The only disappointment is the fact we are 2 months into our new home and have yet to receive our Oven / Microwave combo for our kitchen. Overall experience was satisfactory.

I had a few hiccups that prolonged my move but my salesperson, Jennifer and construction manager, Cole were excellent. They were able to answer my multiple questions and address any concerns I had. I love the way they touch bases at every step of the building process from start to finish. Cole even came by the next day after closing and assist with an issue with my dryer. Thank you Jennifer and Cole. I love my new home.

House looks very nice and people very helpful.

Overall a good experience, there were alot of barriers with the sale and account team but the builders and title team made the experience worth it.

Construction process was thorough and detailed, however I wish the follow through after closing would have been better.

Pulte Homes should provide high-quality wood for the backyard fence, as the current wood used is very low and cheap in quality. Additionally, pre-plumbing requests should be addressed before construction begins, as it will be difficult to set up an outdoor kitchen later on. It is also important to include a cloth rack or shoe rack in the owner's suite closet during construction. Furthermore, there have been air cracks appearing in the bricks within one month after closing

Overall, I was happy with service as they were professional and efficient. However, the tile installation was poor, with uneven tiles and high lippage. This issue spoiled an otherwise good experience.

While working through the loan process it was difficult connecting with some of the processors. Mike Ho was an excellent person to work with and responded quickly and was very influential for us making decisions. We were disappointed after picking our plan to hear that certain things we were assured wouldn’t get to be done (sliding barn doors for downstairs room rather than French doors). The production and finishing touches of the house took a couple trips but Cam was incredibly responsive to those concerns and quick to make the fixes. We love our first home and are excited to be in this development but the road map to this destination had a few bumps and potholes that could have been avoided with more professionalism and responsiveness. ... My backyard looks messed up.

I didn't appreciated not being told up front that Pulte was waiting on a lawsuit to be over between the developer and another builder. We should have been in our home in September of 2021, but they didn't start until October 2021. the first building manger we had was a nice a person but, he gave me the feeling that he either know what was going on with my floor plan or just didn't care. When you asked him a question, sometimes he acted like you were getting on his nerves or shouldn't be asking, but with the amount of money I am paying for this home I have every right to ask any question I like that is within reason, and respectful. I was told that I would get an update weekly. Most of the time had to call them. When we got our new building manager, I felt bad to Jose because he walked into a giant mess. When he got here he got more done from April 14th to May 26th, and the first guy had been working on the house since Oct 2021. As far as the people you contract to do the jobs, you might want to do a little more background on them. A lot of them don't care how things are done, because its not their house. Overall the experience was very stressful and not very exciting. Lots of problems from the beginning all the way through the closing and still dealing with isssues almost 2 months after closing. The contractors that Pulte uses leave a lot to be desired. Don't think I would ever build a new home again. Not a good experience.

Love how well built the house is structurally. The finish work is lacking however. Paint spots, overspray, rough baseboards etc... The final 2-3 weeks seemed rushed - and it shows.

Door handles came off for several doors within few days itself , several doors don’t shut fully unless pushed manually.

First let me say that the home is beautiful, and I believe it is definitely worth the price we paid for it. For the most part everyone we have worked with has been very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the whole experience has been marred by post move-in issues with the house and poor responsiveness by our builder to address these issues like they claimed they would. It's nothing major. It's a bunch of small issues that have added up to be a huge headache. Drips of paint on the carpet, overspray on the banisters, holes next to a can light, crooked light switches, unpainted surfaces, nails from the tack strips coming through the carpet in places, etc. Most of these issues are so small that we didn't notice them till after we moved in. To be honest, none of it would bother me if we didn't have to ask the builder repeatedly to come take care of the issues the way they said they would. Ultimately, we requested to be contacted by our construction manager's supervisor and were told he would be in touch. He did not contact us. We finally resorted to creating a spreadsheet to track issues and shared it with our construction manager since it did not seem anyone from Pulte was keeping track of these issues and seeing them through to completion. We moved in five weeks ago and we are still dealing with all these little things. It has made what should have been a happy experience something we would rather just forget. ... More

We ended up with two contractors during this home-buying process. Our first contractor was Kyle and he tried to update us on a regular basis. Daniel jumped in at the six-month mark when Kyle left. He provided weekly updates and tried to address any issues we saw when we visited the property.

I initially like the builders response to repairs of the house. I did not report any issues on my 1 month survey as he was prompt and fair. After the first 1 month, any other repairs were not taken care of in a timely manner and builder ceased to respond

Overall the experience was okay. I love my new home, but getting here was a bit challenging and seemed to have too many bumps in the road. Not sure if it was COVID related or a common issue.

I would say a great professionalism for the Project Manager Jack, but my back yard work is of very poor quality, it was mentioned in the home inspection report to fix some things which are still left pending. When reached out to the builder it says it will be fixed by the developer but don't know when that is one of the burning issue for me

Look of house out side is important as well as inside and sights have to be at list 60 x 130 better landscape in front and back of the home

Can’t seem to get issues that were supposed to be fixed prior to closing fixed over 1 month later.

Pulte mortgage is manipulating people right and left giving 7 higher interest rate where market rate is below 6 and then give $10,000 which they use to buy down the rate.

Focus on Finishings could have been better. Old model water system. Included fans were just worthless. Overall dissatisfied for the worth it was charged.

I have good experience with Pulte. But where they can do better quality checks than waiting for customer to provide feedback. I seen many mid range builders like Pulte have these issues but when I check other builders for example highland homes, first Texas and Taylor Morrison they don’t have these issues.

New home buyers must watch closely at each stage of the construction and third party inspection is a must. Make sure all issues are fixed before closing if they be ready for months and months of follow up. Slightly over priced so try to get discounts or credits before you close.
