great, we hope the trust we have with Pulte will continue.

Overall the whole buying and building process is fairly smooth. However, perhaps due to the current crazy market, we had to deal with too many little issues due to lack of attention to the details and, unfortunately, the fast responsiveness wasn't always there. Some examples: Faucets are all leaking - it has been told that this is normal. Totally unacceptable. Multiple spots on walls with different shade of paint - after more than a month we moved in, is still to be fixed. Poor masonry works. Overall painting works are poorly done. Carpet stained - still to be cleaned. I'd buy again from Pulte? Yes. They offer a tremendous value for the money compared to other builders around. Pulte was a great builder for us! They were responsive if we had questions, our home is an incredible quality, and the representatives were so personable and helpful! The layouts and floorplans of Pulte homes make sense and are an efficient use of space, and they pay a great attention to detail! We love our home!

An experience that was scheduled to be a pleasant one turn out to be simply terrible.

We can't thank Jimmy and Spencer enough for everything they have done for us! They were easily available when we needed them. Took care of any little issues quickly and professionally! They made this experience for us, thank you guys!

Made the home buying experience easy!

Building process went well, however the workmanship when the home was closed was unacceptable. There was a cut out on the wall, caulking missing in places, areas not painted.

Quality home at a great value.

Pulte made the process all around a great & easy experience, would recommend Pulte to friends & family you can’t go wrong.

Home is Beautiful, Builder very attentive, Financing in Dallas Office wonderful helpful and attentive BUT, home financing office in Colorado never picked up their phones, took an act of Congress to get a response via email or phone! We started our Journey in July 2020 and didn’t close till March 2021! Our credit scores were 600’s-700’s, so experience may be different if you have 700 & Above.
