I don't have much to complain about the house. Overall a good deal for the price. Wish there are more options to add or modify during construction. But there's a feeling that something small is always missing or needed fixing. The finishing touches aren't great.

Overall, we had a great experience working with our sales rep and construction team. The only downside was that since we purchased our home before the model home was built or any specs, you don't always know what you are getting. The master bedroom, master bath and closet are smaller than it should be!

We were okay with the process until the long brick delay. We got told the same thing every time, the brick is delayed. We are pushing back close a week, finally when I spoke up that I was displeased it seemed to light a fire under them and a couple weeks later we got some progress. Also, when we did our final walk through we had several things that were not corrected and several items new that we found. We were basically told if this list keeps going we wouldn't close.

Overall the whole buying and building process is fairly smooth. However, perhaps due to the current crazy market, we had to deal with too many little issues due to lack of attention to the details and, unfortunately, the fast responsiveness wasn't always there. Some examples: Faucets are all leaking - it has been told that this is normal. Totally unacceptable. Multiple spots on walls with different shade of paint - after more than a month we moved in, is still to be fixed. Poor masonry works. Overall painting works are poorly done. Know that you will pretty much be told anything to get you to sign as well as pertinent information left out. Ask questions and get it in writing. Check every tiny thing BEFORE closing. We found paint ALL over our floors, cabinets split/uneven, etc. Go back and follow up on your pre-closing walk through BEFORE you sign at closing. We really had to push and then were told, "We don't always get every blue tape". Okay, what's the point then? Closing on time is certainly the priority vs a 100% satisfied customer. Just be observant and force the issue to get it done.

Overall not bad but many things not completed and they said they would complete after closing. Still waiting on items to be finished. House was not properly cleaned and dusted prior to moving in.

Quality seems great on the house itself. Seems like they cut corners with the way they grade the yards. Have had a flooding issue in the backyard since I moved in and I keep getting told every week that it will be fixed “next week”. The trees are put in with short little flimsy wooden stakes that do not hold up to Texas wind. Finally got them to restake the front yard tree with rebar which seems to have done the trick. As far as customer service they have been severely lacking in that department. I do love the home itself and do not regret my decision.

We were building our first home with Pulte. Some of the experiences we encountered during the construction phase was below par. For example, they replaced the appliances to which we paid extra for with a standard ones. A huge let down was the replacement of the brick (I was told that they searched high and low and came with only ONE) I repeat "ONLY ONE" substitution was given as a choice (despite pulte being such a "big" builder). That said, our construction manager was just amazing to work with. I would work with the construction manager again, but I would be hesitant to recommend Pulte to ...

Overall, the process went relatively smoothly, but the closing did feel somewhat rushed. If given the opportunity, I'd aim to address concerns and identify any issues before the house closing, rather than relying solely on emails and support tickets. My wooden floor needs repaired. A miniblind needs to be replaced. Two mirrors needs to be repaired. My kitchen vent flapper needs to be repaired/adjusted. My patio light needs to be repaired. A lot of repairs are needed. Again nice home but its a new home that needs repairs.

Home is Beautiful, Builder very attentive, Financing in Dallas Office wonderful helpful and attentive BUT, home financing office in Colorado never picked up their phones, took an act of Congress to get a response via email or phone! We started our Journey in July 2020 and didn’t close till March 2021! Our credit scores were 600’s-700’s, so experience may be different if you have 700 & Above.
